Everything was so good I want to come back again and again. The chicken fried steak is fork tender. The cheesecake is so delicious I want to take a whole one home. Everything was the best I've had in a long time.

We came up here for the weekend at WorldMark resort. Had dinner at the River City grille. Great food the catfish I had was phenomenal. My husband had chicken fried steak and he said it was okay. The salad was great crisp

Thisbis one of the best restaurants you'll ever visit. All the food come out hot and quick. The prices are lovely, plus they have a military discount. You can chose indoor or outdoor seating and being by the water while eating was lovely. The steak was ordered medium rare and it came out perfectly cooked. The food was seasoned perfectly and the tap water was even fantastic! The cookie "pie" that I got was amazing and I could've eaten about a dozen if I'd had more room. Not a drop of food was left over on anyone's plate and we will be back again.

We had the tortilla crusted catfish. So tasty! The outdoor seating is right on the lake and we loved the view. Right next door to our hotel so just walked right over. Waitstaff was excellent.

Nice restaurant with a very nice view of the river. We were greeted and seated right away. We opted to sit outside. It was a beautiful day so it was perfect weather for sitting outdoors. Our food and drinks arrived quickly. The salmon was good. Not overly flavorful but it was good. My other half enjoyed the chicken fried steak. We both really enjoyed the bread pudding for dessert. Would definitely go again and order something different.

This was a nice find while we were in town for the day. It all started a little rocky. Waited at the door to be seated for almost 5 minutes until we went to fond a server. Was told it was someone else job to seat us and they were recovering from the lunch rush. That's understood but there were only a handful of customers and blaming others for the wait didn't make it better. Our food was delicious and fresh. I got the grilled chicken sandwich with honey mustard and fires. My husband got the Big Bad Bacon BBQ sandwich with fries. The view alone is worth coming back for let alone the food. Our server was nice but service could have been a little better in my opinion.

Running Deep

We were driving through Marble Falls with our family on Sunday and stopped at River City Grille for lunch. It was a weird cold and blustery April day, so we ate inside, but the location is great! Right on the water with a great view of the Colorado River. It was very busy for lunch, but we were seated with only a minor wait. Our server, Cliff, was very good, but he was also very busy with a lot of other tables, and it was very slow to get our food out to our table (we almost thought they had forgotten about us!). We ordered the Pulled Pork Sandwich, Mushroom Swiss Burger, CB’s Buffalo Chicken Tacos, and a Grilled Chicken Kid’s meal with macaroni and cheese. The pulled pork was very good, with a small amount of cole slaw and a tangy BBQ sauce on the side. They were a little skimpy on the cole slaw (see the photo), but overall, a good sandwich. The burger was a large patty and well put together making for a very good burger, that wasn’t overcooked. The buffalo chicken tacos were okay, good flavor but the chicken was tough. I wouldn’t get it again. The French fries were okay. The kids didn’t really care for their grilled chicken because it was dry, but they really liked the macaroni and cheese. Location, location, location…. River City Grille has a great location. Our server was great, but the kitchen service was very slow. There’s a wide variety of dishes to choose from and overall, the food was good. We’ll be back when we’re down this way, and I recommend that you give them a try.

We were on a vacation trip and stopped for a quick, informal meal on the Colorado River. Fantastic view of the river and the boat traffic on the river. We enjoyed a couple glasses of wine while enjoying the view, and ordered the tower of onion rings as a starter - which did not disappoint! Crispy, crunchy, and served with a tangy dip - so good! We ordered fish tacos and a ribeye steak meal, which were also very good. The prices were reasonable, and the wait staff was friendly and helpful throughout our meal. We would absolutely recommend the River City Grille when you're in the area!

Beautiful view, outside patio, and great service! This is our second time here. We love buffalo wings, but the breading was on the heavy side making this a 4 star review. My husband ordered the chicken tenders with salad and fried okra. Fried okra crust wasn’t crispy enough, but it still tasted good. The prices are very fare for dining on the water. The kid’s menu is $5.99. They have a nice drink menu with a lot of options. In all, I would come here for the experience and view.

Good food, nothing fancy, but good, reasonably priced comfort type food, excellent view, ask to be seated outside, if weather permits.

We stopped for lunch here on the way to a winery as part of a fun Sunday outing. I didn't find the food to be that great, but we sat outside and the view of Lake Marble Falls was amazing. I had pulled pork and sweet potato waffle fries that were okay. The peach and raspberry tea was was very, very good. Our waitress offered wonderful service and was very knowledgeable about the menu. The portions were generous and the prices were good. Also, the food arrived quickly. The restaurant is very meticulously decorated on the inside and it is fun to look at all of the old photos as you wait.

Food was great/however they parked me in a corner with a table that looked like it had been taken out of service. My waiter i saw twice maybe three times.. took my order /brought my tea and food. Then crickets. Just because you eat alone shouldnt mean your ostersized. Had to ask to even get my ticket . Lack of communication starting with the manager. Because aperantly he was my server. And a simple " she is your server but ill get you started" would have created a better environment rather than thinking i was poaching a waitress.

The chicken fried steak and fried catfish were fabulous! Worth stopping for that. The fried okra, coleslaw and green beans were acceptable but not out of this world. Wait staff were friendly and attentive. I'd go back if I was in Marble Falls but I wouldn't drive out of my way for it.
