Quinto Miami

Paul & Nina were such a delight and made our lunch experience one to be remembered. Everything Paul suggested was tantalizing to our taste buds. Nina made the best cocktails. Our meal was elevated because of them.

Delicious milanesa with batata rosti. Meat was tender and breaded smoothly. Malbec was a great choice to pair with the meal. Seats were comfortable and the waiter (José) did his work with perfection. The 20%-gratuity is included and deserved. It is a classy place so they don’t bring the credit card machine to your face, to squeeze a few dollars as additional tip.

Besides Quinto’s food being absolutely delicious from appetizer, entrees and dessert, most importantly is the PHENOMENAL service by our waiter, Jesse. He was incredibly kind, wonderful to speak with, and went above and beyond to make our honeymoon dinner special, providing spectacular white glove service. Everything was absolutely perfect and I could not give higher praise.

From the moment we walked in, the ambience was warm and inviting — perfect for a special occasion. The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. Adela, Jose, and the entire serving staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Their attentiveness and kindness truly elevated the experience. Amazing! Quinto is a great place to experience South America by way of Spanish and Mediterranean influences. I had the pleasure of having Adela as a server and she was awesome. The food delicious and decadent, bold and beautiful. Patio atmosphere within Brickell is perfect for any night.

If you’re worried about the weather, don’t be. They have a retractable ceiling to stop the rain. Amazing atmosphere, price, and quality. Come here and experience it for yourself.

Quinto is such a vibe. The space feels incredibly natural, surrounded by trees, with a very private and cozy setup. The atmosphere is relaxed yet elevated. The food is absolutely delicious — everything is wood-fired, which makes it feel clean, fresh, and healthy. Portions are very generous, and every dish is full of flavor. Service was excellent, super fast, and attentive without being overwhelming. Overall, a 10/10 experience — perfect for a night out, a date, or dinner with friends. Highly recommend.

During our time in Miami, we visited a Michelin Star restaurant and a Michelin recommended restaurant, but Quinto was our favorite meal. We came for their brunch, which was $75/person for all you can eat and it was so worth it. Our server Adela was phenomenal and we felt so welcomed. She made incredible recommendations and was so attentive to our needs, such a lovely human. We will definitely be back!

We came to East Miami for the weekend. To celebrate our anniversary. Because of the lateness of the hour, the front desk suggested Quintos for dinner and it was absolutely amazing! From the hostess to the manager, everyone was so accommodating. The food was spectacular with all of the different flavors and the eye catching appeal. Because of how good it was that night, we decided to go back for brunch the following day, everything was intentional that’s not forget the wine selection that complimented the food. It is a must when traveling to Miami.

We came for el barrio brunch since it’s been recommended by a few friends. We made a reservation for a large party and they said us in three separate tables together since we were over 20 people. The service from the beginning was amazing then played to start coming out for us to try and everything I ate was delicious and fresh. From the cold to the warm plate all were pretty good tasting and textures. Definitely recommend the drink package for the brunch, totally worth it. Espresso martini was pretty good and the Tamarindo cocktail

We went for Miami Spice, the menu was great!! I am vegetarian 🌱 and really appreciate having good food options, in this case I selected the burrata peach so far my fav!! The mushroom pasta and the caramel banana desert, in addition we got the tres leches (it was not out fav). Adela was very nice and walk us through our options. 100% recommended 💕

We ordered the catch of the day, a skirt steak Pizzette, and a milanesa, and everything was delicious. For dessert, we shared several ice creams, which were the perfect way to end the meal. The experience was so positive that we’ll definitely be planning another similar lunch soon and will be coming back. Gabi was our server and she was wonderful.

This morning was my first visit to Quinto Miami for breakfast after a one night stay, and while the atmosphere is lovely, my service experience left me disappointed. I discreetly asked our first server how many grams of protein were in the smoothie. She wasn’t sure, which is completely understandable, so I asked if she could check. She returned and said 4 grams. That seemed unusually low for a smoothie, so I clarified that I was specifically interested in consuming 15–30 grams of protein and wanted to understand how much protein was in each scoop. Moments later they sent a different server over and said he would be taking over our table. He was trailed by another server who listened on. I asked him the same question discreetly. Appearing frustrated he again stated 4 grams. When I explained I wanted 15–30 grams of protein, he told me that if I added three scoops, I would be charged for three smoothies. The interaction felt dismissive rather than solution-oriented. I was not trying to “game the system,” but simply to understand the nutritional content so I could order appropriately. As someone who values health and clear communication, I would have appreciated either: • Clear nutritional information • A manager checking the protein content • Or a thoughtful explanation of how add-ons are priced Instead, I left without ordering and the waiter gave a sly "Ok great" reply to my decision not to place an order. The ambiance is beautiful, but for a restaurant partnering with a health-focused smoothie brand, staff should be better prepared to answer basic nutritional questions with respect and kindness to all their customers. I hope this feedback is taken constructively
