I absolutely love Dominoes Specialty Pizza Spinach & Feta Alfredo Pizza. I take off onions & add mushrooms, which doesn’t really matter that much but whoever makes my pizza reads this exception and makes my pizza correct. But then it cooks in the oven and whoever takes it out of the oven does not read the instructions for my order and chops it up into little squares. I hate trying to eat little squares of pizza. My one bright note has been a girl named Lilly that works at this Domino’s who knows my order and personally makes sure it’s pie cut, as long as she is working. The rest of the employees please read the cutting instructions, there is a reason we are given that choice in the app. I don’t want this review to be taken negatively because it’s just 1 thing that if fixed I’d be in for 5 stars!

I'm going to be that guy. Toppings on a pizza generally average more than one piece. Lack of olives is my complaint.. I might as well have just not got them. No 100 or 50$ bills accepted.

easy ordering online. counter person very friendly and smiled. everything was ready to go when i got there. But i just dont understand, every bite of pizza only tasted of salt. I got no real flavor out of the ham, onion, black olive, or bacon or even the cheese for that matter. I tasted no difference in the original style or the new york style crust. Perhaps my taste buds are a bit less in my almost middle age. But, very flavorless pizza. Disappointed.

I placed my order and paid on my phone. I had to go and pick up my order because they don't deliver to my city. I arrived by the time they said the order would be ready. I texted to let them know I had arrived for curbside delivery. It was probably close to 10 minutes before an employee brought out my order. I took my pizza, and the guy was still standing by my car. He tried to hand me a pen for me to sign the receipt. I told him I was not signing the receipt because I had already paid online. I am not going to be charged twice. Imagine my surprise when he said, well, don't you want to leave a tip? I said, "I am not leaving a tip, and I am not signing your receipt." I drove six miles to pick up the pizza, and all he did was walk out to my car. He was even late bringing the pizza to my car. He did not deserve a tip. He should not have asked me about leaving a tip! The pizza was good, but the service is terrible!

Pizza is fine, wait time is usually not great, but yesterday night when picking up our order we were met with attitude from the girl we grabbed our food from telling us we should tip next time. On the way to get our pizza our tire blew and we spent 30 minutes with a stranger who stopped for us changing our tire, so I'm sorry I didn't give you a 5$ tip while I was worried about having to go to the tire shop the next day to pay a grand to get my tires replaced and rotated. It's not up to the working class to pay you a livable wage, unless your rely on tips like waitress and waiter staff in restaurants who only make $3 an hour, then I will not be tipping you.

Wow my mom was told that Marble Falls Domino’s does not deliver specialty pizzas. I thought that’s what you specialized in. Lol. So we couldn’t get the cheeseburger pizza delivered so we got one with everything on it. Delicious but still incredibly disappointed that this small town business is treating customers this way. That’s the part that disturbing me.

If I could go lower I would. Almost an hour for 2 medium pizzas, they arrive cold and they dont bring the ranch that they charge 1 buck a piece for. Trash

The customer service doesn’t even deserve 1 star! They got my order wrong so I called and got the rudest, untrained, combative young lady I have ever spoken to! She could not get my order correct, obviously had no training on computer! When I ask for the manager, she said she was the manager???? Although I had paid for delivery and gave a 20% tip, she kept saying we had to bring the pizza to the store because she couldnt give me a free pizza???? theres not enough room on here to tell you the full story! i ask for her name 3-4 times and she wouldnt give it to me!

THE WORST LOCATION. Save your time and look up Bella Sera for pizza instead. I wish I could give this location less than zero stars. Be fully prepared to wait at least 2 hours for the worst customer service you’ll ever experience. Ended up canceling my order after waiting over an hour to be told they hadn’t even started it and it would be at least another hour before we got our pizza. Then couldn’t even provide me with a refund receipt to ensure they actually refunded our order! What kind of franchise even is this? Absolute joke. Just go to Bella Sera. At least it’s local and decent!
