The brunch at The Edge is nothing short of spectacular — an exquisite all-you-can-eat buffet with world-class variety and attention to detail. Every dish was beautifully presented and made with the freshest ingredients. The sushi, omelets, and carving stations were outstanding, and the dessert selection was irresistible. The service was refined yet warm, creating the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The entire atmosphere feels elevated but relaxed, with the beautiful Four Seasons ambiance adding an extra layer of elegance. One of the best brunch experiences in Miami — truly worth it.
Excellent breakfast. Staying in a condo here at the four seasons and we’ve gone for breakfast every morning. The smoothies and coffee are excellent, great service, love the outdoor seating, banana oat waffle is gluten free. And we grab a glass of wine / cocktail here before dinner. It’s a very nice spot and great hotel
We enjoyed an exceptional dinner at Edge. The service was fantastic. From arriving at the front doors of the building to our waiter everyone was so kind and polite. Even a four seasons employee walking passed me as I waited in the lobby had asked how my day was and if I needed anything. They thanked us several times for choosing their restaurant. I haven't experienced that level of service in a long time. The food was excellent as well. We shared a meal which was the Butternut bisque, lamb chops, and truffle Mac n cheese. Everything was delicious, rich, and full of flavor. After dinner we walked through the garden and pool area. It was night time but we really enjoyed the opportunity to walk around their gardens. I'd highly recommend this spot and I would go back. Thank you to the special staff for making us feel so welcomed and looked after.
Great Sunday Brunch experience. Great selection of a wide variety of land and sea offerings as well as fresh vegetables and creative pastries to satisfy your craving one way or the other. Love the fresh Oysters, stone crab however felt like previously frozen as the meat is sticking to the shells. The fire grilled tomahawk steak and churascos are very nice and flavorful! Service is attentive and we left wanting to come back again. Bunch price is more than reasonable compared to similar offerings from The Breakers in Palm Beach.
Pros: excellent service, nice outdoor rooftop, tasty food Cons: a few levels up in the four seasons, food fell just a little shy of expectations for price. We had: Cauliflower app: highly recommend Caesar salad: was not traditional Caesar, dressing very sweet, would not order again Steak: on special, very good Brussel sprouts: good, but I wish they were crispy a little bit.
Not my first time visiting Four Season Hotel but my first eating at the Edge. Every single penny spent worth it. Lets start for ambiance, the restaurant itself is extremely beautiful, it has two rooms, one inside and one outside. Inside the main room, the light is dim and quite romantic. The outdoor lounge however, in addition to the beautiful decoration, has a view of the pool and parts of the hotel. The waiters are extremely attentive. There was not a moment when we felt neglected during dinner. The wine, the taste of the food and dessert are made to detail, my respects to the chef. Without a doubt, a very good experience which I recommend 100%.
🍳The best Sunday Brunch ever🧁 We had the chance to try out @edgesteakhouse Sunday Brunch service when we were in Miami and were mind blown at how good everything was. Located inside of the @fourseasons Miami, this brunch buffet was the best we’ve had by far in terms of quality and taste. I especially loved that the brunch menu was served “all-you-can-order.” Having the dishes served to our table instead of having to go down a buffet line ourselves was a welcome relief. There was of course an open buffet for desserts, seafood, and steak. I can proudly say that we tried one of everything that was on the menu. The Cuban Croque Madame was definitely my favourite dish that day. An innovative twist to the classic Croque Madame, this thing was a flavour bomb with every bite. Their dessert section was also unbelievably good. All the pastries and cake looks as if they were meant to be displayed at a French patisserie. The raw bar was also another highlight. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves with the endless stone crab and oysters. Their steak station was also better than your typical buffet. The Tomahawk steak was very tender, and the grilled skirt steak was *chefs kisses* ⭐️9/10 🤵🏼♀️8/10 💵$$$ ($110USD/person) 📍EDGE Steak & Bar | 1435 Brickell Ave, Miami
I went to the restaurant on a Wednesday night for dinner around 9:30 pm. It was the two of us, we didn’t have a reservation but it was not busy and we were seated right away. Even though they close at 10 pm, they never rushed us which I appreciated. The food and service was simply outstanding. We had two cocktails which ended up being $77 so a bit pricy. We had the tuna tartare which I recommend, the whole branzino which I thought was overpriced at $89 but it was delicious. We also had lamb chops and the truffle mac and cheese. The truffle mac and cheese was to die for, it was the best truffle mac and cheese I’ve ever had. I’m still thinking about it. I will go back just for it alone. The portions are generous. We were both stuffed and did not have any room for dessert. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this restaurant. Food, ambiance, service, 10/10. It was a great experience.
