PLACE IS IN GREAT CONDITION, THOUGH WE TOOK THE PICTURES OUTSIDE, SUNDAY NIGHTS BIG PEOPLE SUNDAY IS A GOOD LOOK. EVERYTHING IS GREAT EXCEPT THE WAITRESS... OTHER THAN THAT VISIT THEIR SOON.

Great atmosphere I give Customer service a 4/5. Waitresses didn't assist in helping to find a seat. This was an issue because a lot of tables had a reserve sign. However once seated good customer service was extended. The food (Wings Platter) tasted fine...presentation was very much on point. Overall it's a nice chill spot. I would go again just to see if it will be another good experience.

First time visiting the new location on Ardenne Road. It's definitely bigger. I love the setup. No worries about the stairs, there's an elevator. Thumbs up to the decor team! The food wasn't what I remembered it to be. Was underwhelmed by the burgers, had beef and pork. It was ok... Vibes was definitely great. We went on a Monday night and enjoyed our time. DJ delivered!!!

Nice place for a night out my waitress was very attentive I ordered a burger and it was good but my wife ordered the Alfredo pasta with shrimp and it wasn't ready at all the DJ did a gwan though

This place shaaat it was a great experience the food was excellent and there was fair amount of choices on the menu with a wings special that is very great for its value and quantity they were delicious. Steak lovers try the steak burger. Service was great and they have a large drink menu with some great options to choose from. Blue kamikaze try it and ladies they have great dacries for u.

Ordered food and after what seemed like a lifetime, ended up having to reorder it. Other than that little mixup, it was an overall good experience. Place is tiny and turns into standing room only very quickly. Good music, good vibes and average food.

Absolute Rip-Off: Tourists, Steer Clear of This Place! My friends and I recently visited Ribbiz, hoping for a fun night out and experiencing Jamaican nightlife, but what we got was a masterclass in how to exploit tourists. While the music was decent, and I'll give credit to the door staff and security for their pleasant demeanour, relatively clean toilet. Everything else was a complete nightmare. The service CREW inside was TERRIBLE, but that was just the beginning of our troubles. We ordered a white rum that was advertised at JMD $9,000, with a clearly stated 15% service tax. Simple math, right? Apparently, not for them. When the bill came, we were slapped with a whopping 19.8% service charge! That's nearly double what was promised, an audacious overcharge that felt like a deliberate scam. When we politely tried to clarify this discrepancy, hoping for a simple explanation or correction, we were met with shocking hostility. The staff became confrontational and defensive, utterly unwilling to explain their fraudulent pricing. It was clear they had no intention of rectifying their blatant attempt to squeeze extra money out of us. This isn't just about a few extra dollars; it's about principle and integrity. As tourists, we expect to be treated fairly, not preyed upon. This establishment's actions are a stain on what should be a welcoming and vibrant Jamaican nightlife scene. I strongly, strongly advise all tourists to avoid this place at all costs! There are plenty of other reputable venues in Kingston where you can enjoy yourself without the fear of being ripped off and disrespected. Save your money and your good mood for a place that actually deserves your business.

The tall girl at the door on 01/31/2026 at 12:09 am Listen mind you i live in America i never ever been profile ever and its so sad that i came back to my country Jamaica and try to enter this place. First of all we was polite, casual, well mannered but the host at the door greet us with “did you make a reservation “ mind you no where on the poster or instagram page it ask you or tell you to make a reservation. It was literally empty in there and she profiled us just to deny us entry for what reason i dont know she probably exercising her power. We proceeded and went back down stairs which we ran into an on duty security guard that work at Ribbiz and explained to him the encounter the guy literally said that was bs there no such this as reservation and that wasn’t a valid reason to not allow entrance. I don’t recommend spots that profile people for no reason just for the fun of it like we literally extended our Jamaica trip just to experience the night life and this is what we got
