This is the best what a burger I have had since I was a kid in Wichita Falls when I thought it was water burger when I was visiting from Florida as a child. Y'all did wonderful super nice staff, hot hot food, couldn't ask for more!!

I have ate a lot of Whataburger from in Texas or out of state and I still say this is the best Whataburger. I haven't ate at these one in about 8 years and it still holds my claim for being the best Whataburger restaurant ever. Take a trip to this one since it's it worth it.

Fast and friendly service. Got the chicken biscuit but subbed a jalapeño cheddar biscuit. Mmmmm.

No Christmas look yet,however lady at the counter Emily made sure I got a coffee even though they put it away,and was very respectful and efficient. She's a credit to Whataburger don't lose her. She knew the veteran coffee rule implemented by corporate til the end of the year.

I don’t expect food to taste good when I order late night at places but I could tell the food here was made fresh and hot! Very delicious, Not to mention they also gave me my ranch dipping cup unlike the other locations I’ve been to that always forget. By far this is the cleanest facility, fastest service, nicest managers / employees, and most importantly the food is HOT and fresh.....way better than any other we have eaten at, and we eat at many locations depending on where we are. We have started making it a point to come to this location, even if it might be a little out of the way from where we might be at the time so we can get our food the freshest/hottest! I have thanked 2 different managers on separate occasions for their outstanding location!!! Keep it up and Thank You!!!

By far the best customer service i’ve received at a whataburger. My car made me go through the most embarrassing thing leaving me at the drive through and they helped me move it. Made me feel like it was okay and things just happen. I don’t think another place would had been as nice and understanding. Thank you!

This my first time eating at this location and everyone's very Nice and Friendly. The atmosphere is peaceful and I love the fact, the entire time My Wife and I were here, Police's keep coming through and made us feel safe while we enjoyed our meal. We will be coming back here again.....

The drive thru was moving pretty quick for a Monday night. My food was hot and they fixed my order that I personally messed up. I'm not sure if the women on the headset was the same as the one at the window but they were both very kind and professional

ALWAYS HOT! Made to order HOT! Loved the new Prickly Pear drink! 10 stars! SO Refreshing! Everything is GOOD! The pancakes are big, round & fluffy! The tenders are meaty and fried to perfection. Then there's the Burgers! So Meaty and topped with fresh veggies and jalapeños are a Must! We enjoy all the menu and can't forget those FRIES...hot, hot, hot with Hot ketchup!! I visited this establishment 1/1/26 at 5:01pm ordered from the drive thru it was about 3 cars in front of me lane A and two cars in lane B.... it was taking a minute for me to actually pull up to the window when I did I realized the young lady NE NE was working the window and also walking outside to hand ppl food... NE NE was patient and didn't seem at all frustrated (I know I would have been) I think management should know NE NE was definitely handling business and I really appreciated her and u should too!!!

This what burger location for late night (right b4 11pm) was great. Service was great, received order as requested. Food was hot, burger was cut in half as requested. Crispy fries & dr pepper wasn't flat. I will frequent this location now that I see they handle their business as a drive thru location should. Keep up the great work🧡.

Staff is friendly and customer oriented. Food is always warm, portions are usually as offered, and waiting time is minimal. Great location always busy but not enough to make you wait more than reasonable. Could be cleaner, mainly the tables but at least there always available seats.

I went to the location on New Year's Eve cause I had placed an online order in the app. The employees were super friendly and quick with the orders. One of the managers gave me a coupon without me even asking which made my night. This is the first WhatAburger that's ever has done this in my life. The food was delicious and freshly made like always. I just wish all other locations were as attentive and welcoming as this one. Recommend to everyone if ever in the area to stop by and enjoy one of the best experiences and locations in Houston.

I can’t say enough about the Manager and Asst Manager at this location! We went to place a large order for a Celebration of Life reception because my deceased sister loved Whataburger! They were so kind and understanding of how we wanted to honor her memory and provided us with everything we needed to make her reception special. If I had to do this all over again, I would go back to this Whataburger location again! They are super and everything turned out beautiful! Thank you a million times over and God bless!

Had excellent service at breakfast and then returned for lunch. Great food and friendly people but double check your order. Many orders being brought out under wrong order number. They correct everything quickly but should lot be happening that many times.

We ordered breakfast tacos which were delicious but usually the soft taco shells are usually dried out and hard on the ends.

No decaf...didn't offer to make any, either. Kinda bummed.

This is my go to sport for drive thru after concerts. Great place to grab a midnight dinner. Prices for everything have really gone up a lot. So it was a surprise to me when I ordered chicken tenders and then asked for ranch dressing that I was going to be asked to pay for it after I already paid for the meal. I'm sort of used to a sauce coming with the chicken tenders.

Stopped here for breakfast. Whataburger is one of the few fast food restaurants I go to. This one stands out compared to others. I ordered online the app in the parking lot to use up points. Went inside and they were still making the food so they gave me my drink and took a seat. I started looking around and this place was clean. All the employees were busy. If they were not preparing orders or food, they were cleaning. They were also really polite. Whataburger service in the old days was like the chicken place that does not open on Sundays is today. This place went back to their roots. Everyone had a smile. Asked me how I was doing. Wished me a good day. They also arranged my food neatly in the tray when they brought it out.

Yes I saw the chili burger advertisement on the building at the last location I was in and yes, I fell for the marketing of "NEW". 🥹 This a heavy boy, The burger is two beef patties with two slices of American cheese layered with Whataburger's own beef chili, crunchy corn chips, tangy mustard and crisp onions piled high on a toasted five-inch bun, I subtracted the mustard and added Bbq sauce. 🍗🍔🌶️ This is not a burger you eat in the middle of the week. This is not something you eat then just go on back about your day like it never happened. This behemoth of a fast food burger will slow you down and make you consider some healthier choices. . Call this for short the HumbleBurger. The chili on this burger is great, it's not spicy but it gives a great impression that it might become spicy.