What an experience. Maurizio was the star host for the evening. We had the loveliest cuisine full of flavours and a superb red wine selection by Maurizio. All dishes were mouthwatering. We loved the NY strip steak and grilled red snapper. Overall, great spot and top service.
The Mother of all brunches. Pricy but good value for the money. Drink package worth it if you have 2 or more drinks. Tomahawk and brisket big hits as is seafood and dessert buffet. Music way too loud almost unbearable. Service is incredible!!
This place exceeded my expectations! Went on such a beautiful night, sitting outside was perfect. Our service was top notch from the moment we sat down until we left. Big thank you to the sous chef for coming to talk with us and bringing out a dish on the house that was amazing! The lamb chops were phenomenal, still thinking about them. Can’t wait to go again!

Brunch perfection! Its a beautiful restaurant in a beautiful hotel so on ambiance not sure what more you could ask for. Oh maybe live latin music on the balcony next to the tomahawk steaks and paella cooking over an open flame?! Check! There are a few menu options: $110 is all you can eat with soft drinks and coffee included, $145 all you can eat with set cocktails and mocktails included and $200 all you can eat with rose experience. I went with the $110 and asked for a drink a la carte. The bartender was amazing and even looked up the drink I had asked for since it was very off-menu. I also appreciated how the buffet catered to us low-carb crowd! Usually I don't like doing brunch since there is not much for me to eat besides a side of bacon and eggs but Edge brunch has top shelf options for me like stone crab, oysters, shrimp, tomahawks and a grand charcuterie with actual honey comb which was amazing with the brie. Lots of great salad options too. Sadly I couldn't eat dessert (lenten observance) but everyone in my group was happy with the dessert options and they also were so beautiful! The steaks were tender and delicious, the stone crab huge and flavorful and the oysters had more flavor than I'm accustomed to and tasted so fresh! Definitely recommend you check it out for brunch!
Great restaurant inside FS Miami. The food was delectable and the bartenders were superb. Only negative was I ordered a simple salad and received it after 3 other guests arrived, ordered and already received their meals. I think perhaps there was just a mix up in the kitchen. Excellent wine menu.
I love the brunch at the Edge!! Truly the best brunch in USA! Our server Yosmany was amazing and truly goes above and beyond! Caterina and the host Lia were also fantastic! Everyone does a phenomenal job! We loved it all!!!
“Their brunch is awesome, I love the Tomahawk Steaks “I will definitely be back!” “I was so impressed with my brunch “One of the best places…” Brunch was delicious. (and Im from the south, thats saying a lot)… Enjoyed the whole experience and definitely recommend this place for a place to eat “Best brunch on the east coast!” “The absolute best red sauce” “The absolute best red sauce. Pasta, it’s honestly delicious. Portions are huge and the staff is extremely friendly and courteous.” “We are so fortunate to have this outstanding restaurant in our town “Their omelets are top-notch.” “Very good service, good menu … not overly extensive. Food was very good quality all around. They know how to prepare home fries and their omelets are top-notch. Prices were reasonable.” “Would definitely come back to this place!”
Food was fresh, tasty, and plenty to eat. We enjoyed the food, especially the entrees and salads. The excellent cocktail menu, nice wine list. Their Moscow Mule and Old Fashion were very good. My husband had the Lamb Chops, I had the Stone Crabs, served with fantastic Mustard sauce. Our company liked the food. I would eat here again.
We arrived for our reservation a bit early and sat at the bar, the bar tender Jay was very good and attentive even though he had a busy bar he checked on us just enough, never being intrusive. Our Food was fresh, in season and perfectly prepared. Kevin our server was nothing short of a true professional at his craft. He was attentive, very charming and charismatic, he knew the menu very well and made fine suggestions. He also made just the right amount of small talk that made the wait time breeze by. I was also so impressed with the team work the wait staff showed thought the evening. Bravo to all the staff at this establishment from top to bottom!
