No complaints. You know what you get at this chain. The bread was fresh. The ingredients were as well. You pick your own ingredients, so you know it's like you want it. Fast, friendly staff. GREAT COOKIES! Healthy options as well. Fair pricing.

The people that were working late tonight at the kingsland subway were so generous. Me and my husband came in late after he got off work and they were so nice to serve us just before they closed! Definitely amazing people. I love this place :)

We eat there often. Love to see Crazy Mary. She is always so friendly and happy! She's truly a gem. Our sandwiches are always great! Would definitely recommend this subway!

Don't let the shabby exterior put you off... This restaurant's exterior is in such a truly sorry state, I almost didn't venture in. However, once you're through the door, the place is immaculately clean and staffed by some of the most cheerfully welcoming folk I've encountered in any fast food restaurant in a long time. They also make an excellent sandwich, by Subway standards...

Staff friendly and had a upbeat attitude. We joked with them and was treated very kindly. They were very busy, able to keep up with the flow of traffic.

These are amazing! The rolls are too breast, but the sandwich maker will pull some out if you ask. Wraps are better. Less bread, but taste just as good.

I'm not sure what the names of the two people that worked the night I went in it was a really tall kid and a girl but they made me very happy that night these two are what you call sandwich artists our sandwiches were perfect I could not have asked for two better people to have made my sandwiches they are amazing 🤩

The employees are funny and friendly, they work hard to make sure you are happy with your order. The girl Tessa was awesome, she did a great job with our food and was quick and made me feel comfortable and at ease.

The restaurant was clean and the staff were doing there best amidst a late night run for food by quite a few people. Very professional and everything tasted great. We will stop by here again some day when we are in the area.

This subway has moved into a new building 1/2 miles away. There is a lot more parking. Easy to get in and out.

They don't have all the different breads and other places have and you only have a few different types of meat but it's an okay Place easy to get in and out of no handicap parking ramps

First time in, staff was very friendly, and fast with my food! My sub was very good and ingredients were fresh. Couldn't ask for more.

We normally eat at this particular Subway and have always had a good experience, until the night of 1/10/19. We arrived at 9:30P.M. to see their main sign and all of the lights in the parking lot area off. We went ahead and stopped just to check BTW almost hit a curb do to no exterior lights on. We younger lady working that night was professional she did not ask if our orders would be for here or to go and prepared it to go however the older lady of the two employees we seen was rather pushy and was gave me a look, when we sat down as to say hurry up so we can close, mind you that this is still prior to 10:00PM their posted closing time. We ate our meals and left still before 10:00P.M. We will most likely return to this location being that it is the location nearest to our home, but in this particular case we were disappointed with our dining experience.

As mentioned in earlier reviews beautiful new store, disappointing when they are out of jalapeños which totally ruin the sandwich for me also understand they were out of Ghost Pepper bread. we have been going to Subways since we moved here in 2011 the other issue is very limited choice on chips disappointing and as i found out today Friday no longer offer free cookies on Friday.

Also, I was missing an item. Drive up to the window, no one came to the pick up window, tried calling, no one answered. Had to go in and finally hollered to the back where they were to get waited on. They need a bell in the back when someone comes in the door and they need to answer their phone.

Ladies are very nice! The Philly cheese steak sandwich was cold and I asked to heat up and she told me its not really working .. I wish I was told that prior .. I ate a cold sandwich because I was starving but I feel sick now. Ice machine was also broken.

