Let me start off with the staff is very helpful. The prices are also fair . We got breakfast and coffee. Everything was good with the exception of the French toast. It reminded me of Stone Hedge , in looks and perhaps in taste. (tuff and old ) . Could have been a one off . We will come back again. Happy New Year's.

Busy line for drive through okay food friendly staff price went up expensive now over 15 for a jumbo jack combo crazy not worth eating out anymore

Late night fast food doesn't get much better than this. I usually get the double Jack combo with a couple of tacos (extra hot sauce). Oh and you can't forget the curly fries with ranch!

The workers are very friendly and the food is always good. They always get the order right and are very helpful. I ran out of gas in the drive thru and one of them helped me push my car to the side which was great cause it's a big car. The atmosphere is nice and usually pretty clean.

food is great, the employees are friendly, I've yet to see any mistakes on my orders after 6 total visits. will go back. building is very small and it's a bit difficult to get in or out of the parking lot on a busy day.

I asked for Garden salad with grilled chicken they gave me Salad with chicken strips in the oil,I already ordered chicken strips separately why should I order salad with chicken strips...???I called and the lady hispanic speaking can't even understand what I am telling her...I asked are you giving whatever you have or you just don't have whatever customers ask??? Drive thru lady kept upgrading my order to a combo without my asking. After all was said and done I never got a straw for my beverage. Food was also particularly mediocre, like worse than other Jack in the Box locations

My experience here was terrible!! The manager in the drive thru on 5/28-23 at around 1230 pm was horrible, first off in the drive thru he had an attitude, then when I pull up to the window he had hickies all over his neck, he didn’t even say the price, he just took my card, then he handed me my so called strawberry shake. And when it came back as white as vanilla he argued with me that it was strawberry. This is my favorite shake and usually is pink, this shake was white, and a mess he didn’t even bother to clean it up, mind u, they were not busy at all, seems he has a bad day and was taking it out on customers.. as I said can u make it over please. He said whatever bro!!! So I went inside to ask to speak to his supervisor which he said come back tomorrow when I don’t have an attitude… laughed in my face, and said bye bye. This is the worse treatment I have even encountered, I will not be back ever..I am disgusted how he became a manager at all. He said he was David, but the receipt says Romero.. skinny guy with hickies so unprofessional .. shake wasn’t even full when he supposedly re made it

McDonald’s is better! Never again. If you want a real burger, just go to Five Guys. It’s not just the food—the toilet paper is super low quality too. Like, seriously… think about that.

You always have to check your order. Today I asked for extra pickles and the sandwich had no pickles! Argh. Discovered this when I was already home. :( --- The manager at this location is horrible. She usually works the drive through register in a pinkish shirt and grey mask. She never provides condiments and then walks away to the registers for dine in orders. You have to yell "hello!" and honk your horn to try to get her attention but she'll still ignore you. You just have to wait until someone else working there hears you to help. So annoying and rude.

I recommend not coming here David from the drive through today 04/13/2023 started telling my brother off and my brother is disabled, David yelled at my brother told him he’s by himself and to relax and closed the drive through window on my brother and he even criticize the way we paid “ but it’s OK for David to complain to us he was working alone” and he wanted us to be understanding but David has a horrible attitude so I give him no stars cause he’s horrible he shouldn’t work in that type of field if he has a bad attitude it looks like he hates his job and his life and us as customers we don’t need to take it it’s not the first time it’s happened in the store so I recommend not coming to the store. Management should not put David in drive through and management needs to put more employees working in this location and “David also mentioned he didn’t care if I complained “ so here is my complaint if I can give this place 0 star I would.

Ordered a double jack ketchup only, they gave me one with everything on it which is ok, it’s a mistake but when I asked them to fix it instead of remaking it they just took off the patty that had all the stuff on it and didn’t give me a new one, so I paid full price of a double for a single burger.