Absolutely fantastic Sunday brunch experience. Worth every penny. The food is top quality and the service is some of the best in south Florida. Came for an anniversary and will be returning.
Enjoyed an excellent Birthday Brunch at Edge Brasserie! The servers were very helpful and professional. There were several serving stations dedicated to the cuisine of your choice: Shellfish, pasta, beef, sushi, paella and desserts!! All were great! We're definitely going back!
The food was very good, and while the selections were smaller than other places, the quality of every item was top tier. There is also an order menu that is included with the normal buffet options. All items that we tried on that order menu were fantastic. The pasta station tasted amazing, and the risotto was on point and was very creamy and rich. The dessert options were plentiful and ranged from fresh and fruity to super sweet and delectable. Service was top notch, and our server was attentive to us as we needed refills or wanted to place orders. It was definitely an experience I was happy to have at least once and hope to be back to again at some point.
Our Sunday brunch was one of the best brunch we have had by far. We have been to many brunches from Florida to Las Vegas and this is top notch. All of the food was elegantly laid out and showcased. My husband had some of the paella that was perfectly done, complements to the chef. Also the risotto and skirt steak were also delicious and done to perfection. The wait staff was attentive and friendly. Our finished plates did not sit on the table for too long before it was picked up. Also the water glasses were always filled up. We recommend and will return to this brunch the next time we are in Miami.
Absolutely incredible food! I’m a huge foodie and we loved our lobster rolls and the cubano spring rolls. We loved them so much we ordered 2 orders of each. Excellent service. I can’t wait to go back next time we are in Miami. I hope they remain a staple on the menu!
Hands down the best brunch in Miami. Quality of food and presentation great. I dont have anything bad to say, it was fantastic. All you can eat lobster, can I say more. All food stations were outstanding. You really must go...
Axel was amazing! He made sure the whole meal was perfect and totally gluten free. The food was excellent as was the atmosphere. Definitely a must visit if you're in the area. Had the Wagyu, oysters and a wonderful sorbet dish. Really could not have asked for a better night. The restaurant being located in the Four Seasons gave me an idea of the level of service we would receive but they really blew me away!
I recently visited Edge Steak & Bar in Miami, and it was an absolute delight. The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the attentive staff made me feel right at home. Now, let's talk about the food. The steak was cooked to perfection, juicy and bursting with flavor. The locally sourced ingredients and sustainable approach impressed me. The seafood options were equally exceptional, and they catered to dietary restrictions with delicious vegetarian and vegan choices. The bar menu offered inventive and expertly crafted cocktails that complemented the cuisine perfectly. The service was impeccable, with knowledgeable staff who went above and beyond. In conclusion, Edge Steak & Bar is a true gem in Miami. It offers a memorable dining experience with exceptional food, delightful drinks, and outstanding service. I can't wait to visit again!
We went to the Sunday brunch. Great food great service. It was a wonderful treat. Stand outs were the eggs Benedict, shellfish station, and meat station which featured charcoal grilled tomahawk steaks. The house champagne was excellent and the deserts were so pretty you almost felt bad about ruining them by eating them.
Had the sea bass wellington, my son had the 16oz dry aged bone-in ribeye. Both were EXCELLENT. Puff pastry on the wellington was perfect, and the steak was flawlessly cooked, and very flavorful. I'm not big on dessert, but my son had the chocolate devil's food cake, and he loved it. It looked great. We will definitely be returning on subsequent visits to the area.
Came for Brunch to celebrate my 4 year anniversary. The menu dishes were all amazing with the Welsh Rarebit being my #1. I wish the buffet had some more variety for the price, but the quality of all the dishes were superb. They even presented us a desert plate of chocolates to celebrate our special day!
This place is amazing. My favorite brunch in all of Miami. If you live in Miami and you have never been here go here right now. Service was excellent everyone is nice and friendly. I will definitely be coming back.
The famous Four Seasons, Sunday brunch in Surfside is unbelievable! Amazing atmosphere, and don't plan on eating anything else the rest of the day. On the menu, Oysters, Tuna tartare, yellowtail, pizza, filet mignon, snapper, sardines and more. A must try! Ask for Valentino the best bartender, who even made a children's cocktail for me. For more food suggestions, follow my instagram account @dommiegavone.