Pluses: Always clean, staff very friendly as usual. Only downside. There is always something missing in my order or it's incorrect in some way. The other day I had to repeat my burger four times. Don't hate when you go thru the drive thru get food and get all the way home. To realize they messed up your order. Like who want to drive 2 miles back just to get bacon we paid for and wasn't on the burger. My girlfriend was highly upset. She also said the burger and fries weren't fresh. She told me to never get food location any more.

Food is great, but if you order inside they are slow as molasses in the winter. I only went inside so I could use the bathroom, then proceeded to wait 5 minutes for someone just to come to the front register. After that, it was another 25 to wait for food. It would have been quicker to go inside, use the restroom, and then go outside to the drive-thru. Wow.

Just driving through. Haven't been to a Whataburger in like 40 years. Was not impressed. Zero flavor in their burger. Was excited to go again while I was in town, but we also ate at Jack in the Box and it was a lot better.

Had a problem with my order due to app issues the employees were super nice and then a manager came out of no where being so rude say what's the problem rolling her eyes and super rude. Ordered using my app was charged extra for onion rings and they got my order wrong and excluded my onion rings for fries when the ticket clearly states onion rings. I had stopped going to this Jones road location because they constantly get my order wrong and I have to take my receipt to the west rd location to have them fix it. 3/29/2025, waited almost 30 minutes in the drive thru for 1 taquito and 1 coffee this morning around 530am, this place usually takes a really long time even for whatburger , but today was enough to make me not want to come back, the girl in the drive thru had absolutely no sense of urgency and was clearly taking her time. There was about 2 other cars parked to the side waiting, along with 5 others cars behind me in the drive thru

Drive through here is always a hot mess. They have a hard time getting orders correct. Quality control is non existent. . .. rancid tea is the norm at this location.. . Best to skip it.

I’m leaving one star because I’m very frustrated. I always order my sausage biscuit plain no cheese, no egg. Simple, right? Unfortunately, when I went to eat my order, I found it had both cheese (which I’m allergic to) and egg. While I can remove the egg, the cheese can’t just be taken off, which meant I couldn’t eat my meal at all.

Never has there been a time I came for breakfast and the restroom didn’t have piss all over the toilet. I mean, is it really hard to have somebody check the restrooms every hour?

The worst customer service of all establishments on 07/29/25 at 4:00 pm I ordered and paid for my combo and when I went to refill my glass one of the attendants came to me saying I couldn't refill my drink. He was so disrespectful that he called the police. When the police arrived he told him he bought it and he has to leave it, but that type of service can't be ignored.

Placed 2 online orders for pickup. I understand being busy, but getting only half my orders to me in over 30 minutes and then running out food for a party that arrived way after getting the first half of my order is ridiculous. My son’s chicken strip meal didn’t have… Chicken strips. So instead of enjoying a hot meal I’m running back up there to get his chicken and hopefully in an hour from now enjoy my cold $40 meal. Manager seemed dismissive and didn’t bother making things right. I won’t be back after decades as a customer. Not a Texas burger joint anymore are we?

I got food poisoning from this place!!! I picked up a patty melt meal in the drive-through yesterday around 8:45pm. I only ate half of it because I thought that something was “off” with the burger. About six hours later, around 2:30 AM, I woke up and had to run to the bathroom to throw up… I had to stay in the bathroom all night (7 hours of nonstop awfulness) and I’m still not able to keep any food down almost 24 hours later. It has been a miserable day. Avoid this place!! Food poisoning is no joke.

Ive had to return my food multiple times at this location. Never complained, only asked that they correct it. Today, the manager, Laith Alsafadi, told me he would give me condiment packets to fix the burger the way I wanted. When I asked "Why would I have to remake my own burger? This is the 3rd time this has happened." he said I was being difficult and that we arent getting anywhere. It's just a burger at the end of the day day. But, what did I do to be treated this way?

I come to this location at least once a week overnight to get a huge Breakfast order! It has always been fresh, delicious and worth every penny!! Well I went tonight and was met by Claire and to say it was an unpleasant interaction would be giving it more credit than it deserves!! Absolutely no friendliness, no smiles just hurry up and order and get outta my face!! I had questions about the app she ignored them completely as if I never even mentioned them 🤨!! But moving along, it took them 27 mins to give me my order which I would have been absolutely OKAY with had my order came out and been tasteful wait better than that had it been eatable!! My entire order was overcooked, burnt, should have been thrown out 6 hours ago hard as a rock biscuits!! The gravy was 60% sausage grease!! So I waited almost 30 mins for food that was cooked hours before!! Even down to the hash browns they were so burnt there weren’t any softness to them at all felt like a potato chip when you bite it!! Not to forget Claire directly took my order and somehow left food items out!! I love Whataburger but for $30 I would like to receive food that I can actually consume and unfortunately I had to trash everything!!!

Had to delete my good review I made 8 months ago, because the quality of service and food here has declined greatly. Long wait times, they dont make use of both lanes to reduce such wait time because they don't want to go outside. Poor service, I requested picante sauce with my food and it looked like someone cut it open with a knife. This should've been obvious when throwing it into my bag. Last time I came here, they gave me the wrong order entirely. If you want whataburger, take the 10 extra minutes to drive to the one further down Jones Road. Good service there.

Literally waited almost 30 plus minutes for my order inside and it's beyond ridiculous how many people got their order through the drive through and I'm still waiting and I tell the manager and I should of got my refund back and free food but I didn't do that. I'm usually nice and don't make complaints but this was ridiculous.
