Really great place to go and eat! Just today isn't their best. Don't let one bad day for employees make you not want to come eat! Customer service is great! Very attentive and organized.

Just like any In-N-Out, it's always super packed at any time of day. But the food always comes out fast, and is good every time. They also do a good job of keeping the dining room clean, I always see someone sweeping.

I had not been into this location in a long time. I took my wife and our three small children in and braved the crowd. We got lucky and found a booth. The children were confused. I went up and ordered, the crew member did a great job with my order and was prompt at reading it back to me. I played and returned to my seat. The drink station looked great and the condiments were well stocked even during such a busy time. When we got our order it was cooked perfectly and when I sat it in front of the kids their eyes lit up. This was their first in n out experience and it was everything you would expect it to be. In n out is proof that efficiency and high quality fast food can coincide. P.S. I did not get a picture because we could not resist!

My all-time favorite burger joint, hands-down. This one always gets the order right (and sometimes I can be a tad complicated lol). The burgers are delicious. Highly recommend if you've never tried in-n-out!

They're always extremely helpful and so friendly! I've never received my order wrong and so far, Alexis has been my favorite employee there. I had left the gym and had to eat in the parking lot before grocery shopping at 1am, I asked if they had any wet wipes and she was sweet enough to grab me napkins that she went with warm water and napkins to dry my hands after. She was so nice the whole time too! This was weeks ago but even tonight, all interactions were great!

The gentlemen working the drive thru at 10:53 on 4/8/24 I believe his name was Moses. Was extremely friendly made sure my order was correct and because I was trying something new mustard fried he made sure to ask if I would like the pickles with it and if cheese was okay! He gave the upmost professionalism and respect and it made me happy and really wanna come back at earlier times of the day so he can help me in the drive thru!

Best fast food burgers by a very large margin. Ingredients are always fresh, and the food is always hot when we get it. Animal style burgers and well done fries with a lemon up (pink lemonade + 7up) is the way to go. The drive through line is atrocious, but the wait is well worth it.

In and out is usually always packed especially drive thru but this one is packed inside and out, what impressed me is though from order to getting the food the wait time is exceptional no more then 5 to 10 minutes on average. I usually hate in and out because you wild have to wait forever but this place has a good and effective speedy system and it does not effect the quality of food. For that reason I will be going more often to this location.

Place is always extremely busy, but the line goes fast. In n Out food is good and fresh tasting all the time, and this location in Turlock is always very friendly and well staffed. Always an easy option if you're not sure what you want to eat, or want a burger that's not overly greasy.

I love In N Out. I always get a 3×3 with animal style fries. In the valley they are in my top 3 favorite Burger joints. I love how simple the menu is and how great and efficient the staff is. Even when they are packed, you get your food in a timely manner.

It's good. Went for a weekend dinner. Packed as any other in n out. We hunted for open tables as soon as we walked in and beat out other families for a place to eat and enjoy our food. Free pepperocinis too.

I went through the drive thru on my visit here. Even with the line going around the corner, I was still able to get my food in less than 10 minutes. It didn't even cost much, and it tasted amazing! I couldn't recommend this place enough!

Best fast food burger with simple menu.

We usually get our food to go and by the time we get home. The burgers are warm and the fries are getting chilled, we live a few miles away. But this time I ate in the parking lot and I have never tasted such a good hamburger and fries before ! because it was hot and it was fresh. And obviously great.

Me and my family were on a road trip and when we waited in line for over 30 minutes and we got to the window our debit card was not working right so the manager asked if we could pull to the front and when we pulled up to the front of the restaurant he came out with our food and he said eat your food while it’s hot and said just go get cash or if you get your card working just come in and pay, after asking if he was sure we ate our food and got our card working and went in and paid. This young man had no idea if we would actually come in and pay but his kindness was so touching he deserves a raise and so much more. He will always have a special place in my heart.

Typical In N Out, and when I say that I mean, outstanding!! This place was busy, but we wait in line (inside) for about 1 or 2 mins, food came out quickly. Amazing burgers as always. The burgers were warm and the cheese was melted. Everything was fresh and the fries had the perfect amount of seasoning. You are now allowed to order inside and wait. They have also opened outside seating. The customer is still as fast as it always is. We were expecting at least 20 minutes since the line was long, but it didn't even take close to 10 minutes. Best place to grab a quick bite while your on the road.