From the moment we entered the restaurant we were greeted with professional and friendly staff. The food was very good and they were great helping us celebrate a 60th birthday.
Was there for my anniversary on Saturday. The NY Strip was delicious charred medium rare. Tile fish 🐟 also excellent just needs a little extra salt for my taste. Ariel was the best, waiter I knew from another excellent restaurant with great service. Complimentary dessert for anniversary.
Edge is a true food experience. The service and the food are impeccable. The selection is perfect with something to satisfy every steak lover. The 65 day dry aged ribeye and the A5 churrasco were both perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious. Don't skip dessert either as there are some truly innovative items being offered. If you are looking for a quiet night out with amazing food in a great atmosphere, I highly recommend Edge.
I had the most fabulous brunch here on Sunday for the all you can eat. Every food item I tried was incredible. I loved the live singer, who was also using maracas - added a nice Miami touch. Our server, Cesar, went above and beyond for us and took amazing care of us. I felt it was also very good value for what I got. I will definitely be back!
We just celebrated our 10-year anniversary here and had a wonderful dinner. The steak was amazing, as were the brussel sprouts. Our waiter was very attentive and surprised us with complimentary champagne and a lovely piece of cheesecake for the occasion. The restaurant itself is lovely and pristine. A wonderful experience.
We have been eyeing this place since we saw the video of a food blogger on YouTube go here. Today we finally had reservations and went for Sunday brunch. Price. We don’t care about price. As long as it’s worth it and makes sense. It totally did! We love seafood. The oysters, shrimp and lobster claws/tails were endless. Moving on to the steak section. There was skirt steak and tomahawk. I got a piece of the tomahawk to try and it was delicious. I was more focused on the seafood (lol). They had a pasta station with fresh pasta and risotto. If you get the risotto, they offer truffle shavings on top. Delicious! These were the stations out in the entrance area. Inside they had some veggie sides, cheese spread, pastries, desserts, and bread. The desserts were so good. The detailing of it plus I enjoyed most of them being just 1 bite. We enjoyed ourselves and this definitely was a treat for sure. Service was friendly and our plates were always cleared when we got up for the next round. The ambiance was very chill and laid back. Live band kept the vibe going for brunch. We will be back and will for sure recommend to others!
Edge Brasserie is a super classy place to have some drinks and small plates in the Brickell area of Miami. Located on the 7th floor of the Four Seasons, the bar is beautiful, and so is the outside lounge. If you're looking to grab a sophisticated drink in Miami, it's tough to beat this place. Highly recommended!
Awesome experience, the service was excellent. The food was delicious. Every dish that came out for the table was tasty, not one complaint. The ambiance of the restaurant made it the perfect spot for a romantic dinner. It was a good spot to see the city lights around you. The waiter was nice and professional. We will definitely be back.
Can I put a 6 stars for this place please! Highly recommend to dine there for its good food and service! When I first read some of the review I was hesitate to go there, but given that it’s the only place open in the hotel I figure might as well check it out. We started from small dishes first so that if the dishes are not good we can just split and go somewhere else. The reality was, it was very good, and good value too. Both the beef tartar and Octopus were excellent! P.S.: the beef tartare is approved by my Frenchie hubby. From there we proceed to order main dishes and sides. And let me tell you, the churrasco wagyu was worth every single dime. It was juicy, and melt in the mouth tender! Dessert was delicate and delicious. The chocolate mouse and the lemon tart were my favorites out of the 3 petit sample. Our waiter was excellent. He was very attentive. An excellent waiter different than a regular one is that they know everything, without you telling them and their attention to detail. It is also a plus that the portion is very generous! You don’t normally see that in high end hotels, and this is a rare find.
We had such a great experience at EDGE Restaurant in the Four Seasons Miami. The vibe is classy but not stuffy — perfect for a nice night out without feeling overly formal. The food was amazing. My steak was cooked perfectly and full of flavor, and every side dish we tried was delicious. Dessert totally stole the show — that cheesecake with the little golden berry on top (physalis!) was the perfect sweet ending. Service was top-notch too. Everyone was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed without hovering. Overall, just an awesome dinner — great food, great drinks, and a really welcoming atmosphere. Definitely one of my new Miami favorites!
