First time here....very busy Friday night. Waited about 35 minutes for our table. About an hour later there would have been no wait. Everything we ordered was delicious, well presented and served fairly quickly. The french fries were some of the best we've had: potatoes, fat, and salt, thats all....none of that disgusting seasoned coating so many places are serving now. The atmosphere is upscale industrial with very nice furnishings. Fairly loud, but reasonable. Our server was excellent- friendly, courteous, funny and efficient. Yet another dining gem in Beaverton.
Came here for the first time to take the MIL to dinner. She got a salmon orzo dish she really liked and a Caesar salad she said was delicious. I got the miso salmon with asparagus and a wedge salad. The salmon was absolutely divine. It was a 10/10 dish for me. I will absolutely be bringing any future visitors here. My only complaint is the strange lighting for evening dining. The lights are pretty dim and a harsh white color rather than a cozy warm white so it made the ambience a lil strange. But otherwise we all enjoyed our food!
We had a very good experience overall. The cuisine leans American, the service was professional and friendly, and nothing took long to arrive. My wife’s filet mignon was cooked to the requested temperature, and a team member even followed up to confirm—nice touch. The dining room is spacious, pleasantly quiet, and offers generous distance between tables, which makes for a comfortable, semi-private meal. Of the American-style spots we’ve tried in Beaverton, this is our favorite so far. What could be improved Staff checked on us at least five times. Three touch points would be perfect: a welcome at the start, a check-in mid-meal, and a final visit near the end. More than that starts to feel like a clinic appointment. Please ensure fries are made fresh and served hot alongside the entrée. Our tenderloins arrived piping hot, but the fries were only warm, suggesting they weren’t prepared at the same time. Bottom line: Tasty food, excellent hospitality, and a comfortable atmosphere—tighten up the pacing of service and fry execution, and it’s an easy five stars. And that makes you feel to come again.
Its been a while that I have been this impressed by a steak. We ordered 4 different steaks, they were cooked to perfection. Mine's was medium rare. I will be definitely coming back to this place for more.
Great hand-crafted entrees the Salmon Fish Tacos were delicious and Salmon Cesar Salad was a nice change from beef and chicken. Service friendly and just the right level of contact on a busy night. Kitchen was timely this visit, it has been s l o w at times. OG is a go-to for a no-dishes dinner ;-)
We had chicken, salmon bowl and pumpkin cheesecake. Chicken was tender, the sause was yum, Salmon bowl was top notch and the cheesecake was delicious and must try Pricey, but packs a punch 🤤 I’ll definitely come back !
It's a chill place with great food that doesn't break the bank. The happy hour menu is awesome! We love their aged Prime Ribs, and the bartenders are super friendly.
I really like this food, the waitress are very kind and lovely, I think my only complain was the reception staff. We had to wait almost 30 minutes and there were a lot of empty tables around. They have to improve this waiting time
This was a great dining experience! Absolutely top notch and appropriately priced. Our table ordered 2 Ahi Poke Bowls, a famous Fied Chicken Dinner, and a Grilled Salmon Power Bowl. We enjoyed everything and cleaned our plates. I personally amd especially enjoyed the salmon bowl. Fish was cooked to perfection, and the dressing and toppings were choice. I've only had one salad that would have compared, and that was served at the ninkasi dining room in eugene. The atmosphere was relaxed and private even though the place was very busy. The waitress was attentive, and it was a nice touch to have the doors opened for you on the way in and out.
I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and seated within five minutes. Our server, Savannah, was friendly, engaged, attentive, and kind, making our experience even more enjoyable. The wait for our food was minimal, and while I didn’t have high expectations, I was thoroughly impressed by the quality and flavor of our meals. My son, a notoriously picky eater, ordered the mac and cheese and genuinely enjoyed it—a rare win! My husband, who is particular about his prime rib, gave his meal a nod of approval. As for me, I loved the Salmon Power Bowl Salad, which Savannah recommended. It was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. The location is convenient, parking was hassle-free, and overall, the experience was fantastic. We’ll definitely be returning! If you’re in the Cedar Hills area, this spot is worth a visit.
Server: Sarah K. Date 2/1/2025 6pm. Our server was very kind and sweet 🙂 very considerate and checked in with us frequently. The sushi was a bit over priced for what you get, but you don't come here for good sushi. You come here for steak, burgers, and fish all of which are very delicious. The bar drinks and mocktails are good too. The atmosphere is slightly upscale and comfy. Even when it's busy it's pretty quiet and chill.
Awesome menu and perfectly balanced food. The texture and tastes have been intact and consistent for so long. Servers are extremely understanding of your needs and step in to help you choose your orders. A great selection of salads, burgers and sea food. Bar menu's extensive too! Weekends can be busier and ensure you have a reservation.
