My first time here — and he’s missed this place after not having it for 7 years! The service was friendly right from the start, and the staff checked in to make sure we were enjoying everything. We started with the chicken lettuce wraps, which were fresh and crisp with a perfectly seasoned filling. He had the firecracker shrimp, and the rice was cooked perfectly. I had the bourbon chicken with noodles — the noodles were cooked just right, and the bourbon sauce was rich and full of flavor. Everything we tried was delicious. Bonus: they have an app too, which is super convenient. We’ll definitely be back!

Pei Wei A place where you can take your family, team members and enjoy a great sit down flavorful mean. The staff are very friendly and greets and says good bye 👋 to all their customers. I have visited this location many times and will return many more to come. Summary: great ambiance, clean friendly and welcoming. The orange 🍊 😍 chicken is a most have.

I am in the middle of eating but had to stop and tell y'all that it is delicious up in here! If you are vegan like me, run here! This tofu is amazing! Spring rolls are perfect! And Ms. Angela at the front taking orders was the definition of grace. Erica brings you your good and makes the best sweet tea.

Angela is a star and the food here is fantastic. A couple months ago we had ordered food and a doordasher ended up grabbing the wrong order. So Angela came up herself and brought my wife the food whe. She didn't have to. Was dark and our neighborhood doesn't have much light on the roads. So she was fantastic and brought my wife the food. The food here is great. We normally have Pei Wei Saturday's. Thank you Angela for everything and the team here a great everytime I come.

The restaurant was very clean. The service was excellent. The food was delicious and for a fair price. The portions were good sized and I added an appetizer. Please, keep the larger portions. We’d love for the Vietnamese chicken rolls to return. Overall, we had a good experience.

I had the Teriyaki chicken with noodles and no scallions and it was good! Delicious! The service was fast and the meal was hot and ready to eat. Service was friendly and kind and it was nice they greeted us at the door politely. I like that! The atmosphere was modern, warm and cozy feeling while eating. Thank you for the meal! 10 stars!

Overall experience at this location is good. I tried the firecracker chicken it was made to order.

I was so excited to get home to Nacogdoches and enjoy my Pad Thai. I was very disappointed to see that I got something complely different. I think it is orange chicken which is good but not what I ordered. Please be more careful with tongo orders.

I had lunch here last week. I was apprehensive because my previous experience (about 5 yrs ago) was a disappointment. However, I wanted to give it a other opportunity since it has been a while. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they made positive changes. The place was nice and clean, customer service was better, and the food was a little more elevated and fresh. We had the salad wraps, and a chicken and rice dish. I do wish they would add more variety of sauces. I will definitely visit again. ☺️

I've been here many times, but my recent visit (Feb 2026) did not meet my expectations. The food was dry. Like very little sauce was used. Additionally the broccoli was so undercooked it was almost raw.

Service was very dry . A manager took our order and she was so dry. We ordered quite a bit of food and let us know . The “lo mein” is but ramen noodles without the juice. The fried rice was bland. The edamame was good. The firecracker steak was good. When the manager came around once we were wrapping up she asked if we wanted her to take some plates and we told her yes , she asked why we left so much food so we were honest with her especially about the noodles and she pretty much just said “no that’s lo mein noodles not ramen .. ramen has juice” so not sure why she even asked if she wasn’t open to the feedback. She asked if we’d rather something else we politely declined

Well first of all I want to say it smelled like sewer when we walked in. Service was acceptional. Food wasn't that great. Their food has gone downhill. I don't know if it was that location, but I was in Houston from San Antonio and on our way back to San Antonio. My girlfriend wanted to try it. I told her it was really good. Though I hadn't been there in quite some time. Maybe it was just that location. I don't know? My girlfriend and her son were very disappointed.