I recently visited Edge Brasserie and Cocktail Bar and it felt like a sophisticated escape right in the heart of Brickell. Located on the rooftop of the Four Seasons, the restaurant offers beautiful views of the Miami skyline and a stylish open-air terrace that makes the whole experience feel relaxed yet upscale. The menu is inspired by a French brasserie, featuring classic dishes like onion soup, beef tartare, and beef Wellington, along with fresh seafood and creative cocktails. Everything tasted refined and well prepared, and the presentation felt elegant without being overly formal. One highlight is their famous Sunday brunch, which includes a raw seafood bar, grilled meats, pasta stations, and a wide variety of desserts. The atmosphere during brunch is lively and social, making it a great place to relax with friends or celebrate something special. Overall, Edge Brasserie and Cocktail Bar delivers a polished dining experience with great food, cocktails, and views. It’s a perfect spot in Brickell if you’re looking for a classy brunch, a business lunch, or a stylish evening drink.

SoulEdge: Kiss From a Rose... Arrived early for breakfast, met the hostess & Kevin. He gave me excellent service. I ordered Waygu Huevos Rancheros, it is a dish consisting of Wagyu Skirt Steak, Tortilla, Salsa Roja, Sour Cream Cotija Cheese, Pico de Gallo, and a Sunny Side Up Egg. And a Chai Tea Latte (my ex German American gf loves Chai Tea Latte) nice almond treat that came with it. Steak waa well cooked, Tortillas were crisp & the Salsa Roja had a good spicy kick. Visit dedicated to my then German American ex girlfriend, she looks like Lagertha from a vikings tv show. Cue in the songs : Kiss from a Rose by Seal and New Romantics Song by Taylor Swift ‧ 2014. Update, dine for lunch. Kudos to the Host Team of Ridiri, Carolina, & Fabiola. They were busy handing a previous group as I arrived. I ordered Pappardelle Bolognese Ragú, Parmigiano Reggiano, Basil and Crème Brûlée. I was served fresh Parmigiano, it was nice of the service lady. 🇩🇪🎸🙏✌️
The host was very nice and accommodating. All the food dishes i tried were very good. Check the pics in this review. The only issue I had was the strange smell, which is probably from the seafood display. Also I thought they had a view, but there wasn't any at night at least.
Amazing service and food!! The staff was very warm and welcoming. There was a lot of variety in brunch buffet and it was reasonably priced compared to the service and the food that was served. Although, the staff did take quite some time to ask around if we needed anything and to bring us the check. Overall, it was a great experience. Must try!
We went to Edge Brasserie, located inside the Four Seasons Miami hotel, for Sunday brunch. The hotel was beautifully decorated, and the restaurant was elegant. There was live music in the restaurant with someone playing the keyboard. Customers were seated both at tables and at the bar in the middle. Despite the lack of a view and the rather hot weather, we chose to sit outside because it was quieter and the tables were not as close together as they were inside. However, thanks to the breeze, we were able to sit comfortably. They have three fixed menus for brunch here. If you choose the classic brunch menu, it’s $115, and for children up to 12 years old, this menu is $75. These menus are quite sufficient actually. But we chose the beverage experience menu, which includes alcoholic drinks such as champagne and several coctails, for $145. There is also a third option that includes a more extensive selection of drinks for $245, but we didn’t think it was necessary to choose this option for that price, and we didn’t choose it. Once you choose one of these, a menu is brought to the table. In this case, if you want, you can also choose food from this menu, and it is brought to the table. But in addition you can also go to the buffet inside and get different foods yourself. So, the difference with the items on the menu is that they come to the table without you having to get up. Moreover, there are quite a variety of foods on this list. For example, some of these include eggs any style, crab avocado toast, grilled trout, snapper ceviche, lamb kebab, beef steak, and desserts consisting of options like ricotta pancakes, waffles, and pecan pie french toast. Also, when you go to the buffet, there are cheese and salami varieties, as well as cold dishes like lobster, crab, oysters, and jumbo shrimp. In the meat buffet, options include Tomahawk steak, skirt steak, and pork. The Paella is also quite tasty. In the pasta buffet, you can also order your own pasta or risotto with different sauces. Inside, there is also a wide variety of dessert options. As you can see, the food is both diverse and delectable, making these prices quite reasonable for brunch.
