I go to the Dairy queen in Kilgore. Their sweet treats are awesome. But I usually get the nachos deluxe. For the second time in a row, I have had very little of the nachos cheese sauce. It's almost dry. I'm a cheese lover and that's one of the best things about the nachos. Other than that it is very good.

food is average, love the ice cream and blizards but this location is slower than normal and if you do drive through, they just have you pull up to the waiting area to artificially improve their numbers, but all fast food does this.

When I come to DQ and order a Large Fry and a triple buster combo I expect to get an actual large Fry!! Don't get me wrong the food is still great but I just want an actual large fry when i order my food. Normally I would not post about it or just say "oh they are having a bad day or their just not feeling it today" but you know after the 4th time coming to this DQ over the past 3 months and not getting what I paid for is starting to tick me off! Please give every customer what they pay for!

They get orders wrong half the time, but I guess that’s okay when you’re at a DQ that only serves half the menu. They’re not out of stock of anything they just choose to not carry most food/drink items (as I was told by the counter girl).

I ordered a banana split and all it was was vanilla ice-cream with some chunks of coconut and chocolate syrup with a banana. That is not a banana split. Definitely will be going to the mom and spot place for now on.

Went to get some ice cream. Asked for the limited time blizzard flavor, told they didn't have stuff for it. Asked for 2 more flavors: nope, don't have those either. Had to get an ordinary flavor, my 4th choice. Service was ok, but not overly helpful or apologizing at all.

I ordered a banana split and all it was was vanilla ice-cream with some chunks of coconut and chocolate syrup with a banana. That is not a banana split. Definitely will be going to the mom and spot place for now on.

I get blizzards here all the time, but today I had a horrible experience with the "manager" on duty Nathan. Both of the blizzards I ordered were basically vanilla ice cream with some toppings on the very top. The "manager" agreed to remake one after rudely saying "sometimes they are just like that" after I showed him a spoonful of just straight vanilla ice cream on a Choco Brownie Extreme less than half way down. The other blizzard he refused to remake even though it was in the same condition. Even the one they remade looked like they had only just blended it back up of something. Really really horrible customer service from thus guy.

I asked for number four just the bacon and cheese burger after getting home to find out no cheese was on it.😡 I will not be returning anymore sad part is I just pulled up 30 mins earlier for same thing and got same results I’m done.

I was passing through Kilgore and thought I'd get a bite to on my way home to Henderson. Since I had not tried the Dairy Queen, I decided to give it a try. I ordered a grilled chicken taco salad ( had to repeat that several times ) when I got my order I just left as they were busy. Drove to Henderson get to my house and opened up my salad and it was a meat taco salad, which I can not eat ( being the reason I ordered grilled chicken). Dr. Pepper was very good but wasted over $12 that I can not eat. First and last trip there.

Me and my boyfriend ordered chicken tenders and steak fingers baskets with a unicorn blast and a brownie heath blast. We were given our blast first and waited in the drive through. Our blast started to melt after 15-20 minutes in the drove through so I drunk some of the melted blast off my brownie. I then went in to complain to the manager because I still did not have my food. The manager told me that my brownie blast was half eaten and that he want going to remake it. I tried to pay for an extra scoop or anything to get my blast remade but still was refused. The manager literally threw my ice cream away and was trying to get me to leave the restaurant. I was treated so poorly. If you’re a person of color please refrain from eating here.

I ordered a blizzard and got a sprinkle.. Not only did they have ice cream leaking all over the sides, but I paid for extra toppings to be added to the bottom of the blizzard. Didn't have anything in the bottom. With this type of service I see why so many DQ's are closing.

Every single time we have come here there has been an issue. They don’t have the latest advertised deals ever, they get our order wrong every single time in one way or another. They mishear everything it seems like. Tonight was the last straw. Not once have I gotten a correct order here. Ever. To make it worse the food is really not that great. Worst DQ in Texas.

All these chips left. Only had enough cheese for 5 chips. Such a joke

Every time we come here something is wrong. Mainly the fries are old and nasty or the bread is as hard as a brick. Only thing decent is the ice cream.