For about five minutes, we just stand there with them, not even welcoming us in or asking us what we would like to eat, even though there was nobody in the whole restaurant so we just left

The worst customer service I have ever experienced! There was two employees that was working there the day I was there. There was a employee named T.J according to his name tag. I got to the counter and was never greeted at all. After standing there with no other customers around, I had to ask him if it was my turn. T.J was apparently very mad at a couple of customers that were eating in the lobby because he kept staring at them and mumbling something that I could not quite make out. I asked him for the new chicken club ranch sandwich and he said that only comes as a wrap. I responded by saying the sign on the wall show a picture of a sandwich. He kept arguing with me saying that it was only a wrap item. I asked him several times to just turn around and look at the picture on the sign. He finally looked at it and said “Oh well, ok then”. I asked to have it on Jalapeño bread and he said they don’t have that so I asked for flat bread. He made me a steak club sandwich instead of the chicken club sandwich. I didn’t want to say anything about it because he was so mad about something and he kept mumbling curse words and had a look like he wanted to fight someone. The steak club was good anyways. I was checking out and saw the two people who he kept looking at was leaving and he mumbled yea get the F out of here. He never looked me in the face one time. I said thank you and he responded with nothing back. I honestly thought he was trying to get a fight started. I have no idea why he was so mad at that old couple that was there. The whole ordering process was a miserable experience. I know that it is hard to find anyone that will show up to work out here but T.J is a person you can’t afford to keep. I am sure I am not the only person that has complained about him. I was also told that the debit/credit machine didn’t work so it had to be cash. I saw a lot of loose cash laying next to the register so I assume the order before me was not rung up so they could keep the cash. I can’t say that for sure but it sure looked pretty obvious that what was going on.

Ok so today is 11/1/2020. I go into the Kingsland subway at around 10:17 am. The older woman is making sandwiches with no mask and when I asked her to put one on she tells me no it affects her asthma and gives me a lecture on masks not working anyway. She then washes her hands and immediately after wipes sweat from her forhead and attempts to make me a sandwich. At that moment I politely told her no thanks and left. This is extremely dangerous to have ppl like this making our food in these troubled times. I hope this was recorded because I'm reporting this to Burnet and Llano county. Hopefully the health department will get involved and figure out why these employees don't care about our safety and health

Online order - arrived at the store, waited 20 minutes past the pickup time & food never came out. To their credit, the line was very long & customers just kept coming. However, because of this, I could not approach the employees to ask for my order without skipping ahead of everyone & being rude, and by the time I had the idea of hopping in line, I could wait no longer due to work. I’m sure it was a one-off situation, but in my singular experience at this location, I can give no more than one star. Losing $5 isn’t much of a loss so it’s not a big deal.

FYI they don’t close at 9pm, they close early even when people are still dining inside. The guy that was closing on 6/1/22 has made me sandwiches there before…. I wouldn’t say he’s a sandwich artist, more of a slap together a sandwich as sloppy as he can kinda guy. When I asked if they were closed @8:49pm on a Wednesday (as he was finishing up another customers sandwich and others were dining inside) he said “Yep we’re closed”, I was actually relieved because I honestly never want a sandwich he has made ever again. Even the customer that just got her sandwich said “wait it’s not 9:00pm yet?!” Just pretty disappointed in some of staff there. Primarily the guy that has “served” me the last few times. There are other people that work here and are fantastic! I have nothing but great things to say about the others. Please do a better job or quit so We can go back to enjoying the kingsland subway.

The absolute worst subway I've ever been in meatball sub was absolutely disgusting meatballs weren't cooked pizza I ordered was burnt so badly I couldn't eat it terrible customer service just an all around joke midway through the order they ran out of meatballs and they just stood there staring at each other felt like I was in the twilight zone not surprised truthfully well good luck to the next poor saps

The service is bad! Disappointed in the workers my boyfriend and I were standing there waiting I even tried communicating with the guy he ignored us!! Really disappointed on this subway in Kingsland I really hope they get better workers!!

So cancelled a sandwich midway through. The lady that prepared the sandwich touched her hat several times and wiped her forehead with gloves on. She did not bother to take her gloves off to do these things and then prepared the sandwich. It's food prep 101 do not touch your face, head, hair, etc with your food prep gloves.

My mouth literally stung from so much salt and pepper after just a few bites. My husband's sandwich had the exact same problems and he got a different kind. Will eat at a different location from now on. I will say the new building is very nice and from what I could see pretty clean especially compared to the old location
