I got a latte and a bagel and they were both delicious. Great place to finish some work on the computer as well.
What a great coffee shop! Good drink selection, convenient drive through, pretty good food/snack options, and a super comfy seating area that's great for hanging out or to get some work done. I ordered the Matcha and a scone and both were great. I almost got the bagel sandwich but felt like something sweet. They warmed up the scone for me and it was great. Lots of windows upstairs and a fireplace lounge like area downstairs. Great place!
I love the ambience, the convenient location, great coffee, friendly staff, and the Impossible bagel sandwich!

Cozy atmosphere with plenty of windows and natural light in the upstairs seating area. The staff were genuinely friendly and informative when we asked about the different roasts. My partner went with their Snake River roast and I went with Columbia River roast. We also got a bagel and an avocado toast which hit the spot for a late morning snack :) Seeing other reviews complain about prices- the cost for EVERYTHING has increased everywhere- that is just the economy right now (???). We felt pricing was fair and in line here with other coffee shops.
I've gone to Big River multiple times for my coffee fix. Whether it comes to hot or cold they are always on par. I've also started trying out their Lotus energy drinks - SO many flavors and all are delicious. They also have great food selection, pastries, bagels and sandwiches! I love that they have a drive through option but also have a great aesthetic inside that's always pleasant to hang out in.
Update on 2/12: After I received the response on my post I have been back twice and both times were great. The staff was wonderful and the drinks were so good. Looking forward to going back. When I first tried Big River I really enjoyed it, the staff was friendly and the drinks were great. Unfortunately the last two times have been the complete opposite. I used the drive through both times, the first time they missed making one of the drinks I had ordered and they were very rude when I asked about it. The second time I wanted to use my free drink and again the staff was so rude, then when I left and tried the drink it was wrong. Not an enjoyable way to start the day, can’t say I’ll be going back any time soon.
This is one of the best coffee shops in the area! My friends and I love to come here for a full day of studying. The coffee is strong and always hits, the baristas give great suggestions if you're ever indecisive. I have heard the lotus is exceptional as well. The bagel sandwiches are always phenomenal! It can get a little loud in here if you come on a busy weekend morning so bring headphones. Will be coming back for many times to come!
I stop in here whenever I’m dropping my car off for maintenance at Aloha Auto nearby. I used to go wait at the nearby SBUX while repairs were being done, but years ago decided I was done with that brand, so I Googled nearby coffee shops and lo and behold, Big River Coffee was within a short walk. Boy am I glad I made the switch. Big River has great drinks, good fresh local food items, and a very cozy atmosphere. Sometimes I’m waiting for hours for my car, and I’m totally comfortable hanging out here with my laptop doing some work while I wait. The place has big windows bringing in tons of natural light, a warming fire place near the entrance, and tall ceilings with a loft level upstairs. I always sit upstairs, but there is plenty of space on both levels for individuals or small groups. A nice touch for me as a nonbinary person is that the restrooms - there are two individual bathrooms on the ground level - are both for anyone. I hate having to sort myself into the wrong hat every damn time I need to pee, and making restrooms individual and for anyone is the best way to solve this discomfort for my kind. We all have all gender bathrooms at home. Why not in the world? I love this place, my only complaint is I only have a reason to be there when my car is broken down, otherwise I would hang out there and get work done more often.

A bright, spacious spot for a great mocha I stopped in for the first time this week and was immediately struck by how spacious the place is. You’re not fighting for a table or bumping elbows at the counter—it feels open, airy, and relaxed. I ordered an iced mocha. It was exactly what I was hoping for: rich, balanced, and not overly sweet. Came out looking as good as it tasted. First impressions go a long way, and Big River Coffee nailed the two things I care about most: a really good drink and a comfortable place to enjoy it. I’ll definitely be back to explore more of the menu. Simple, solid and spacious
Coffee and matcha were both solid. Spacious interior with plenty of seating. Not the comfiest of vibes but great for large crowds. They could use more decor but a great local spot for a convenient drink!

