Great place, I have no been here twice and have tried many appetizers as well as a few entrees and I've not been disappointed.

The food was amazingly flavorful. I tried the lobster roll, the honey glaze teriyaki salmon and a special fried rice. Everything was amazing. I will definitely return to this area just a purchase from this restaurant.

Went there for happy hour not expecting much but wow, we thouroughly enjoyed everything we had, both the sushi and the Thai food. We lived in Thailand for over 15 years and the Thai food was great!

Inside is elegant... the sushi is good... we ordered the dragon and Siam roll. Being from California we are used to crab salad/mix not crab sticks in the sushi rolls... but they were able to make a crab mix for us. The orange sauce is ok... nothing special.

Great place. Nice selection and everything is very good. Service ok but still nice and friendly. Overall a very good time and nice dinner.

This place is great, it isn't extravagant or anything, but it is very nice. The food is wonderful but the portions are massive, so maybe ask how large the meal is before you order it. The environment is chill and quiet, nice place to go with friends/family any day of the week.

The ambiance and decor were alright, the waitress was pleasant and attentive. I had a side of white rice and a salad with shrimp and artificial crab meat with a ginger dressing. The dressing was not enough and I request more.

The service is quick, the decoration of the place is tasteful and the sushi delicious. The gyoza were absolutely delicious. you get good value for money here. Staff could be a bit more friendly and welcoming. They have tables outside as well.

The food and service are good but felt very stressful with everything going around. There was one waiter who speaks English and 80% of customers speaking English. So she had to run from one table to another. Thank you for trying to be in all the tables at the same time, but it's impossible.

Pains me to give a 3 star review because the food is excellent, however their dishes and cups are all dirty. Returned a beer because there was food stuck to the inside of the glass, got another one and it was the same way. Fingerprints all over the plates. A real shame because the rainbow roll was one of the best I've ever had. But if their dishes are this dirty their kitchen must be worse. Sadly probably won't be back

Overall the food was delicious & well portioned. My main criticism is that they need more staff. The waitress that took care of us was amazing but definitely overworked seeing as how she had so many tables to service. I'll come back, hopefully at a less busy time.

Our sons sushi roll came out ten minutes after everyones cooked meals and we allowed plenty of time in advance having ordered appetizers as well. Our drinks stayed empty and I had to get up and go to the waiters twice to ask for drinks while they didn't rush they acted polite. NOONE SPEAKS ENGLISH AND THIS ISN'T HISPANIC RESTAURANT, it's a Japanese and thai place. The Manager needs to get a clue and hire a better staff especially when you cant even ask for a to go container without them trying to throw away our food. Good thing gratuity was included because we wouldnt have given that good of a tip with the staffs performance here. Also. The place has allot of windows. They are dirty smudged and foggy. The bathrooms had stains everywhere as if they hadn't been cleaned and the paper towel dispenser in the men's was empty while someone placed a few napkins on the counter....

I'm only giving this place two stars because the food is consistently good. But after my last visit I will not Be returning! My first huge problem with this place was the terrible customer service. The waitress was so rude and when I addressed this with the manager she was even more rude! I eventually got over this and came back but on my second trip back we saw a huge roach just strolling up the wall right next to my sister in law. Could've easily fallen on her! Disgusting. Do not eat here.

This place has somewhat good food, but I have to be honest, they won't be there for much longer! I'm sorry to say, but they barely get any business and as soon as someone walks in, they want you to spend as much money as possible. They also stare at you until you finish eating. I feel bad for the place because they have nice employees but the food should improve and be more polite towards customers.

This is the worst possible place anyone could go to now. I have ate their food before and ALOT has changed. most of the items dont have the same flavor anymore including the sushi. the manager at this place is TERRIBLE her attitude is so bad and she does not care to resolve anyone’s issue. She needs to be fired. I picked up not too long ago and the only person that was kind enough to help me was the young cashier girl in the back. This restaurant only cares about getting their money. i have tried to give them multiple chances but im done. I used to order curry all the time it was my favorite and they would give me the full container which was my moneys worth but now they only fill up half of the container!! even a little less than half this is ridiculous please save ur money.

We went there for a friends birthday dinner. and as soon as we got there they couldn't wait to get us out. we ordered appetizers and entrée and desert and they had the audacity to bring it all out together and after they brought everything out 2 minutes later ask if we needed boxes to go. we were looking around in astonishment and after they brought back the boxes they brought the check with it. also with automatic 18% gratuity. so they just didn't care how they treated you because their were already getting a tip they didn't deserve. I'd never go back there again for anything! nothing special about the food. I don't know how they stay in business treating people like that. I'd estimate if they keep those practices up they are not going to be in business very long.

