Romeo was our batista, and let me just say: GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!!! it was my 1st visit ever, and he made it the most pleasant visit I have ever had anywhere. He was extremely helpful, patient, and polite. Definitely coming back to this location BECAUSE of him! Loved my drink by the way.
The food, latte and staff were great, the cashier helped me with a special offer I had on my Starbucks app, but it's the customers that need to act better, let the Barrista go down the list on the tablet he knows what he is doing, and stand away from the counter until your order is ready and check for your name before you touch something.
I love my Kingsville Starbucks and all the baristas!! Let me say when I have NEVER had an experience like I do each time I go into my local Starbucks! The baristas are always so nice and welcoming and I’ve never seen anyone not busy in there!
Usually stop at this store on my way home and I don’t always have a good experience but tonight I can say that I’ve had one of the best experiences it was so busy and the workers looked stressed but all 3 ladies were so kind and helpful definitely will be looking for them when i stop here again!!!
Best brown sugar oat milk latte I've ever had. They prepared it perfectly. Amazing customer service. So glad I passed through here passing through town. Also got a warmed banana bread which was delicious as always. Spent about $ 20 on two venti drinks and a dessert at the drive thru today and was greeted with a smile . Really enjoyed my visit .
As a daily Starbucks drinker, when I saw this new location on my way to Houston I had to stop. 5:00pm and the drive thru line had about 6 cars while the inside had only one other person waiting on an order. Mobile ordering is easy as any other location. I waited a bit longer for my drinks but that’s expected as it’s a new location and the baristas are trying to make our drinks GREAT! If time is of the essence,please mobile order prior to arriving. They are making drinks freshly as you order them ...so a 6 second drive from the speaker to the front window isn’t going to miraculously make your drink available. Overall, their setup is spanking brand new of course and very stylishly modern!!

I travel from the Valley to Corpus monthly, and I’m in Kingsville almost every week for work. I’ve stopped at this location many times. However, on Sunday, while heading to Corpus to watch a hockey game, the experience took far longer than usual. We placed an online order, as we always do. Normally, this allows us to get our drinks quickly and get back on the road, but this time the wait was unusually long. I also always ask for a paper receipt. I’ve been doing this for years at this location and others, and it has never been an issue. This time, I was told they could not provide one, even though they had done so just a week prior, the month before, and many times in the past. I ordered a peach tea with light ice. I usually order it without ice because I don’t like it cold and don’t want it watered down. Despite asking for light ice, my drink was filled almost entirely with ice and already diluted. My mother’s drink also did not have the correct toppings. After giving up on getting a printed receipt, I asked for a straw for my mom’s drink. The employee eventually gave us one, but it was too small, and she walked away before I could ask for the correct size. The store was not busy at the time, which made the experience more frustrating.
We travel to Austin from SPI at least 1x per month. This stop always adds at least 30 minutes to our trip. It seems no matter how many people are in the store or drive through, most of the people are standing waiting for their drink orders. We order one quad espresso tonight and so far we’ve been waiting 43 minutes. We like the caffeine boost for travel in either direction, but come on!
I ordered two coffees and one Frappuccino. The coffees came out on time, but they completely forgot to make the Frappuccino. After waiting about 20 minutes, I had to remind them, and even then they forgot it again in the mixer. I had to go back a second time to remind them. This was really disappointing — forgetting the order once is understandable, but forgetting it twice and not being prompt after a reminder shows poor attention and customer service.
My suggestion: If you plan to order a coffee in this store - do it 25 min in advance otherwise you'll be stuck in the store waiting. I don't think I'm coming again.
Miranda, one of the barista, when asked to kindly wipe off the overflowing drink for my son that was served at the pick up counter inside the store, she simply wiped it off with her bare fingers with no concern for sanitation nor courtesy to customers. The management overlooks these kinds of things.
The building and workers were fine, however, I ordered a caramel macchiato and it had NO caramel on it. There was a few small chucks of caramel at the bottom but that was it. Not enough to even tell. I’ve definitely had WAY better.
I know it's busy but 7 people are working and it's been over 15 minutes for a simple latte. A little training and organization would go a long way.