I came for the brunch buffet. I believe it was tax and tip for $140 person. Expensive high end buffet. Service was excellent. Everything was very well excecuted. There were no stone crabs when I went. Just shrimp cocktail and oysters. You would get your moneys worth if you sat and ate seafood the entire time and maybe 10-15 oz of the tomahawk steak. The dessert bar was impressive. Lots to choose from and all were great. Pastas are made fresh. Would be willing to come back for another special occasion

I have been excited to go here for months. Hubby and I went for our 11 year anniversary and our experience was average. The food was ridiculously overpriced and a lot of the dishes I felt were not great. We ordered the Cesar salad, prawns, and onion soup to start with. We were informed they ran out of the soup. And the quality of the prawns and salad could have been a lot better. For mains I ordered the Creekstone Filet and my husband wanted the Waygu (which they ran out of) he ended up with the Filet and ordered a side of potato gratin. All in all the only thing that was good was the Filet. Service was great but I would not go back here. Also valet was overpriced it is misleading online. It states 10 dollars but I ended up spending 40 to valet. Don’t waste your time and money.
Place is a little pricier than places around the area, but food was awesome.. didn't give 5 Stars because we didn't get served alcohol because We didn't have a local Id, although the dob was on the Dominican Rep. ID and we had a picture of the passports the server said he couldn't do it.
I was at the Beautiful Edgemiami restaurant @ The Four Seasons Miami with my wife. Ambiance & Food was AmaZing!!! What I did NoT understand was how is possible on Saturday night at 9:20pm with only 3 tables seating inside of the restaurant, the waitress starting to remove all wine glasses from the table creating a lot of noise and all wine bottles which by the way give a beautiful and cozy decorations to the restaurant!! I asked very surprised why are you are removing the beautiful decorations of this restaurant and the answer was, we are getting ready for breakfast and I asked again but are you closing? I am feeling you’re pushing me out of the restaurant and Of course after that nobody come back to the table to check if we need anything else or a glass of wine or something else. Just at the very end my waitress asked me if I need anything else or just the check Hopefully the Four Seasons FB managers take serious my review
Sorry but maybe the chef is great but the customer service team is the worst. My beautiful lady and I sat down. We waited and waited as the team walked all around us and smiled at us as we waited to order food and drinks. No one said hello how are you but only focused on smiling and looking pretty but no one took action on helping us this happened over 15 minutes. We walked out and told concierge what happened. No communication only pretty smiles be careful. I will not go back unless it's free. The manager called us back to make it right it was a night and day experience thankyou Katie. I still give 4 star but honestly the team needs work.
The food was amazing. We went for brunch and everything we ordered was excellent... especially their backed goods. The service could be improved. They refilled our mimosas without asking us if we wanted another round (this having to pay for them) and I had to ask them to bring out the cheese danish that I ordered because they forgot. Other than that, the entire experience was great. Nice outside area with fire pits and cool bar inside.
Let me start off with “don’t forget to make your reservation!” This is our second time out to this restaurant for Sunday brunch. The first time we were sadly turned away because the restaurant was full for the entire brunch. When we did get in on my birthday weekend, we had a nice time there. There was a live music duo playing cool jazz and there were a ton of food options spread a close distance apart both inside and outside, all of them tasty. My hubby upgraded to the alcohol package, but was served a watered down cocktail so bad, he stopped at one. Expecting quality, it was disappointing given the location and price. Also, our server while super nice was very, very inattentive although the restaurant was not full. We literally had to beg anyone passing by for refills on water or coffee, even to bring our check. No one stopped by our table to “ask” how anything was, unusual again for a restaurant supposedly of this caliber. Given the issues above and the price you pay, you expect really good food AND good service. Sadly, it won’t be either of our first choices to repeat the visit again.