A new coffee house opened next to the car wash I regularly use, and since I had been curious about it for a while, we decided to stop by for some gelato after lunch. The interior is long and narrow, but with high ceilings and a second floor. There are also comfortable sofa seats in the back right corner, giving it a cozy atmosphere similar to a smaller version of the Insomnia Coffee Cedar Mill location. It turned out to be more comfortable and relaxing than I expected.
Coffee is delicious, vegan impossible bagel sandwich was tasty, but the cheese wasn't completely melted and they serve it in a togo box. There is a seating area upstairs and very comfortable sitting space near a large fireplace however there are no "for here" cups or plates. With that said I spent 2 hours here. The chairs are comfortable with pretty art on the walls as it is a cozy feeling in most of the coffee shop. Their seasonal pumpkin drinks are all flavored with dried milk in them, making them non-vegan unfortunately. I appreciate the vegan food but not being able to enjoy most of the drinks is disappointing.
I have tried this place once and I wasn't disappointed. They have a drive through and it was particularly busy when I arrived. Even so, they were pretty on top of everything and everyone was quite polite. They have a parking lot and plenty of spaces for parking nearby. The building itself is quite nice, with an upstairs where you can study and chat. I tried a late and I thought it was "alright." Nothing stood out however, I do plan to go back and try different beverages. Prices of this establishment are close to what other coffee shops charge.
This coffee shop is cozy with a lot to offer! The coffee was okay, and the staff were friendly. I did love the spacious setup, especially with the two floors, there was plenty of room, and the upstairs had seating for about seven parties, making it ideal for finding a quiet corner or meeting up with friends. The drive-thru was also a huge plus, and they even offer gelato and lunch options, which is a nice bonus. Overall, it was a cozy, inviting place to get a little work done! I do wish they stayed open a bit later, as it closes a bit early (7 pm). Just a heads-up, the parking was a bit tight considering how spacious the coffee shop itself is.
The lotus drinks are pretty tasty and definitely give energy. On the other hand, do not purchase the avocado toast! I’ve given it a try twice and I regret it very much, It should be off the menu immediately if they aren’t gonna use good avocados.

they don’t carry butter for their croissant so I had to eat it dry. The sandwich was over sauce to the point where it was dripping everywhere very messy. The taste, however, was amazing. The coffee again was amazing and it was on point. They just need a few more tweaks.
We visited mid Saturday morning and we liked the coffee, service and pastries. My complaint is the noise. There are no sound deadening surfaces. The cacophony was hard to bear.

Very disappointing experience with the barista this morning. We had ordered a chai and a dirty chai along with some food. The food was fine, the dirty chai nothing to write home about but got the job done. However the chai was 1/3 foam and clearly improperly made. One of the kitchen staff was very kind in helping us with requesting the beverage be remade. However, the barista on their 2nd attempt made a less foamy chai that was as clear over steamed to the point of ruining the beverages taste completely. This place is wonderful, but it is disappointing when staff aren’t intentional with the request of their customers or meet the expectations of a paid for item.
I have wanted to like this place and have given it a try multiple times throughout the years. But each time it's the same. The service is abysmal, and the drink is so-so. But, for a change, the drink I got today was delicious - maple spice London fog. But the service, was still the same cold interactions. I really like to support local coffee shops - and make it a point to do so during my workdays. But this one just isn't hitting the mark for me, unfortunately.
Mostly a confusing experience, when we ordered our first drink she said they "didnt have it" and had to ask the other girl, even though we ordered a cold brew? Confused and concerned if you didnt have that lol mixed up our drinks and incorrectly told us which was which, so when she mentioned she forgot the caramel in the cold brew she actually put it in the latte instead, didnt realize until after we left and took our first sips. Maybe they save the good service for locals? not worth the $8 coffe
We've driven by this coffee shop many times and finally had a chance to try it out. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and the interior looked nice and cozy. Unfortunately, our Latte tasted bitter and burnt. Prices were about $1 higher than anywhere else I've seen, which I did not find justified given the product quality.

To the owner...unfortunately as of late we have had the experience where we love a place the first time we go....and then go back and it's a huge disappointment -they had to remake a drink because it had an espresso shot instead of decaf (which was for a child) but they didn't mark the decaf one at all -the frappe I had curdled because of the time waiting for the new drink -they didn't time the warm bagels with the cold drinks so they got cold by the time I got home -the wraps are pre-made and stored in the fridge Wouldn't you want to have pastries available for customers instead of a near empty case? There are way too many options for coffee in the area to have a subpar experience at these prices. -
Talk about rude and unprofessional. I was so looking forward to trying this place out. It’s really cute! HOWEVER, we arrived on a Weds. morning and the two girls behind the counter were as rude as they come. I was the one who said “Hello”. I was the one who asked, “How’s your day going?” Looked at me like I had 3 heads and they were doing me a favor. Also, do NOT order a bagel. OMG - they are like LEAD. Horrible!!

Their dark roast coffee tastes like watered down church coffee. It’s terrible and my friend agreed and does not want to come back, and items they had on the menu even the chalkboard menu which they should be able to change easily were not available. They also got my grilled cheese order wrong. It was very confusing in terms of the description. There’s nobody in this place on a Sunday, which makes me believe it will not survive sadly because the coffee is not good even though the atmosphere is nice.
