My husband and I were running around town and stopped at this location. We usually stop by the woodlands or Conroe location. We were happy to see Cody over here. He was showing Heather on of the managers at this location different things. We love the Conroe location so it is nice to see they are bringing that fun here. Unreal good! Give this place a chance to get on their feet….restaurants tend to struggle when they first open…I was pleasantly surprised! Burrito was huge and so flavorful!!! 5 stars!!!

Had a great experience. Haven't been to a freebirds in a while. Steak was made fresh and was delicious. Was craving the chicken but tin looked nearly empty and dry. I may have arrived after their lunch rush though. Sauce offering were great too.

The food, employees, and customer service at this location are all great. But they tend to be understaffed. Everything is great besides upper management, which desperately needs improvement.

food and service is always good, the only thing is the inconsistent portion size. Order my meal one time and the next time I order the same exact thing it is literally half the weight and size as the last time. Even with double protein sometimes they will give you a tiny burrito and i’ll order single protein and get more than i did with double. and i’m sure you guys will reply with the same copy paste as all the other reviews on here.

It was my first time and honestly It’s alright, nothing special. We got the Birria bowl, $15 it was kind of dry and cold but did have flavor , the rice they provide is not good, the beans have no flavor, They have good chips but idk if I would go again not worth the price tag.

My very first Freebird Burrito experience. It was, meh. $13+ for mostly beans and rice and a couple pieces of meat. Same as all the other burrito places. They're all literally the same. My expectations weren't too high, and they were met accordingly. I'd eat it again if someone else was paying, or if perhaps I was really bored with food on a given day.

I’ve never been to a Freebirds before, so when this location opened near my home I figured I’d go check it out. I ordered a Monster burrito with Steak, Spanish rice, cheese, and potatoes. I felt like the burrito could’ve had more meat, but overall I felt like the burrito tasted very good. Also ordered chips and Queso, and I thought the Queso was good. I recommend this place to anyone who likes Chipotle or Bullritos.

First time at freebirds. The place was clean and the employees were friendly. The food was fine but was lacking something. I feel like it’s like every other burrito place, but just less of what makes the other chains great. I feel like you are limited in your choices compared to places like Uburitto which offers a wide variety of ingredients. I found myself struggling to find anything that would add flavor to my meal. No limes… odd choice. The regular salsa was BASIC and offered little flavor other than canned tomato. The only condiment they offered was an in house hot sauce which was, ok. In the end I just ended up smothering my food in the hot sauce and hoped for the best. It was ok.

I love freebirds so when i saw that this location was opening in kingwood i was so excited! Unfortunately after getting my burrito today, I was so disappointed! The flavors were so bland and my order was wrong! Idk if I'll be coming back to this location.

Pretty much just rice, beans and tortilla, they are following the same model as chipotle (charge a lot and give nothing). Years ago they used to put meat on the burrito not anymore apparently.

It was my first time here, and i was disappointed with the service. When I proceeded to order my food, the gentleman that asked whether I wanted a bowl or burrito was rather rude, and it seemed like he didn't want to service us. Then, when he proceeded with our order, he seemed very confused and needed to be told 2 to 3 times the items we wanted on our food, then he rudely told his coworker, "Excuse me." Overall, the experience on the customer service side was not ideal at all, but the food was good at least. I got a protein bowl with queso.

We came in the evening and thought the foil sculptures were cute. Good a good vibe but the people at the counter weren't friendly at all. I didn't expect much from teenagers anyways. We didn't mind at all being served by the kid that may had any possible disabilities but the girl made faces at him instead of helping him bring his attention back to what's in front of him. He neither seemed happy to be there. The food was mediocre. The pork doesn't have much flavor and neither did the Pico. Nothing grand to see here. I know it's more of a corporate thing on recipe bit could use actual flavor in the carnitas. May try once more with a diff shift.

I eat at freebirds weekly for lunch. This was my first time at this location and it will be my last. I always get the same thing. Monster bowl with double meat. The manager insisted I get the smaller bowl and finally relented after being argumentative. They then proceeded to charge me $6 more than I pay at any other freebirds for the exact same order.

