My server Giselle and the Manager made my friend and I'm first reunion after 2 years out of highschool one to remember. Very kind and generous while catering to our needs. 💖 I would come here plenty of times again, the food was amazing and cooked throughly as well. Def out pizzas the hut! This place was our vibe; chill and diverse. This place was not as packed as it should be with how fire the pizza is. Our server and the manager (or higher?) were very kind, attentive, and helpful. Food came out fast and hot and the whole family enjoyed the meal. This was our first time here and I really wish there was a Via 313 closer to New Braunfels now. We'll definitely be here again. The food was amazing too! The pizza was hot, cheesy (yes you get a cheese pull lol), and crispy. The deep dish style was perfect.

I have literally NEVER had a bad experience here and I come here at least once a month if I can swing it. The staff is fantastic (especially Dre!), bar drinks are always on point, and the food is always incredibly delicious. Thanks to the rewards, we get to partake in some awesome free food on occasion too! And I look forward to the reward dumdum lollipop on my way out! Highly recommended!!

Wish we lived close enough to come here every week!! Dropped by on the way back from Austin and tried the Detroit pepperoni lunch special. Very well priced and an adequate amount of food to fill you up. Pizza was delicious 🤤 , I am Ready for some more just thinking about it. Salad was good as well and the customer service was great!!!! Next time we are close well definitely be dropping in.

I've been coming here for both lunch specials and dinner, and it never disappoints. The lunch specials are amazing, great value and always fresh. The pizza is consistently tasty, crusty, and delicious, exactly what Detroit-style pizza should be. But what really makes this place stand out is the service. The staff is always friendly, but Samuel takes it to another level. He's the definition of a great server, always positive, attentive, and professional. Even when he's the only one handling the floor, he still brings top-notch service with a smile. Via 313 Pizza needs more people like Samuel. His energy and dedication make every visit even better. Overall, always a great experience every time I stop by!

Delicious pizza and a great experience! My waiter Gerardo was Awesome, his customer service and people skills were phenomenal. I told him it was my 1st time and he definitely took care of me. From recommending the hot honey to dip my pizza in, to the cinnamon sticks he surprised me with at the end of my meal - all for no charge. I ordered the.MC5 pizza, which has Mozzarella, Asiago, Romano, Provolone and Parmesan on it. I added double pepperoni as well. There was a little delay in getting my Coke refilled and the manager came over to apologize and gave me a card for a free pizza on my next visit. A simple “I’m sorry for the delay” would have done just fine - but they went above and beyond. I can’t recommend this place enough, I will definitely be back. Thanks, Gerardo and management. Oh, and the cinnamon sticks were delicious as well.

This was our first time here. Our server was more than happy to explain everything to us. She also described the difference in the two styles of crusts. All her suggestions were spot on and great. The food was hot and fresh, and we had enough time with our appetizer before she brought our pizzas. Never once felt rushed, nor did we ever had to ask for anything she was on the ball. Just feel bad that we don't recall her name!

Nothing less than an amazing experience! We were seated right away, our waitress Drea was SO helpful and kind, the pizza was excellent (Omnivore, and half pepperoni half Cadillac), and the general manager stopped by to check on us twice, the last time with a complimentary dessert. We are from out of town, but if we lived nearby we would be weekly regulars!

We had our first experience with Via 313 Pizzaria, and it was fantastic! From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by some very sweet young ladies. Our waiter, Ryan, was incredible right from the start. He’s great with kids—my nine-year-old even said he was awesome! My son picked this spot for dinner after seeing it on TikTok, and I’m so glad he did. The food was outstanding! We ordered the cheese sticks with marinara, Caesar salad, and pepperoni pizza, and everything was a perfect 10 out of 10. The GM himself brought out our cheese sticks and made us feel so welcome—such a friendly guy! Even the gentleman who delivered our pizza was incredibly nice. I highly recommend giving this place a try; you won’t regret it. We’ll definitely be back!

Definitely five stars for service because our server was very attentive and friendly. The food was good if you order the right thing. Don't waste your time with the thin crust pizza, it tastes like it came straight from the H-E-B freezer. The thick Detroit style or whatever they call it, was really good (meat lover/carnivore) though and worth a try. Be forewarned that they actually put the marinara sauce (kinda mid) on top of the pizza after it's done cooking and it's not actually under the cheese just so you know. One cheese bread appetizer (don't bother), one 4-piece Detroit and one thin crust HEB with a soda was $60 with tip. So kinda pricey...

We were there about 1:30pm, so well after any lunch rush. We stood at the host stand for a good minute, and though staff were walking through the dining room, no one came to seat us until I moved and stood in the entryway to the dining room. There were three other tables at the time (two solos, and one two top). We ordered drinks and a large garden salad to split as we were starving. The salad arrived, and the runner put it on the table and turned heel like he had something else to do. My wife went to hunt down pepper. The salad was uninspired: lettuce, some red onion, and a few pieces of carrot is what I recollect - along with way too little vinaigrette. A shake of salt helped add flavor. Our pizzas arrived and they were definitely the star of the show. Though I ordered the Omnivore and received the Carnivore, it was still good and enjoyable. It was my first experience with Detroit style, and I really enjoyed it - nice bold flavors and a great crunch on the crust. My wife's Continental was equally enjoyable - we were afraid that the super thin crust was going to be "cracker-y" but it was good. We had enough left over to bring home and we'll enjoy them again in a day or so. Service was perfectly acceptable otherwise. The music selection is very eclectic, but a nice mix if not for being a touch too loud.

This pizza never disappoints! Some of the best pizza in Texas. The staff was nice though not real attentive. Had my server been around more and or asked us if we wanted more to drink we would have gotten another drink and increased his tip. I know it's a pizza place but service is service and you shouldn't lack in service. The pizza more than made up for that. I definitely recommend the carnivore.

Pizza tastes great if you can get any sauce on it. Most of the time when I go they just skimp on the sauce I don't know if this is their trick to try to upsell you to buy extra sauce but you know a pizza place that barely puts even not even a teaspoon of sauce not even a half a teaspoon of sauce on a square a pizza I mean I don't know I don't get it why they just can't put a decent amount of sauce on a piece of pizza
