I originally went to Walmart auto to get a new tire put on. They had me wait nearly 3 hours until they told me they didn’t have any in stock for my car. They suggested Amigos, so I drove my flat tire to their shop and within 20 minutes of me pulling up they had it replaced and ready to go for cheap! Never going anywhere else again

Excellent service--had a flat (Diego saw the nail in it immediately) and had it repaired in minutes! Didn't have to wait at all even with a lot full of cars being serviced. Prices were fantastic--$15 for the tire repair! This place is highly recommended by folks in the area, and with good reason. Will be back!

I had a nail in my tire. When I arrived, there were about 10-15 cars being serviced. The staff at Amigo's fixed my tire within 10 minutes of my arrival. Amigo's service was simply excellent. I highly recommend their shop.

They charged me $60 for a used tire which I thought was pretty pricey and then I checked speedy tires on 192 they only charge $45 but unfortunately they did not have the size tire I needed so with 60 plus tip I almost paid $70 for one used tire BUT good thing I was in and outta there quickly and one of the guys even gave me cold water for my dog, Thank you guys!!!

It is nice to have a place in town that you can pull into and get help same day and quickly. They are friendly and willing to help with any tire needs. I felt like they were honest with what is truly needed and worked with our budget on getting a used tire. It is a mechanic garage atmosphere with tires all around but to be expected. Parking can get crowded on a busy day but the large driveway helps accommodate. It is one of my favorite places to go in need.

This is my go to place for a quick change of tires and alignment. Go early, plan to wait. Always very busy, seats are limited inside (3). No restroom available to clients per signs. Expect to wait outside. Bring an umbrella if you can't handle the FL heat. Watch where you step, grounds full of debris/rocks.

Place is REALLY busy it seems daily..everything was great with these guys. The pricing on the tires I needed was good..There is only one thing I can complain about and its the wait time...I do know my car is lowered but it took roughly 2 hours just to pull up my car. To be fair again , once my car was pulled in the tire technician was super fast and a great guy. I definitely recommend this place for tires just be prepared to wait if they're obviously busy.

Great place for cheap used tires. Wish they weren't cash only. Closest ATM is in Dennys ( charge $3 /$200 max) or BOA half mile walk down the street.

Place is fast when looking for a emergency fix. Flat repair and used tires when need to replace until you get new tires. People are friendly most speak English, I've been coming here for over 10 years and before that at a different location they had in Kissimmee. Some of the personal are the same from the other location. Like I said for a fast fix or emergency repairs a perfect place to go to.

I had a friend who worked here that was very fair and always gave me good tires. The times I have gone and another person sells me the tire, they don't last at all. I once bought one and it popped the next day. Inspect the tires yourself before purchasing it.

Place is a wreck tires are same price as any other used tire place. The inventory is all over the place took the guy 20 min to find me two tires...

Unless you're related to them, DON'T GO here, they will rip you off! My Dad just needed a tire change to last him 1 week till his appointment, this is the morning after the change, so much for "good strong tires" they said. NEVER AGAIN! even if for emergency! And it's cash only, go figure, fast service at cheaper price and low quality!

I bought a used tire 2 weeks ago. I had to go back a week later because it was going low; and I had to refill with air twice since i bought on 5/24/19. I was given another tire on 6/1/19. The 2nd tire was also going low & I had to refill a couple of times & I added fix a flat. I noticed that it had a huge ball about to blow on 6/6/19. I escaped a blowout-- but was not able to have replaced because NO place will take the wheel off... because the tech did not put my lug nuts & posts on properly. The lugnut was stuck off the rims of the bolts so incredibly bad.. it took my neighbor to use a machine to get it off. I will not be using them again, they cost me more grief & money for buying a tire for $30-- i will have to go elsewhere & pay much more now.

