Drive thru, easy parking, internet connection, and great service. They would warm up your bakery too. The banana walnut muffin and the kolache was really delicious. They have Vietnamese coffee and even boba tea here. Lots of outdoor seating.

Best Vietnamese ice coffee in H-town! Rich, flavourful, sweetness perfectly balanced. A good range of flavoured lattes, coffee, tea, and bakery choices. Contemporary designed. Love the natural light, spacious layout, and cool grey design theme. Chairs are comfy. Place is clean. Staffs friendly. In short, the coffee place to be! Also has a drive-through and an outdoor patio.

Uyen Ha

Very cute coffee shop with a spacious space for group study or meeting. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. What I love about this place is their temp setting😂 It's not freezing cold like some coffee shops. Besides that they also have a big patio with a roof😍 I will come here more often during summer time to meet up with friends or study. 👍🏻 Their drink is yummy. The sweetness is just right and not too overwhelming. However you have an option to adjust sweet level. I got peach tea and mango tea. Both are refreshing.

Saturday 10/3 11 am The entrance: Located off Westgreen in Katy, TX in a newly built shopping center. Located on the end cap. Bonus - they have a drive-thru. The patio is really big and semi covered. Outdoor music (today's hits playlist) The first vibe: Was not expecting it to be so big inside. Tall ceilings, spacious, and a long community table with more 4-top tables lining the wall. Spacious bar and pastry display area. Time 2 table: We order 2 coffees and 2 pastries - about 5 minutes The menu: Coffee, pastries, tea milk, and lunch snack items (popcorn chicken being one of them) The server: Our coffee barista/cashier was really nice. He helped us through the menu, & made suggestions The drinks: Tasty and strong. We got the Vietnamese coffee and the caramel macchiato The food: The cheese danishes were really tasty. It had this really nice glaze all over the top of the cheese danish and then a thick creamy middle. The dessert: Lots of choices in the display case The management: Did not see or interact with a manager to my knowledge The cleanliness: Very! Inside and patio area. This is a 2nd location for them. TU NGUYEN

Will not have to drive to Belaire to get a Long cafe sữa đá. This location is bigger and fresher than the old one. The Vietnamese Cafe sữa đá is still the best. It is nice inside and huge outside. Thumbs up for well-trained staffs. The drinks come out fast and good. Highly recommend!

The second location is up and running! The place looks stunning and the drinks are top quality and priced really well. Come out for drive through or in for pick up. Call ahead to order and avoid a wait. If your a coffee lover I recommend the frozen cafe sua da. It's a perfect study or driving drink that'll keep you awake and focused.

There are more coffee shops than I can keep track of. I think that’s true anywhere, but it seems even truer in the Houston area and surrounding suburbs. I like when I can find something different from the usual chain store operations and one I have visited and liked is Long Coffee in Katy. Looking at the menu at Long Coffee, one will find iced coffee drinks, hot coffee drinks, hot and cold tea drinks, frozen drinks, etc. If you feel like a snack, they serve a few different pastries. If your appetite is a little stronger, you can get a ham and cheese croissant, fettucine alfredo, butterfly shrimp, popcorn chicken, and other similar options. One thing that is a little different here is the number of hot coffee drinks. Long Coffee has more choices than other coffee shops, most of which tend to stick with cold drinks. If I’m going for a hot drink, the salted coffee latte is a favorite. The hot jasmine green tea is nice as well. If I want something cold- and sweet- the frozen cookies and cream is a good choice. Long Coffee is ordinary on the interior. You will find tables and chairs for groups, plus the usual upholstered chairs for greater comfort, perfect for eating, drinking, and one- on- one conversation. If the weather is right, sitting outdoors on the front patio is a good option. Again, nothing exceptional in terms of atmosphere, but certainly comfortable. I love a good coffee shop and Long Coffee in Katy is a good option for those who have grown tired of the better- known chain coffee shops and want something different. The drinks, the food, and the service are all enough to satisfy and keep you coming back.

Bad behavior from one specific staff, a Latino staff. I never do anything wrong with her but I don't know why she behaves with me badly recently ? I have been drinking for the past 6 months and all I received is her disdainful, rude, and indifferent expression whenever I ordered a drink recently. Very bad behavior!!!

It pains me to write this, as my family has been loyal to Long’s for years, but recent visits have been disappointing. On my last order, the shrimp and chicken pasta was packed in a Styrofoam container that leaked and even melted from the heat—raising serious health concerns. I’ve also repeatedly received drinks loaded with ice and overly sweet despite requesting light ice and sugar, showing little attention to customer requests. Most concerning was the dismissive response when I called to share my concern: “This is what we have. What would you like us to do about it?” Instead of acknowledging a legitimate safety issue, it felt brushed off. They could have lined it with foil, expressed a commitment for safer packaging in the future, any of the above. We have enjoyed their food and had positive experiences in the past with customer service, but until improvements are made in both packaging and customer care, I sadly won’t be returning
