Authentic Mexican food here in Keyes is a local landmark or at least it should be! Before you even get out to order, you can already smell the delicious cuisine waiting for you! They accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Cash app, as well as cash in hand or *Tap to Pay* ! Very delicious. Definitely recommend the green salsa. The flavor is great and it's consistent. You can order ahead too which makes things easier. I've tried all the trucks in Keyes and this is my go to now. Others are good too but I enjoy this one a little more.

This is my spot. I take friends there. Tell friends, co workers and randoms about this spot. I live in Oakdale and still take a trip out there on a regular. Best tacos and burros around hands down. I'd be in trouble if Carmelita's was located in Oakdale.

They're super burritos were delicious! We stopped by on our way back from a day at the lake and it definitely hit the spot! They're SALSAS were were a 10 out of 10 and the food was fresh and flavored well!! Prices were great food was great and so was the customer service! I definitely recommend trying Carmelitas out!

Great tacos the meat isn’t cooked till after you order not like some places that serve you meat reheated. Originally she made home made tortillas but now someone else makes them from a another business that makes them. The meat is so good the sauce abd all the fixings is really good. She lowered her price too so I’ll be coming back more often.

Love these guys! I miss them being on Golden State in Turlock, but I'm more than happy to travel down the street to Keyes for their flavor. My daughter loves dipping the asada tacos in the green sauce. Friendly service!

I'm a little disappointed in the quality of the burrito 🌯. I ordered a carne asada burrito supreme with everything and it was delicious, however the size quality of the burrito is a let down. The size quality is the size of a chimichanga. $8 for the burrito supreme, the price of the burrito supreme went up, but the quality went down. Back in the early 90s the burrito supremes at taco trucks were nearly the size of newborn babies and they were at a cheaper reasonable price. I will only come here now just for the tacos.

It’s good that their business is booming but I’ve had bad experiences the last two times I’ve gone. Last time I went the food was mostly grease. I just grabbed three tacos right now, I’m accustomed to the food taking a while but it took about 30 minutes for me to get my three tacos. The guy that ordered a few minutes after me got his food before me and he ordered a burrito. I was sitting down in the seating right in front of the truck, so there’s no way they called my order out. Really sad that I have to look for a new taco truck.