We were driving by, the Starbucks is very cute and aesthetic. But we didn’t like that our strawberry cold foam matcha had such little strawberry cold foam. When we asked the barista for more because it was literally just a drop of cold foam she said she had to charge more, after Starbucks already charges $1.25 for cold foam. RIDICULOUS.
This store is the only one in my location. I typically place a mobile order 1-2 times per week. They usually do decent job of getting our order correct. However, over the past 2 months the efficiency of their service has declined. I have started placing my mobile order 20-30 minutes before arriving at the store in attempt to ensure my order is ready when I get there. The past 2 weeks, this has still not been enough time and I had to wait an additional 10-15 minutes while watching anyone that came to the counter or through the drive thru receive their orders ahead of mine. Today, 45 minutes after placing my order, it was still not being prepared. When I asked the staff if they had my order, they responded that they “probably do but are too busy to check right now” and that they were “a little backed up”. I left without receiving the order that I paid for in the app. If you order here, especially on a Sunday morning, you will want to make sure you don’t have anywhere else to be.
Just paid premium prices 42 of the lousiest.Frappuccinos, i've ever had in my life.Tasted like nothing but watered down coffee
I’ve been debating on writing a review about my experience, during my first time visiting this location. Unfortunately, we forgot to order a drink and had to order it at the window. I can’t get Lena’s reaction out of my head. She was obviously very annoyed, and I kept apologizing and told her I really didn’t mean to forget. It was obvious that just irritated her more and I felt embarrassed after that. I really hope she was just having a bad day that day and is not always that rude. Not sure if I’ll try this location again, but I think I would have to be desperate to go back.
8 people working and waited 14 minutes for service and a drink, making drinks out of order. I could see frustration on others. Last time we will visit. Overpriced drinks anyway
Possibly the most pathetic service in a Starbucks I have experienced in last 25 years. With 5 baristas behind the counter , today on a Sunday with only us at the counter, it took 35 mins to get 4 simple drinks like iced Americano, mocha , cappuccino etc. during that period there were a few folks at the drive through as well. We were first told that our drinks were mistakenly picked up by someone else ( no one else entered the coffee shop so must have been handed over at the window), then simply wait while we fix things. Sad.
If I could give 0 I would.I came in to THIS Starbucks this morning and a Tessa took my order. They took 30min to make my drinks because no one was doing drinks in the front. Someone had to come from the back and start doing the front drinks which were already backed up.Tessa was not helping even after seeing there came a rush everyone was waiting and no drinks being made. All she did the whole time is gossip with a customer about being from Detroit and gossip with the other girl with the tattoo in her hand that works there. TheyNEVER once tried to help the girl that came from the back! I travel the US as a truck driver and I have NEVER waited this long for coffee and any other Starbucks everyone is helping not just walking around seeing the girl needed help and did not. All they did was gossip and let her fix the backed up drinks alone. If you are in a hurry STAY AWAY FROM THIS STARBUCKS they SUCK HERE and I tipped her 2$ I HOPE SHE DONTGET IT ! Horrible customer service!
When we pulled up at 6:30AM, there were about 10 vehicles in the drive thru and NOBODY inside. We decided to go in to order and instead of making our 4 coffees or preparing the orders as they came in, they cleared the ENTIRE drive thru line first. By the time we got ours, there were more 4 other guests waiting inside behind us. We finally left at 6:58 but all because they wanted to clear the drive thru AND on a Saturday? These businesses are wild!
It's great to have Starbucks back in Kingsville! The staff are always courteous to us customers. I've had an issue twice to where I was given the wrong size drink but it was rectified rather quickly and with great customer service. Keep up the good work! Looks like I'll be taking my 5 star review back. I understand being busy and all, but there is no reason whatsoever for giving a customer a filthy cup, the wrong size, and the drink is barely filled. This is the worst service that I've received from Starbucks. I'm pretty sure you guys can do better than this. And here we are again 1 yr later. This Turkey Bacon sandwich looks horrible. My bacon is burnt, the cheese looks glazed. My sandwich looks diseased. This is horrible!