I've been going here most of my life and I love it. My only gripe is that my orders are often messed up. Usually I order animal style and I receive a basic burger, or the wrong flavored shake. Other than that I'm usually satisfied

I never eat out. And when I do it's going to be in n out once or twice a month on my cheat day. I must say everytime I eat it I get sick. My stomach starts growling and it's not a good thing Has this happened to anyone else? I tested it yesterday also. And I was in pain 2 hours later. I'm not sure what's happening, if it's meat quality or the way they cook it. My meat was red. Maybe let the meat on grill longer so it's cooks well and doesn't get people sick. Overall it's in n out what can you do right. Lol but I'm curious to know why this is happening everytime. Even my friend yesterday got a upset stomach like me. So there must be something that management should look deeper into. Thank you 🙏🙌

I'm not in the in/out religious zealot crew but they've got great burgers for a regional chain..though I still prefer five guys. Clean restaurants, good food, fast service. If you're not a regular customer know that the box packaging option comes sans lid.

Pretty standard in and out. Not a whole lot space inside though it was extremely busy on a Sunday at lunch. Only about half the tables head shade outside, so it was pretty toasty.

In N Out! I mean what can I say I have lived in Turlock almost all of my life and this place never disappointed me. A great place to go to for some Animal style cheeseburgers and Animal style fries. This place is ALWAYS CLEAN and usually busy but just like the name, you get your food in no time. Delicious food and awesome service. Listen guys if you want a joint where all the pretty ladies go to, this is the place lol, but seriously this place is my favorite joint for burgers! I usually get the same meal here. A cheeseburger, no lettuce or tomato, grilled onions with fries and a fountain drink. Occasionally I get a shake. The employees, who take the orders, give out the food and otherwise help the customers have always been friendly and helpful. The food is consistently the same, the burger has very good flavor, maybe it's the sauce and the grilled onions. Prices aren't too bad. It's usually crowded with a long drive-thru line and a line to order inside. Considering how busy they are, the food is ready fast. There is not always a table available inside, but I've always found an available table outside. The tables and seats outside often could use a cleaning.

In-N-Out Burger is one of my favorite fast food restaurants. During the busy lunch period, the staff has been trained to exceed customer expectations. There may be lines inside a store and long lines for drive-thru customers, but those soon are gone. It appears their team members learn more than one. I love ordering from the "secret menu" from time to time. I have eaten at this location more than once and have yet to be disappointed.

Hard to beat the Burgers here, great service and good food, everything is custom made and fresh, hopping place, parking can be a little crazy!

Honestly the experience was great but the fact that the burger was still pink on one patty was a how turn off for me. How they could do better next time. I know they fulfill a lot of orders but medium rare burgers is not acceptable

I’m not from Cali and every says if your visiting you need to try In-n-out so I did. The place was super busy and for fast food it took quite a while to get our food. The burger was just ok. It didn’t taste like much and I couldn’t taste the cheese on my burger. I got the animal style fries and they really weren’t that great. You can really tell these were frozen fries. There also was nowhere to get extra napkins if we needed more. I did however like that they offered banana peppers by the ketchup. That made my burger and my fries taste better. More restuaunts should offer stuff like that as a thing you can grab yourself. All in all this meal was very meh and I would not recommend it. I don’t understand what all the hype is.

In n Out is good in terms of convenience, you get more for what you pay. Not really that good when compared to the likes of Shake Shack, Whataburger, etc. Got the Animal Style burger and Animal Style Fries, both were decent. Surprisingly enough, it tasted much more fresh in San Francisco than it did in LA, Phoenix, and Las Vegas. The service however is exceptional, got my order pretty fast. If you need a quick bite for low price, this is the place, but not of great quality.

Waited 40 minutes before I was told my food was misplaced and had to be redone. Was offered nothing but "sorry about that". It wasnt even that much food. Thank you too the one female employee who seemed to be just as annoyed with the bad service.

I don't know what happened to my food last night. I never been to this In-N-Out restaurant before, but I ordered my usual Animal Style Fries and burger, and both didn't taste right. I couldn't tell you why. I ate the fries first and knew something was wrong.... maybe they're not going by the original recipe....I don't know, but I NEVER went to an In-N-Out restaurant tasting this bad. It was really crowded, and I went through the drive thru..... just didn't want to get out and return it. I definitely would have, but it was too cold and too crowded and a longer line had formed I'm grateful inspite my reviews, that God is still blessing them. Maybe they changed the original recipe? All I know is I wasn't happy wasting money on bad food. Maybe this crew was stressed out by it being so busy inside and outside.

I just got to the drive tru to order some food, the kids taking order on the parking lot side has the worse actitud, he doesn’t show the menu, when I was placing my order, I change from combo 1 to 2 with a second, he answer me back pretty rude. Could be the heat or wherever.
