I am extremely satisfied with this restaurant. The quality of the food was amazing (delicious!), the staff was friendly, and the place was clean. I ordered sushi rolls half an hour before they closed, also it was my first time going so I had high expectations but I honestly had such a great experience. Shoutout to the team who worked the closing shift September 7th, and even all the other staff of the restaurant who didn’t work that day. Everything was great.

This was my first time ordering from here . I ordered the chicken teriyaki special . Which is chicken , vegetables and rice . I got noodles instead of rice which is $1.00 extra . I got a bottle ginger which was $2.99. My overall order cost $15 . The place was clean .I sat down to eat my food I ate a little bit and left . When I got home my food was still warm honestly the food had no taste no type of flavor .,

The food is mostly good. The Hispanic young lady who picks up the phone when making orders is extremely rude and has poor customer service. I cancelled my order because of her.

Rarely do I eat in this neighborhood in Jamaica Queens. As I was eating my Bento box, I felt really sorry for the people who came in to order their food. The food was horrible, other than the chicken teriyaki, which was tasty. There was no attempt by whomever was supplying or creating, this food for it to be a pleasant experience. The little bit of cabbage salad, the horrible spring rolls, the chicken dumplings, the artificial crab California role were all very bad. Go to panda express up the street or chipotle nearby.

Salmon Deluxe, salmon was dry, fried rice was undercooked and the spring rolls were mussy. The best thing on the tray was the 2 fried dumplings and the sauce. Never again.

The chicken could have been cooked some more, and the vegetables tasted like butter.

No apology, no acknowledgment of the situation. I didn’t expect free food nor accommodation. I just think that she should’ve just gave me at least on. I’m sorry or something. It’s just very unprofessional. And they will not be getting my money anymore.

Visited 2/5/24….the cashier was very nice…but ultimately my concern was the line cooks… texting on the phone with gloves on then proceed to make food with the same gloves on. What really put the icing on the cake was the same line cook, started scratching his back with the same gloves he use to text on his phone and still proceeded to make food. I told him to change his gloves it’s Unsanitary and he just looked at me and kept making my food. I called to speak to a manager but the manager didn’t want to come to the phone. Then the cashier over the phone didn’t seem to care much when I explained what happened. As a chef in the food industry that is a big NoNo to be texting and touching your face and other body parts with gloves on…then proceeding to make guests food. Someone can and will get sick if this establishment does not practice food safety. I threw my food away because he made my plate with those same gloves. Disgusting!!!

How do you have Asian teas that are supposed to be made with milk but your making it with water. I think thats just crazy.

While wearing gloves keep their hands clean, what’s the purpose of using the same cooking gloves to do everything else? It’s unsanitary. The moment you leave the cooking station or touch something outside of food with the same gloves, there should be a new pair on immediately. This is how people get sick from restaurants.