0/10 would not recommend they sell you used tiers that don’t even last an hour , to then result you to have a car on the side of the road right after getting there service. To then quote tell me “ that’s what happeneds when I purchase used tiers “ that they’re selling for 60 a tire plus a suggested demand tip

ATTENTION LADIES AND ALL OTHERS AS WELL! Go elsewhere with your business, even for a damn tire plug! My man normally takes any of our vehicles in when a tire plug is needed.. he always pays $15 per plug, last time they even did 2 for $25 (about 2-3 weeks ago). I go in to get plug, and right away I am charged $20!! Not much more but it’s the principal. Then when I brought it up, owner says “fine, just pay the $15” with a full blown attitude. Secondly, we are trying to figure out, how he has another nail on tire after just getting two fixed and buying a another used tire as well for a 3rd nail that could not be plugged.. go figure I looked around and THE FLOOR/driveway area WHERE WE PULL OUR CARS INTO, IS COVERED IN NAILS.. when I mentioned it to owner he brushed me off, was extremely rude and did not care. NOW you know how they keep business coming back. They are literally setting you up to come right back with nails everywhere that can be picked up and cleaned up. Owner made excuses and was dismissive and all I was trying to do was inform him, that can cause more issues for people (he knows it and doesn’t care). Lastly, I had another tire low on air, wasn’t sure if it was a nail or not in that one too.. (first nail on other tire I can visually see). So I asked them to check. Now they got ruder and told me if they remove the tire and nothing is wrong, I would have to pay for that too.. and then proceeded to tell me to go fill my tire with air somewhere else and if it continues to lose air to then come back to check out the tire. MIND YOU, my man has asked them to fill all his tires before and they have done it with no issues, questions or extra charges to do so. I have been to tire places that will fill the tires up for us at no charge.. (all tire places I have been to will take care of this for anyone) they told me to go fill it elsewhere and then come back to them if the air leaks out again. Smh I will never go back to them, and I will be sure to spread the word onto others to not bring them their business either. They don’t care about other nails going into your tires while ur there, they won’t put air into tires for women and they PRICE GAUGE US WOMEN AS WELL! Never again. And we own a business with multiple cars that have gone to them.. always wondered why we always had another nail in tire after leaving them. Sad! I will also be reporting them to BBB. Hopefully they get a new owner who is honest, helpful, kind and actually cares about his shop! (Picture attached is 3 nails I picked up next to driver side front tire while they were fixing passenger side front tire. Insane. Smh

Called and said $10 to balance each tire and then charged me $15 per tire and then said they couldn't do alignment cause I needed sway bar links which in not true my husband is a mechanic and works on my car so nothing is wrong with it

First all.. I wanted 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. Then it took them 1 hour to do my tires. All while other cars came and went. Then they told me one price and then charged me a different price.

One guy told me a used tire was $45 and someone else said $60.. Everyone’s giving their own price for extra income just be careful . Was fast, and did a good job though.

This shop charged me for a wheel alignment and never completed it. Stated my suspension was shot. I got in the car and the steering wheel was crooked to drive straight. I went to another shop got the wheel alignment completed with no issues or bad suspension. I called back Amigos and i was told to come back with the receipt and i would get a refund after being hung up on multiple times. I never got my refund and will be filing against these bums.

I used to LOVE coming here because they were honest and prices were fair. I recently visited and a used tire is $75! That’s crazy! I went to Haines City and got one for $40 including them putting it on. You guys are usually amazing but $75 in these times is outrageous. Even in Miami a used tire isn’t $75. And yes I’m cheap lol rent out here is too crazy to up charge!

I went to the location to fix a tire, but it ended up being unrepairable. I was headed to work and needed a replacement quickly. I asked about used tires of the same size and received different price quotes from the technician, the blond-haired man outside, and the office staff. The office staff member, known for his friendly demeanor, provided one price, while the blond-haired man outside quoted $60 in a rather abrupt manner, demonstrating a need for improvement in customer service. HE IS RUDE!

Usually I have no problem when I go to this place. Today must have been a bad day. I got there about 15 minutes after they opened at 9 am. A gentleman assisted me after waiting about 25 minutes. In that 25 minutes I saw the other employees assist 4 other customers. Already agitated I waited another 30 minutes on this gentleman to "look for a tire". I watched him talk to several people in that time frame and finally when I asked for the manager he told me that he had seen that I was there for a long time and that he had spoke to the employee who was assisting me. That guy had the nerve to talk crap to me because I was so aggravated. Horrible 😔 Then when I went to go pay the guy inside saw how mad I was then told me to calm down. He started talking trash to me in Spanish thinking because I was the only female there I wouldn't say anything back to him! I guarantee he wouldn't have talked to a man like that but because I was a female by myself he decided to act out. Absolutely horrible experience and I'll never recommend them again to anyone. Yes they have cheap prices but it's no excuse to treat people like that. The one who assisted me took advantage of the fact I was by myself and didn't think I was going to say anything about his unexcusable procrastination. All I can say is I treat everyone with respect and even after the crap I endured I still left the guy who helped me a tip. I get it, people and businesses have bad days, TODAY was a horrible day at Amigos.