First and last visit to this place! Place is like a Subway (sandwich shop)for burritos EXCEPT NO mention of upcharges for toppings until you see the price at checkout! My $12 shredded beef burrito was $19.49 for a small scoop of guacamole, a small ladel of spicy queso, and 2 spoons of cauliflower rice. All toppings were offered without any mention of additional $2 cost per item. Black beans were undercooked. Don't bother with this place. Go to Whataburger across the parking lot.

Stay away from this place unless you want to spend the night in the hospital. I came here and was served completely undercooked and unsafe protein which made me violently ill. The order was October 29 at 6:11pm. I have already spoken to guest gurus who lied to my face

Worst freebirds I have been to, we stood in line for over 23 minutes and still left without food, the line barely and I mean like 2 people, barely moved in the time we stood there, the workers were moving slow, and seemed lost, noone even bothered to give an explanation as to why the line was not moving and noone was getting food, we left and opted to just make burritos at home because it would of probably been faster to go to HEB and buy the stuff then go home and make them from scratch

Was charged a monster bowl instead of freebirds, went to get my lid for my monster bowl didn’t fit but the freebirds did, lady was rude and didn’t give a recipt, also told me no I couldn’t enter my number for my reward pts very upset at this customer service

Update 8/26/2023 Employees not friendly. Food was definitely served under temp. I guess it’s what you should expect when you have to have your regional manager R. Bradshaw leave his restaurants his own review. Visit the restaurant check the quality of food you serve. Sour food and old food being served. Food cost or cost of sales here must be great because you are serving old food please take pride in what you serve the building is beautiful and the team member was friendly food quality was not good

The worst freebirds I’ve ever been too. Save your money Took them 30 min to make 2 burritos and a bowl. We ordered online and they didn’t start until after we pulled up. Watched 4 employees just hang out by the dumpster. Food was cold. Chips were stale. Forgot the chicken in our bowl. Went to this location tonight to support our elementary. What a let down. I used to go to freebirds by my office regularly pre pandemic. This location is atrocious in every way. Placed order online. Pulled up at the time app said 5:54. Staff said not ready she would bring out. I waited for 30 min. Then pulled back into pickup line and got stuck! After an hour I finally made my way to be able to park and walk in. Place was chaos. Food being served looked good. I finally get my bag that had been sitting in the warmer box for who knows how long and head home 7 min away. Get home and not only is food cold...its thrown together and cold cold cold. To make matters worse it's missing the kids quesadilla. Not that it would have mattered since I ended up having to add cheese and warm the 2 we did get since there was not enough cheese to even hold the folded tortilla together much less the chicken. Nothing like room temp burritos and dry quesadillas. $53.80 worth of horrible food and an hour and a half of listening to whiny hungry kids...not fun! Oh...and the school didn't get the credit because the code didn't work...more fun!

Ordered 2 burritos for pickup up. My burrito was missing 4 ingredients: Extra pork, Spanish Rice, Pico de Gallo, and Cheese. The other burrito was missing cilantro and cheese. Neither of us tasted guacamole (an ordered ingredient). We’ve decided to stick with Chipotle’s. These were the most bland burritos we ever tasted. A COMPLETE RIP-OFF!

First time experiencing Freebirds was Tuesday night. Unfortunately we won't be back. The kids meal burritos are more like a snack than a meal ~150 calories. It wasn't enough food for a 5-year old. To put into perspective, it's smaller than the $1 wake-up wrap at Dunkin and the $1 Chessy Roll up at Taco Bell. Was expecting a lot more for the cost. Moe's & Chipotle are roughly the same price for kids meals and give a much bigger serving. One of the kids mentioned they've had strawberries that were bigger than the burrito which is much bigger in the photos....After paying ~$60 we had to cook still because everyone was still hungry. Part of me is hoping it's not supposed to be that small but I have my doubts.

Would give it 0 stars if possible. Ordered a monster bowl and it somehow still only had 2 scoops of rice and 2.5 scoops of protein while the smallest bowl is 2 scoops of rice and 2 scoops of protein. Overall los miserable compared to a few years ago. This was chance #3 and y’all still skimp out
