We have the best one! I don't usually get Starbucks because of the $$, but when I do I will only go to this store. I had a meeting here recently and the service, food, coffee and especially the employees were fantastic!

One of the employers was very rude. I was waiting for 10 minutes before someone helped me. However the minute another customer came in, they attended to him quickly. Very disappointed in the way I was treated today. Btw I ordered on the app almost 15 mins before.

Yesterday, my family brought home drinks from this Starbucks location and we noticed that the beverages were not filled completely. This morning, it was my turn to pick up the drinks, and I politely mentioned the issue to the staff when placing the order, kindly requesting that the drinks be filled properly. Unfortunately, we received the same result—cups that were noticeably underfilled. It’s incredibly disappointing to pay a premium price of $6.95 per drink and not receive the full product. At Dutch Bros, for example, their motto is “Never Gyp a Sip,” and their baristas consistently deliver friendly service and full drinks. That level of customer care makes a difference. Given the repeated issue and lack of responsiveness, I will no longer be visiting this location. I encourage others who experience the same to consider taking their business elsewhere as well.