got a tire replacement here, they gave me a bad tire and it popped within months. don’t do business here, they are going to give you bad parts or do a bad job and leave you having to come back within a few months. update: you shouldn’t be selling tires that you know are only going to last people a few months, that means you are being cheap and scamming people. have some dignity

Very poor service, I go always to them and I tip the workers at least $5 even for $20 job, but today I paid them again $20 to change my spare tire to a new one and I asked them to borrow me one of their drills for just 5 second to tigh the spare up but not only they refused to borrow me the drill but no one wanted to help!!!! I won't to them anymore, there are many other places who offer a better customer service

This place is good for a quick fix on a flat tire. Otherwise, don't waste your money. I paid for an alignment and it was pulling so they told me to come back to fix it. The guy who does alignments made excuses and didn't want to do the job correctly stating it was my car. My car never did that prior to their alignment, and my car is a 2021, not an old car. They refused a refund even though they didn't do the job I paid for, and tried to get me to buy new tires in order for them to do the alignment I paid for.

Don't go there. They will upcharge you. Got a plug into my tire expecting to pay $7 and now it's $15. FOR A PLUG !? Didn't even put the tire on lol. What kind of business is this ? Inflation must be serious. Used to come here all the time for a plug or a used tire. Not anymore. This is ridiculous

I genuinely find the positive reviews confusing. The service here is subpar and that’s being nice. Maybe back in 2012 they were the things these positive reviews say but not anymore. They most certainly do over charge for used tires $20 MORE than other local spots. There is also the issue that each employee gives you a different price on the same service. If you do decide to get the service the employee who does it will then walk with you inside while harassing you for a tip. I used to go here years ago and their service used to be good but the last three times I’ve stopped by to get help on a service I’ve ended up leaving due to their attempts to overcharge.

Be very careful with this shop. They wanted to sell me used tires that were in worse condition than the ones I was replacing. I asked how.much for new ones and they came out with a couple of "almost new Papi" and gave me a price $200 cash only. $150 cash for totally used and beat or $200 cash for almost new. Needless to say I went down the street to Discount Tires and spent less than $180 out the door for brand new....never used Papi tires along with a great welcoming and folks who know better than to take advantage of folks coming in and trying to support the local businesses.

My front passenger tire got damaged, and this was the only shop nearby that was open late, so I went there without checking reviews first. That was my mistake. The workers seemed nice at first, but my experience was terrible. The guy working on my car told me they only had one tire in that size, but it wasn’t in good condition. When I asked him to check again, he came back with another tire. I specifically asked if it was good, and instead of giving me a straight answer, he said, “It’s as good as you are,” in Spanish and proceeded to flirt with me and ask me personal questions. He was too busy hitting on me instead of paying attention, he put the wrong size tire on my car. I didn’t realize until my tire pressure light kept coming on. I had already driven all the way back home to Orlando on that wrong tire. I had to waste more time coming back the next day after work to have them finally switch it for the correct one. This is not just sloppy. It is unsafe. If you cannot stay professional long enough to do your job right, you should not be working on people’s cars.

Terrible. I get used tires are a gamble. But the fact that 2 days after they put a used one on my truck it blew out while driving is ridiculous. They gave me an absolutely shot out tire. Getting a new tire from somewhere else and would be willing to change review status if they give me a refund on that tire.

worst tire shop ever 😡 all these people do is steal your money. if you buy a tire from them it won't last you a month and they're over priced, the customer service sucks. they don't try to accommodate you when they mess up, as long as they receive their money. i took my car to change a tire they charged me almost $100 for a used tire and once i left my car wasn't braking anymore 🤦🏻‍♀️ i went back and told them what was going on and they literally sent me away and said it wasn't their problem. never again!!!!!