I would have given 5 stars however, one serving of salmon was under cooked, after sending it back, it returned under cooked again. We informed the manager and he removed it from our bill. As for the other three entree's , they were amazing. The atmosphere was great and the restaurant was very clean. Our service was outstanding.
The fries were sooooo good crispy, crunchy & saltastic mmmmmmm the bread the perfect amount of crunch. The prawn scampi was just mouth watering and the shrimp were huge. If you leave a review make sure to say your cheese was drippy. ( My mom works here to😉)
Went in for the first time for happy hour. I don't drink alchahol so I got a peach lemonade. It was a little sweet so my waiter got me club soda and it was perfect. The food came out quickly and tasted great. One of the best happy hours in Beaverton hands down. Fish tacos were delicious. Jason was kind enough to give me a box to take home. Definitely going back for a date night or with friends in the future.
Excellent food, reasonable price, service was good
It was our two year anniversary. I came in an hour early to see if I could drop off a bouqette of flowers to surprise my wife with. Of course they said yes. They set them in the back and had them ready at our table when we were seated. The service is spectacular. The food was amazing. The staff went above and beyond to make our anniversary dinner unforgettable. The best part was having many of them come by and give us their best happy wishes. Thank you!!!
I'm a steak SNOB, and I'm SUPER picky, but Oswego Grill nailed it! When you ask for medium rare, it's grilled to perfection! Beautiful food, wonderful service, and excellent quality! My trips were worth every dollar spent here. Thank you!
Came here for a birthday dinner with the family. We all had a good time and enjoyed the food. Service was friendly and attentive. They brought us out this banana split and a sweet card. A very nice touch and a good way to end our dining experience.
MUST TRY!! Everything we tried was sooooo delicious, I usually do not say "it's so good" while eating but I said it literally after every single bite. Started with great, great appetizer - ahi tuna nacho which was just perfectly delicious. Salmon was very moist and tender, prawns with bacon were also amazing, and donuts.. OMG you must try these. Service was great, and lots of space between tables.
Our first time here at Oswego Grill on Cedars Hills. Started with Spinach Artichokes dip. I had the Pear, Apple Arugula salad with grilled chicken. The salad was very light and refreshing. The arugula gives it a unique taste and twist to the salad. My husband had the Pacific Cod Fish Tacos. Very impressed with this restaurant! The two gentlemen waiters were very interpersonal, nice and welcoming. We'll be back. Thanks guys! :)
The atmosphere was good.the service was awesome. They were a bit packed so we ate at bar. Our food was good ,drinks were good .
First visit - we caught a late post-movie supper. Service was friendly, food was excellent and portions generous. Shrimp in the jambalaya was especially good - fresh, juicy, cooked just right. One note on seating - we took a two-top booth right by the front door, and whoever gets the seat facing said door should wear a sweater, as that seat is right in the path of the Cool Evening Breeze[TM]. Overall, though, very good supper and pleasant surroundings.
Great happy hour lots of items both food and drink. Tried the lettuce wraps chicken tenders. Quesadilla and steak. All were very good and nice portion too. You have to be in the bar or patio to take advantage of the happy hour prices
This restaurant is amazing. When I visit Beaverton I refuse to eat anywhere else for lunch or dinner. Today Madi took really good care of me. My soda water never went empty. My food was prompt, she offered great recommendations and was just overall very pleasant. The manager (Isabella I believe) also came to see if I needed anything. Love this place so much
I had such a great experience at Oswego Grill in Beaverton! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. I ordered the Fried Chicken Dinner, and it was absolutely incredible - perfectly crispy on the outside, tender and juicy inside, and the sides complemented it perfectly. You can really tell they care about quality and presentation here. Everything came out hot and fresh, and the portions were generous too. Whether you're going for a casual dinner or a nice night out, Oswego Grill delivers every time. Highly recommend!
