Have been going to this freebirds since they opened in 2022. The staff is amazing and the food is always delicious. The rotating menu makes it nice to get something different every time I go.
I've been an avid freebirds fan for a few years now and this location always has good food quality and the updated mobile app makes it easier to order online for pick up! Although this location isn't as much of an "Austin, Texas" vibe as the one on FM1960, the food quality and service is great as always 👍🏽

First time here omg didn't know what to order the staff super friendly help us along the way . Food is great the place is exceptionally clean coming here everytime thank you
Great experience! I was helped by two young men, Dylan and Dane, they were great!
I love using the app to order. Special offers keep me coming back.
Lauren and Lily are the best!! Good food and welcoming atmosphere. My family always keep coming back because this location is the best.
Lauren is my favorite worker here, always engaging with the guests and very bubbly. She’s always working hard and giving her best for the guests
1st time at this location. While the rest of my party knew what to get... I think (the team members name) Lauren was very accomodating as I had no clue what I wanted. Actually the team there was professional and welcoming! Kudos! We will definitely be back! Loved the food!!!
Great food, nice staff, clean restaurant. I stop by maybe twice a month for lunch.
Had a great experience. Haven't been to a freebirds in a while. Steak was made fresh and was delicious. Was craving the chicken but tin looked nearly empty and dry. I may have arrived after their lunch rush though. Sauce offering were great too.
I came in to place it to go order for my family of five all with their specific requests. Lauren helped me with our whole order and was super helpful and patient making sure we all got exactly what we wanted. Great experience and friendly staff!

The food was top notch!!! Everything was fresh and the staff adhered to the way I wanted my bowl. My bestie tasted it and she even said it was one of the best bowls had!

The service is fast and to the point, restaurants looks average, the food is cooked pretty well, biggest leg up on chipotle is they are NOT stingy with the servings. You are getting what you asked for and more.

Little too much rice for my taste. The caso has more of a bite then I expected. Staff was very friendly and fast.
Good burritos (much better than Chipotle). They don't sell beer though.
Not a bad burrito but not one I would brag about or crave. The chicken is actually really good, and the selection of other ingredients is decent, but the tortilla itself is crap. The burrito has to be eaten with a fork because the tortilla is like dough and falls apart. As opposed to the ingredients standing alone, they were more like a pile of mush. Chips were decent and the service was fine, nobody was overly friendly to be sure. It just sort of felt like the employees I interacted with were serving a sentence as opposed to putting in a shift of work. I wouldn't return, though there was nothing egregious about the place other than the tortillas.

I recently walked into your West Lake Houston Pkwy location. Upon entering (just prior to 11 AM), I noticed the restaurant was empty (no customers) aside from a few employees working in the kitchen area. Two employees made eye contact with me and didn't acknowledge me at all. Not a smile, a nod, a "we'll be right with you".. nothin. Okay, not a huge deal, but then I get up to the burrito line and while I waited to be served I took a close look at the ingredients. All the meats looks dry and cool, and the rice looked old and crusty. There was no sign that the ingredients were hot or fresh, so I turned around and walked out. Very disappointed.
I think the people who assemble the burrito's here may have forgotten that adding meat is a part of the assembly process. Bad jokes aside, I've been here three times, and each burrito has been with significantly less meat than what I think a decent meal should have, but also much less than the other two locations I've been to supply as well.
No chicken in my burritos, mostly rice and hard to chew black beans, very disappointed, hardly any guacamole. They took my money and gave me wrapped old rice and called it burrito. Never going back.

Would give it 0 stars if possible. Ordered a monster bowl and it somehow still only had 2 scoops of rice and 2.5 scoops of protein while the smallest bowl is 2 scoops of rice and 2 scoops of protein. Overall los miserable compared to a few years ago. This was chance #3 and y’all still skimp out
With the price of food in this economy this place was very disappointing, low maintenance, food quality poor and it was mid day. A waste of my coin
Where do I even start. My family came here because our school was having spirit night for the kids. We've been waiting over 30 mins in line and still waiting to even order our food. This kid in the photo was told by an employee to send people away because they don't have enough food or employees to work. Freebirds should have been more prepared with far more staff memebrs and extra food instead of pushing people away on spirit night. Shame on whoever manages this store!
Poor customer service by the girl with the septum ring. Obviously not a manager based on how she handles customer interactions. First time and last time I will be visiting this establishment.
I just paid $17.51 for the smallest burrito. Maker didn’t inform me that cauliflower rice and the “small line of queso” were $2 each extra. Yes, it’s on the sign (she pointed out when I went back in and politely asked if that price was right) but I literally will never be back. So disgusted with price and the lack of educating the customer (yes, we sometimes need it) It’s no wonder why there’s never any business here.

Please explain to me why if the freebirds app is down, as well as the ordering feature on your website when I call up to the store and the store confirms that they are having issues with online ordering, why you can't just take an order over the phone? How is that any different than if I placed my order online or at the counter? I was told they are "not allowed" to take orders over the phone. So you rather lose a sale AND a customer instead of just punching in the order over the phone?