Not bad, but not worth it. We had the Delmonico steak special of the day. Added some Brussels sprouts. Steak was fine, but for $92, not worth it. Sprouts were not good maybe a 3/10. Server was great. I wouldn’t come back
The check was delivered in record speed than the food and the cocktail. I do not get it. Place and people great vibe but service lacked. So called hand sawed steak was actually machine cut steak. Not impressed!!! Steak was U.S. Commercial quality meaning Low Quality. I have no problem paying for high quality steak but I would not offer this to my dog. My dog would sniff it and say please you can do better. Cocktails were constantly delayed no attention to details. Will I return, need to think about it
The space and setting was very beautiful, good ambience, live music 2 tads too loud. Food was very insipid, what happened to the stone crab, and only one type of oysters? steak was good. paelle was very mushy... drink wise should have better cocktail selections. we only drank champagne, maybe we got our money back there. desert was decent but nothing specular like Zuma's. it's time to check out Novikov's.
Overpriced ! Even though it’s a 5 star hotel restaurant I found it to be too informal! No napkins, no plate for my coffe cup where I could place spoon , Denny’s kind of pepper dispenser, I had a steak and had to stick to a tiny grain pepper dispenser, beverages came in late. I tried Miami spice and breakfast . Miami spice is definitely good deal (quantity / quality ) compared to other miami spice menus. Breakfast is good; but overpriced.
My sister and I went here for happy hour. The food was, okay. Nothing to write home about, but not bad. Not as described in the menu either. Not quite what I was expecting for a restaurant inside of The Four Seasons, a bit lack luster food wise. The decor was fine, good music. Our waiter was either spread very thin or was not as attentive to our table as he was to ours who he also served, but were seated after us and were able leave before us because their service was significantly faster. Fair to say I'll be spending my money elsewhere.
Suggest you pass on this restaurant. We had a $480 dinner that should have been about $300. Then, we paid $25 to valet plus a $5 tip ($30 total). When we got our car home into the light, we saw that our recently cleaned car had grease marks all over the wheel, dash, shifter and door, and the car smelled. Apparently, the valet had been eating greasy potato chips. We called the Four Seasons manager to let her know about this and she did nothing. We’re never going back. Definitely a pass. There are too many other great restaurants in Miami to be treated this way.
If you stay at the hotel is ok, but don't go out of your way or expect anything from there's, for me +$300 is not worth the time and the price Cold food and looks old.
This place used to be one of the best, they had a great menu it was always pricey but it was worth it. Now their portions are a joke the food choices are limited and poor, they have clearly prioritized profit over quality of food and guest satisfaction, such a shame. I gave two stars because the desert was good. Front of house service was excellent, the server's did a poor job at communicating with our group. The pacing was rushed and quite frankly I couldn't understand what the server was saying at times. Maybe the live music was too loud but that doesn't excuse the poor pacing.
This place breaks my heart because it has so much potential, and I keep going back, and the food and ambiance are excellent, but the service is so bad, I finally had enough after tonight that I have to write a review and hope things improve. For context, we live nearby and I've probably been there over a dozen times. I had about 3 business breakfasts with a successful entrepreneur and it became a running joke how surprisingly poor the service was considering it's the Four Seasons. I have been many times for drinks and small plates with my wife to sit out on the patio by the fire and the service is generally mediocre to poor. Tonight was so bad we just got up and left and probably won't be back. The hostess at the podium took us to the patio and pointed to the seats - didn't bring any menus or notify the wait staff - then just went back to her podium to stand. Why not help? We waited a long time and finally had to flag someone despite plenty of waiters going back and forth. This person said she'd let the wait staff know, and then after another long wait, a waiter comes and drops a single menu for the 2 of us on the table, without hardly stopping. Unbeleivable. I recently read Unreasonable Hospitality about how they run 11 Madison Park so I am even more alert to terrible service. At this point we got up and left and have to say the niight was pretty much ruined. Our one chance to get away from the kids for a while. We will try other places in Brickell from now on. Sad, such a beautiful space and the food and drinks are good when you get them.
Food was alright but what really disappoints me was the service. Our waitress, Milli, was not kind to us at all. And she was asking others at other tables if they were okay when she would just pass our table completely silent, when we didnt do anything to her for that attitude. The hero of the day was Gabbi, who was training under Milli. Which is suprising as she was much, much kinder and attentive. I think it's crazy that at such an expensive and reputable place that the trainee is much kinder and attentive than the one who was training her. I am very disappointed.