In theory, the price according to the online menu was $65. However, when I arrived for my pickup, they suddenly charged me $77. When I tried to complain, they threatened me taking the order from my hands. To sum it up, they provided terrible service and overcharged me significantly.

Food was extremely slow. We were forgotten after almost every time our server came by. They were completely focused on the large parties and the to go orders. That said, our server had us and one other table next to us and she was nowhere to be seen the majority of the night. After my entire was brought out, the server asked my fiance if she still wanted her main course as she hadn't put the order in. It was extremely disappointing because I've been cooking here on my visits to Key Biscayne for years. Restaurant has been removed from my list. At least to dine in.

I highly don't recommend this place the people where so rude, looks like they don't know the word "hospitable", we were still looking for the menu and the server seems like in a hurry, like we just sit 5 minutes on the table and she was asking for our food already. And when we tell what we want she just say, "that's it, that's it, enough, enough" its our first time so we want to try a lot of food there, she don't have a right to tell us that that's enough food, because if we can't finish it we can take it home. So we just walked out from their restaurant and promised not to go again. NEVER AGAIN.

We ordered tempuras and several rolls and two soups. soup with pork dumplings. The soup was sour and spoiled. We immediately told the waiter. He said it’s nothing he can do no replacement and no $credit!! We asked for manager. No manager was on location. No apologies just rude waiters. Have eaten here dozens of times over the years but unfortunately the quality of food and service have both dive bombed in the last year or so, rendering it borderline inedible. The last time we went I promised myself - never again. Super super slow service on a Friday night when the restaurant wasn’t even full (waited 5-10 minutes both to have someone take our order and to pay, even though we were stood at the front desk), incredibly expensive, and low quality.

My son called placed and order for a special fried rice he specified no tomatoes or shrimp when he arrived order was not ready he had to wait that defeats the purpose to call.lady states order is ready he again specifies no tomatoes or shrimp she says yes that is your order. He takes order opens his food he sees tomatoes and shrimp he goes back and tells lady he didn't want tomatoes or shrimp her response we can't do anything because you left the establishment. 🤔I think that is what you do when you place order To go. What I dont get is what if my son is allergic to tomatoes or seafood he has to eat it and die because he left your restaurant and you don't want to admit you messed up on his food and don't want to re do it. NOTE TOO MANAGEMENT address to your employees the importance of food allergies I don't recommend this restaurant at all. I called to speak with manager I was told she was on break to call back in 20 mins they get a 1 star because it's the lowest Google lets us put they are a big 0. I NEVER write reviews. BUT they have the worst delivery man on this island he should be ashamed of himself. He claims I didn’t tip last time I ordered food so when I called to order they said I was only allowed to order for pick up bc delivery man said I didn’t tip him. I’ve always tipped this man (even though I wish I didn’t have to he’s so rude every single time) I’ve been coming here and ordering for 20 years. I do not think a tip should be 18/20% for a delivery that is driven across the street this person is not waiting on me this man I guess expects that from his deliveries. On top of this he comes with a horrible attitude is not friendly and expects me to want to give him more money. I order from this place minimum once a week (on Uber eats now only since pandemic and this guy started)- I order direct from resturant from time to time- hoping they have a new delivery guy. They used to have the sweetest man that would deliver. I have a baby and I cannot go pick up all the time. This is such a shame but at this point I do not think I will ever order from here again I’m so upset. Congrats you have just lost a loyal customer! 🎉

Definitely do not recommend. Waited an outrageously long time for someone to come to our table. Went inside and nobody came to attend to us. After going outside we waited for almost 20 minutes and the waitress goes outside without the menus. She reluctantly tossed us the menus afterwards. After waiting even more we decided to get up and leave. Another couple followed, it seems they were equally as bothered by their lack of service.

This restaurant is beyond pathetic. I have only had bad experiences with them. During this pandemic time I think it’s important to support local businesses which I attempted to do with this restaurant. They advertise on Uber eats buy one get one free. I ordered my meal and only received 1. After calling the restaurant the individual on the phone was outright rude and did not want to hear a think I had to say. He slammed down the phone on me. I landed up walking to the shop to actually speak to him in person and I received the same rude and attacking service. Eventually I had to call the cops to go into the shop and confront the rudeness of this staff. They do not deserve to be supported in these trying times or ever again. Think twice before going there.

If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. Do NOT eat here unless you want to spend the next two days stuck in bed regretting every life choice that led you to this restaurant. I’ve had nonstop stomach pain and horrible nausea that won’t go away. This was hands down the worst food experience I’ve ever had. Completely unacceptable.
