My man order from them on DoorDash the first time and it was so fresh and pack right! It was so good we had to tried it again , we went to the location this time and the customer service was on point. And so was the food. They were friendly and got things done in a timely fashion, definitely will be going again.

The Chicken Lo Mein was well seasoned. Lots of noodles but the chicken qas super light and extremely thin.

We have ordered food for our family of 5 about 3 times so far from here. We haven't been disappointed yet. We usually get fried rice, chicken and broccoli, fries, fried chicken, chow mein, and sometimes sweet and sour chicken. I like that the food isn't so oily. However, I feel like the portion size, well the container are a little smaller than other stores. It's a different taste than what we are use to and it's nice to change sometimes.

Broccoli was fresh and crispy but not the chicken . Chicken wing bone was breaking apart and the chicken was yellow inside and had a curry type of taste . Wouldn't order again from here

Just ordered for the first time on Uber eats. I ordered the General Tso’s combo. I ordered a shrimp egg roll because they were 2 for 1. My food made it here pretty quickly considering the guy was on a bike. The General Tso’s chicken is not bad, but nothing to write home about. The rice is actually well seasoned before adding any soy sauce. There was broccoli as well, but I only received 3 pieces of broccoli. My biggest gripe is that I only received 1 egg roll. I ordered them because it was 2 for 1. I wouldn’t spend $3 on just one egg roll any other time. If you’re not gonna honor your Uber specials, then take them off. You’re getting over on people. Probably won’t be ordering from here again.

These people make a mess. 1 time I ordered beef fried rice and the rice was literally wet enough that I could pour it out of the container. Just nasty seriously. I asked them to either refund my money or remake my order it didn’t matter to me 1 way or the other, all I know is that’s not something I would EVER pay for. Needless to say they told me they would call me back after they spoke with their cook and I had to call a second time about 10 mins later. Mind you I’m STARVING which they did not take into consideration like AT ALL! Anywho I had to actually go down there after they tried to tell me that I didn’t order from their restaurant which all I did was redial from my call log. Like how dare you try and make me seem incompetent with you. And this point I just want my money back….fast forward…I let at least 4-6 months go by and against my better judgment I decided to give them another try and am yes again was just disgusted. I paid from beef fried rice with well done beef, there were supposed to be vegetables and eggs as usual just like their delicious looking picture advertised and now you can see what I ordered and what I actually got. No vegetables, no eggs, and hardly no meat $15 later….NEVERRRR again. I tried to leave it alone the first time and let them keep making their money but this time it really upset me and I don’t want anyone else to make the same mistake wasting their money and putting their hopes into these people. They’re horrible and don’t care nothing about their customers. They’re making this slop and putting a price tag on it. The one in Hillside is better; it includes free soda with large orders. I spent $33 and didn't get anything free.

I just ate There I feel like my food did a disappearing act like David Blane the magician. There was barely no meat on my wings that I ordered more garlic than wings and the sauce tasted like water no seasoning or flavor. My fries were barely noticeable. I think they need help finding the potatoes. I don't think they no what portions mean because a kid 🧒 wouldn't be full with this meal. Avoid at all cost.

I just came there and I was very disappointed food quality and portion is unacceptable. GO ELSE WHERE NOT RECOMMENDED PAYED 26$ AND STILL WENT TO DIFFERENT CHINESE RESTAURANT .

Since they don’t want to answer the phone. I’m sick and tired of getting my order and the entire food and sauce is in the bag. Leaking everywhere. Get better containers or better drivers. This is ridiculous now.

Received pork fried rice only instead of general toast chicken and white rice. Called and explained and was told they will redeliver the proper meal. Received a bag of white rice after the second attempt. That’s 2 wrong attempts. Called again and got hung up on several times. Spoke to the manager finally who was extremely rude and told me nothing can be done and I cannot get a refund, DONT order from these scammers!!!!!!!

Made an online order and I called in to add extra sauce but they refused. The lady over the phone initially took my number for a manager to call me back just for the simple request for extra sauce and I never received the call back; when I tried calling back she was ignoring the call but answered my partners phone call. These people are ridiculous!

If I can give negative stars I would. I ordered food it came raw my chicken wings and my egg roll never came. Tried to call back ..figured it was late they were closed .. but called 2x just cause I wanted that egg roll and my food. Tried calling the next day no response… so I finally threw the raw food out.. never got my egg rolls so I call the NEXT DAY FROM THAT SO NOW ITS TUESDAY. I finally get through to be called a liar cause their staff is terrible at communication. I asked cause I planed to ordered again later if they can just fix it next time.. and the manager was asking me where’s the chicken where’s the chicken .. in the trash with your bad customer service. So I hung up and said I’ll never order again you lost me. And he made this not and had it sent to my phone in his language. RUDE.

I am not sure how this place has a 4.5 rating. Save your money and order else where. When this location first opened I was really excited to see that sweet bamboo had moved to my area. My roommate and I would order about $30-$45 worth of food from them on a weekly basis. But as time progressed we quickly found that the food was not of the same quality as there sister location. I have a list of different complaints I have gone through from ordering from this restaurant. From customer service to the way the food is cooked. This is the only chinese restaurant that I’ve ever ordered from that can’t seem to cook fries properly. When asked to cook them well done they come out steamed and soggy. I had taken a break from ordering from them and recently decided to give them another try. Ordered Vegetable Fried rice with Chicken and broccoli and received a plate full of onions. I was exhausted from work that day and really needed a meal and this made me so angry. When I called in I respectfully let the manager know that my plate was filled with onion sprouts and she asked me if I knew what fried rice was at that point I had it and calmly let her know that I wouldn’t be ordering from them again. She sent out a replacement rice that took an additional 40 minutes to arrive and I live about half a block away. I gave the food to my roommate and didn’t have dinner that night. complete waste of money. Worst chinese food I have ever had will not be ordering from this location ever again.