Stopped in this location for the 1st time. Was amazing! Savanna was our waitress and she was fabulous. Our food was perfect, dessert was perfect. Hoping to make this a routine date night! We also made our reservation the day before for 2. Got right in.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely incredible experience at Oswego Grill (Beaverton, OR)! From the moment we walked in, the service was top-notch — warm, friendly, and attentive without ever feeling rushed. Every staff member we interacted with truly cared that we had a great dining experience. And the food? Out of this world. Everything came out perfectly cooked and beautifully plated. You can tell the chefs take real pride in their work — fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and the kind of presentation that makes you stop for a second before digging in. If you’re looking for a place that hits all the marks — amazing food, excellent service, and a cozy upscale atmosphere — this is it. Whether it’s date night, family dinner, or a special occasion, Oswego Grill delivers every single time. Highly recommend it — this spot deserves all the love it can get! 💯🔥
Our absolute top choice for a quality meal with a superb staff with seasonal menu options! From birthdays, anniversaries and late night bite meals in the bar to catch a game, we have absolutely enjoyed every bite and every experience. When our wellness center guests ask us where to get a meal locally that they will enjoy, we tell them to come here to this Oswego Grill! There are of course certain servers that truly stand out, like Adam and Juan, but everyone we've dealt with has been very pleasant and personable. Best local steakhouse with fun favorites and seasonal options using local and quality ingredients. They are always happy to accommodate menu item modifications, which is great. Highly recommend!
I hosted a Happy Hour gathering with 11 of the women in my Meetup group, Vibrant Women’s Community. Our server, Justin, was attentive to all out needs and a great server! Their Happy Hour menu is one of the best around!
Been here twice so far and I love it! First time Had fish tacos yum! Second time the Cobb salad yummmmmmm! What should I have next?
This place is absolutely fantabulous. The person who checked us in, Cassidy, was so polite and kind and made me feel like a million bucks walking in the door., Our server, Savannah, was absolutely amazing giving me different alternatives and suggestions when I didn't know what I wanted to eat. She is a real queen. Even the food runners were excellent and kind and courteous. Our food runner, Julia, was so on top of it and was really a five-star service all around thank you to everybody who made our late Valentine's Day possible.
We visited about a month ago to celebrate a milestone in my career. Savannah was our server and she was AMAZING. She was so friendly and went above and beyond to acknowledge my accomplishment. They brought me a card signed by the staff and a really pretty dessert. They better hang on to her! In general the food was amazing and the ambiance was great. We didn't have to wait too long for a table. All in all would go back and recommend to a friend.
Our 8-year-old son loved the waitress. They were nice and responsive. We are both vegetarians, but we were able to get impossible burgers. Would not suggest for vegans, but the food was good. They made my wife's steak correctly the first time. Take notes, Kenny. My wife didn't like her off-menu drink, but was able to send it back and get something more to her liking. They comped a dessert for my wife and gave her a card signed by the crew due to it being her birthday. We will be coming back again.
Our second time there, we went to celebrate my birthday, the pear and walnut salad was delicious! the ahi tuna my spouse had was probably the best version we have tried so far. It was perfection! the Parmesan sole and the jambalaya were incredibly good as well. Adam, our server was kind, professional and attentive, the very nice touch that he, and the rest of the staff had was writing a birthday card for me. That was above and beyond and it makes me want to come back and try the rest of their menu. My only suggestion is to improve the lighting inside, unless you are sitting next to a window, in my opinion, the lighting can be improved.
We went for happy hour and everyone was so nice! The host, the manager who came to check on us and Clara, our waitress, gave us the best service. Clara was so friendly and very quick to get us anything we needed. She was truly one of the best waitresses. The food was also fantastic and came out of the kitchen really fast. I will definitely be coming back!
Sarah was absolutely incredible. From the moment we sat down, she took care of everything, helping us with food and drink orders, giving honest recommendations, and making sure we got exactly what we wanted. You just don’t get service like hers anymore. She made us feel completely at home and genuinely turned us into regulars. We’ll definitely be back because of her.
I've been here several times and it's always a good experience. I had dinner with my partner last Saturday. We ordered the crispy brussels sprouts to share. It was cooked perfectly and the dipping sauce was a nice touch. I got the jambalaya for entree which was still as good as I remembered. Our server was very friendly but forgot to refill my water. I ended up asking another lady to get it. It looked like some servers needed to be careful when they walked; They were walking a bit too fast. The place was pretty clean, and I didn't see any flies. Highly recommended!
Recently celebrated my mom’s 85th birthday at the Oswego Grill in Beaverton. We have been to the Lake Oswego location many times over the years. It’s one of my mom’s favorites. The Beaverton location delivered the same great food and service. Enjoyed our dinner and the desert they gave my mom was really nice plus a birthday card signed by everyone. Thanks for making our night nice for my mom.
My last experience here was my best. Food seems to have improved and was very delicate and deliberate. I could see the attention to detail in the dishes and taste it in the flavor of my dishes! I have always loved the atmosphere, and the service was a bit rushed but still attentive. I'm satisfied and I'll certainly be back. I'm excited to hit their happy hour (3-6pm AND 9pm-close). They have an outdoor area with a big screen TV that looks great for summer! And, they're open later than many other sit-down establishments are!
