I found this place through word of mouth, and it was definitely a great find. The menu is distinctly Mexico City fare. I loved the fried quesadillas; they come generously filled with lettuce, cheese, and cream—delicious! The salsas are very tasty, and although the cups they're served in are small, they were happy to refill them as needed. My only complaint was the hibiscus and horchata drinks, which, in my opinion, lacked flavor and seemed a bit stale. But other than that, they have a vast menu of prepared drinks and food that makes you want to come back and try more. And to finish your meal, you absolutely must order the cheese flan, which is the star of this place. It's delicious and creamy; you can't leave without trying it. This dessert is a must-try gem in the area and a great size for sharing. The owners were wonderful—super friendly and a lovely conversationalist. I'll definitely be back.

An excellent place to go for lunch or dinner with family or friends if you enjoy traditional "chilango" food. The service was excellent, the place was very clean, and the seasoning was extraordinary. Without a doubt, one of the best places in Querétaro for those who like to eat something different.

Very tasty and clean, excellent service, ample parking, the trio of pressed pork rind sopes are next level, their pozole is flavorful and the pork trotter tostadas are a must-try.

The food isn't bad, but it's far from being Mexico City style. The fried quesadillas have too much dough and end up hard from being left in the oil for too long. The pozole doesn't have the head, which is a basic requirement in any pozole restaurant in Mexico City. The pambazos were a huge disappointment because the bread was dry (like it had been stale for days), they weren't properly smothered in salsa, and even though I asked for it crispy, they didn't serve it that way. They forgot one of my sons' orders, and he almost went hungry. In the end, the quesadillas cooked on a griddle weren't that great either. Overall, they have a different style than Querétaro, but honestly, they're way off from being true Mexico City food. The service is okay, but nothing memorable. They have several drink options and beer specials...

I don't know why they call themselves chilangos, honestly, they're not! They have no good flavor. The pozole was very well served, yes, but what good is it if it doesn't taste good? The tinga with pieces of tomato and such is not, and also without good flavor. Nothing to do with the flavor of food in Mexico City! The name is just to deceive, but I wouldn't eat anything here again unless they improve. I don't know if people have bad taste in food or they are paid to write good reviews, but honestly, they shouldn't dedicate themselves to this when they have no flavor! They are deceiving the diners.

The huaraches are small, they don't put beans on them, just salsa... I ordered the steak and it seems like they put half a steak on it... =( and the dough base doesn't have beans... I barely saw a stain with 1 bean. 3 small huaraches for $400... I wouldn't go back to that place =( it lacks flavor =(

The food is delicious but the service, especially from the waitress, is super despotic and rude and throws the plates at you with a face of few friends. The truth is that for that reason I would not return. The place is very small and hidden. Those who prepare it also have a face of few friends.