Had the executive lunch and had the flank steak sandwich with gluten-free bread which was actually good except the bread was literally just soaked in blood I couldn’t eat half of the bread that was soaked in blood and it took an hour and 15 minutes to come out of the kitchen. Really disappointing.
Only good thing to say was we had brunch at four seasons. Super quiet and chill ambiance if you’re into that it’s cool. Incredible over priced for value of food and food options / quality available. Not top quality sushi or sashimi. Oysters were decent. Other seafood was very average. Pastries were cold and hard. Service was not warm - we had to raise our hand after waiting for a while and seeing several servers walking by.

Don't eat here. The food is awful, and the service is far worse. I'm not being hyperbolic. Reservation for 7pm. Ordered food with the appetizer, and while the appetizer came on time, the rest of the food arrived an hour and 40 minutes after we were sat. Our waiter essentially vanished halfway through the meal. I had to flag him down to find out where our food was. He said something happened in the kitchen but was vague about it. The manager arrived and explained the food was "a little" late - when we told her how long we'd be waiting she didn't seem to believe us, which was odd. She offered to bring us a glass of wine, which we declined as we had already been there for almost two hours without our food. We were billed for water (regular water with your meal runs you $11 at this restaurant... good thing we did not get a refill!) despite that was not disclosed on the menu to cost any money. The food finally came out very poorly cooked and was clearly rushed. When I asked the waiter why, after such a long time, we had to pay full price and that we were billed for of all things, water, he quickly closed the cover on the bill with my card inside and said "he would take care of it" and ran off immediately. He took the price of the water off and ran my card for everything else without telling me - knocking the bill from $211 to $200. Really terrible experience and honestly a bit fraudulent. I think the worst part of the experience was the disinterested attitude from the manager about the whole situation. If you took the time to read this review, note that this restaurant was so exceptionally bad that I took the time to write all of it when I would much rather be partying in Miami. I do this to warn you, lest my fate become yours - stay away from EDGE!
We had the absolute worst dining experience we have ever had as a family EVER while dining at this horrible restaurant. The service was atrocious- everything taking forever. Our dinner took 1.5 hours to get to our table after ordering and nobody would apologize to us about it, the waitstaff was truly incompetent. We ordered mussels and they all came closed except for 4 of them. They mixed gas and still water for several of us multiple times, they served us fish with bones (that they supposedly deboned next to the table), they forgot items we ordered, they were not attentive at all and we had to chase the waiter anytime we needed something. They said the reason the food took so long was “because everyone came at the same time” but the restaurant was less than 50% full. It was an enfuriating experience and I urge you to stay away from this place. We were beyond pissed to drop so much money on such a bad experience. My family and I go to restaurants often in many cities and this is by far the worst one we have ever been to. Truly the worst.
You killed the Sunday brunch when you swapped out the champagne quality and now you even removed the all you can eat stone crabs This brunch is going to hell never again after 6 years
I’d been many times in the past. We went for burgers, but they are no longer on the menu. The beef Wellington was recommended and we gave it a go. Boy was that a mistake. It was stuffed with fatty short rib and flavorless duxelle and spinach crepe. It looked beautiful when presented to us, but once it was sliced and plated, it looked unappetizing. Why stuff flavorless fatty short rib in there? For $125? Service was SLOW, kids were running amok, and there was a guy at the next table blasting a FaceTime conversation and news on his speaker. What a wasted, expensive and unfortunate evening. Bring back the old chef!
I thought we would had premier dining experience with the price and online reviews. However, our recent experience fell far short of expectations. * Small selection of food. * No Stone Crabs. I probably was misled by online pictures. * The stopped adding lobster in the middle. The restaurant doesn't provide good values.
Got ripped off by the valet parking. All the reviews state that there is a discount when you use the valet to go to the restaurant and when I asked for my car after going to restaurant I was asked to pay full price. They refused the discount when I asked for it because apparently you have to request it at the restaurant which was not communicated to me or anyone in my party. 5 different cars and no one was told of this detail. The lack of transparency is the real issue here. Otherwise the food was amazing and the service by Mauricio was amazing!! Highly recommend!