I absolutely love all their salmon bowls. They have three varieties. Always good. This place was so busy that our server didn't have time to get to us very often. Not his fault, but they could hire more servers. The fish and chips was not good. Over processed fish fillets that tasted like fish sticks. Wouldn't get that again. However I loved their coleslaw. Some people would probably find it too mayo-heavy but I really liked it.
We have been here many times, but today was our first experience with the Happy Hour. We enjoyed glasses of wine and a cocktail🍸 while indulging in the Seafood Chowder (today's soup), Cheeseburger, Calamari, and California roll.🤤 The soup was full of ingredients, the calamari was very tender, and the volume of the burger, which I thought would be small because it was happy hour, was normally large. All the dishes were sooo delicious. However, my husband didn't seem to be fond of the Happy Hour Featured Wine."🍷😅
We were here for supper on a Monday evening and had a rather uneven experience. Our server vanished for quite a while, which was a shame as my husband and sister-in-law would have liked to order more drinks. The food itself ranged from okay to extraordinary. The fries and Brussels sprouts appetizers were great. I had the grilled salmon harvest bowl, which was an amazing mix of textures and flavors. I would eat that again in a heartbeat. However, my husband and sister-in-law had the wild king salmon, and found it just okay. Not bad, but not a wow.
I am visiting Oregon for the first time, from the East Coast. I googled restaurants in the Beaverton area and chose Oswego Grill. The host was friendly and pleasant and greeted us immediately. With no reservation on a Monday evening at peak dinner time the wait was about 30 minutes. Booth seating was at the entrance to the kitchen so I could not appreciate the entire restaurant atmosphere. My Chai Whiskey Sour was good, but I missed having my bourbon cherry garnish....they ran out. The Calamari and Brussel Sprout appetizers were prepared well along with the Wedge Salad. The Oswego Fried Chicken entree was quite delicious! A perfectly seasoned, crispy fillet chicken breast, mashed potatoes and a healthy serving of coleslaw. The Fish and Chips and Braised Short Rib entrees were enjoyed as well. The Appetizer and Entree portions were generous and easily shareable. Our server AJ was pleasant and friendly. Overall, a very good dinner experience. I would definitely visit again.
I was unpleasantly surprised. The staff was amazing. Our hostess seated us promptly and courteously. Our waiter was very helpful and answered all of our questions. The atmosphere was on point. It was the food....I ordered a burger cooked medium well. It was awful. Tasteless. Cooked to medium rare. I ordered a California sushi roll to start. It tasted like the stuff I get at Safeway. Not bad but not restaurant quality. My drink was also odd. It had great flavor and was well made. It's just that there was hardly any there. Most of the glass was taken up by an ice cube. Spill some in the glass next time. My wife liked her ribs and her drink so 2 stars for the food. Just a one-off for me I guess.
The food was okayish, nothing really to write home about. We got the calamari, ribs and fish tacos. Slightly disappointing specially with all the hype about this place. The service was fine, and decor of the place was chic.
Walking in, I was taken by the strong smell of seafood everywhere. Maybe some people like it. Not my jam though! We ordered a salad, a burger and some chicken tenders from the kid menu. All of it was decent. Nothing I would be craving for though. The cocktail I got was probably the booziest one I have had ever-- that's something to write about!
Dry mashed potatoes and horrible gravy Chicken 🐔 good! Waitress acted in a hurry all the time, no patience May come back???
Service was super slow. Artichoke spinach dip was good . We had a new York strip , and a bbq burger . Steak was tough and tasteless , potatoes were basic , mushrooms were tasteless to the point of gross. Burger was ok at best . All in all for the money a total rip off. Food and service are sub par here save your money and go somewhere better not to mention prices are much higher then we thought they would be as well
Terrible entry way, hardly any space to sit & wait, showed up 20 minutes before our reservation & they said that we would have to wait until closer to our reservation (plenty of open seating, could see 10 tables empty just in the imitiate area). The lighting is very poor inside. Nowhere on the menu did it list what types of drinks they offer or how much they are. Nobody gave us any silverware or glasses of water when we first got to our seat (or anytime after). It took over 6 minutes to get a straw. I ordered a Shirley temple & the spicy mac & cheese. The Shirley temple tasted watered down, hardly any grenadine but yet the drink was bright red? The spicy mac & cheese was not good. The cheese was not good and it tasted like they put some cheap stuff on top to give it a more cheesy pull effect. The random greens they put on top completely throw off the dish, the bread really didn't make any sense. In my opinion it wasn't on the spicy side. The only good thing about this place is that they have a coat hanger on the side of booth seating. The gravy with the chicken & mashed potatoes almost looks like a wax melt & it HARDLY comes with any gravy at all. The chips that came with the Artichoke Dip seemed stale.
