Prices are reasonable. Good selection. The boom boom sauce is great. Service was good although they were skimping on napkins, we had to ask for more several times. Overall, a good place to eat TexMex if you are craving for some.

Hadn't been here in yrs so was a little disappointed that there were not as many people. Everything else was the same. Great margaritas, chips and salsa and jalapeno ranch dip was fresh. My taco salad. Perfect! Crystal C was working her butt off tending the bar and managing to be a sweetheart at the same time. I don't get to Katy too often but will stop in again for sure.

My family and I have been going to this location for a number of years. The food seems to have become a bit less fresh, fairly often, but the flavor is still very good. Service is usually pretty decent, as well. However, you guys have to stop making the place an icebox. We have to dress like it is winter any time we enter. My wife and I had long sleeves on the other evening in 90 degree weather, and we were still freezing. It makes the dinner far less enjoyable when you are shivering the entire time. It was not always like this.

Food are good. Portions are big. Prices $13.49 to $16. Good price for portion. Our waitress is ok just need more smile maybe she was tired. Restaurant was packed due to thanksgiving tomorrow. We will come back

It's been long since I reviewed a restaurant and my taste buds compelled me to write one about Chuy's. On a typical Wednesday, our team wanted to go on impromptu team lunch and after stirring up few restaurants in the bowl, Chuy's came on top, so we decided to give it a try, a decision which we don't regret. As we entered host warmly showed us to our seats and we started digging into the menu. Ambiance is typical Chuy's which is vibrant and welcoming. We decided to order few fajitas and steak burrito. Though wait time is little frustrating but that feeling faded away once we got our food. A great portion and perfect blend of all ingredients. As I am vegetarian I settled for veg fajitas and my friends for non veg counterparts. Grilled veggies are a treat so is the steak ("according to my friend"). Food tasted delicious and the presentation was good. Our waiter was very courteous and prompt. Overall a very welcoming experience and looking forward to many such outings. Ambiance: 4/5 Service: 4/5 VFM : 4/5 Food: 4/5

The place smelled amazing walking in. Had to go looking for silverware, though. The people behind us had to ask for silverware too, and had a different server. A other server was very helpful ans sweet. The chicken in the chicken fajitas were dry with little flavor. Our server was nice, just hard to find sometimes. The green chili rice came out as regular mexi rice, but I wasn't charged more. I didnt bother to complain, I just didnt eat it. The place is very fun with lots to look at. Brightly colored and festive. The food was OK. The price wasnt bad at all. But we won't be back. Not with so many other options to try here in the Katy/Houston area.

I've been a long time customer of chuys for but, but they have fallen off. The last time I visited, we ate in and the meal was sub-par at best. Which is a shame. Today I just wanted chips and dip and these chips were horrible. I didn't realize it until I got home, by then it was to late to go back. Infact I probably won't go back anymore 😔

I had a positive experience at this cool little spot – the atmosphere was charming, and the food lived up to expectations with its delicious flavors. Although there was a slight mix-up with my order, I was impressed by their quick resolution and the genuine apology extended. It's reassuring to see a place that not only delivers tasty dishes but also values customer satisfaction and takes prompt action to make things right.

Called twice and got hung up on because the guy on the other end said he couldn't hear me, taco was stale, then I pulled up to my job and tried to eat my food quickly and couldn't really even eat and enjoy my lunch break because they didn't put any utensils in my bag! Smh never again. They get two stars because the guy that brought my food out was nice and accommodating other than that absolutely not. Update: I ended up having to use some utensil from my job and as I get ready to eat my food, I see that there is a piece of straight black hair in my rice. Once I get off of work I will be going back to Chuys to get a full refund.

My wife's order had two strips of Fajita meat and mine had one small strip in each taco. What was waste of $14.00 per order. This is by far the biggest rip off I have ever experienced. I do have to say, the staff at the bar and hostess were great. They greeted everyone with friendly and happy faces. They get 5 stars.

Upon getting the food home as you can see in the pictures, I don’t understand if you can’t put enough food in the containers for “4 ounces” then why use them, why charge me for 4oz, when it’s literally 3.5oz and I give a tip on top of your Built-in gratuity? Also this awful sauce that someone decided to cross-contaminate with honey mustard with the regular sauce that comes with the chips was totally gross. I will no longer be providing “additional tips” until I feel your servings are in line with what you are charging, that goes for your gratuity tips as well! One last rant…. I rated your Service a 3 because this issue is a reflection of those in the kitchen to those handing the food to your customer.

Please look for another restaurant if you are interested in getting real frozen margaritas. We ordered 2 and neither had any alcohol. 1 was not even fully frozen. I was told by the bar tender and the manager that frozen margaritas are made in the morning (we ordered ours at approximately 6:30PM). When I challenged both to try a sample from their batch they refused. Chuys used to be a fantastic restaurant with great food and people that cared. Unfortunately, all that has changed since they were bought out last year.

If I could give this place a ZERO I would! I’m so grossed out that they gave us a bag of chips (only 1/4 full) with a BLOODY BANDAID on it! I called them to complain and was gaslit by the manager saying that she packed the takeout bag itself. She didn’t even apologize and kept insisting that this could never happen. Finally we asked to get our order remade as this one was unsanitary. When I came to pick up, the same manager kept denying that this was their fault, as if we stuck the nasty bandaid ourselves and called to complain! You would think that they would be extra careful when they remade our order. But no, they managed to give me a beef burrito instead of a bean burrito. How do you manage to mess up again! I used to love Chuy’s but I will never step foot into any chuys establishment anymore! If you order take out, please double check before you leave or you might find something unsanitary in your dish.
