I love it!! Until I'm done then I hate it. Wendy's I wish your shakes did not pull my stomach into my throat when I try to take a drink. Love the taste, hate the spoon. To the kids that work there. It must be Hell severing inpatient never on time A-whole customers. Remember it's making you stronger and better. Hang on and you will get there. Remember not to become what you hate. World is yours

The pretzel bacon pub chicken sandwich is back better than ever. First one in a long time and I enjoyed with a diet coke. Restaurant was clean with friendly staff. Thank you.

Great food here!! I had the Dave's double burger combo for only $5.00 with a coupon. I haven't had a burger this good in a long time. The meat is fresh and has a great taste to it, the cheese is gooey and plenty of it on the meat. I give this combo an A++++! I highly recommend this burger at Wendy's, I promise you will not be disappointed!

Food is great but I go more often late evening for coffee and a Jr. Frosty. I guess they've changed the coffee blend with the introduction of breakfast items. Sadly, the coffee is now flavorless, where it was robust full-flavor, yet not too strong or bitter. Cups are a bit smaller, and it wasn't very hot. I may try one more time but if it's the same, I'll be looking elsewhere for my evening snack.

We both had the new bacon cheese sause burger, single was big enough. Also the fries and chili, everything was delicious, we enjoyed it very much. They do have a double and triple of the same burger but you better be really hungry as I said for us the single was a good size just right for us.

Never been to Wendy's before. I heard their chili is awesome from several people. It did not disappoint. Lots of beans and large chunks of meat. I added the onions and cheese at no charge. It came with 2 packages of crackers.

Wendy's spent a billion dollars on breakfast and mailed out some coupons so why not give it a try? The food came out hot and the quality is solid. #teambreakfastbaconator for me. The seasoned potatoes were hot, crispy and seasoned well. You cant have high expectations for fast food breakfast: It's greasy, tastes good drowned in ketchup and will help you recover from last night's $100 bar tab.

Eat here a lot for lunch. Convenient location, fast service at the counter and the drive through. The $5.00 Biggie meal gives a lot for the money and for $2.00 you can get a frosty key chain for a mini frosty good for all of next year and the rest of this year. Nice meal for $5.00!

A Pretty good Wendy's. The food was fresh, hot, and tasty and the associates were knowledgeable. Minus 1 star as the bathroom wasn't very clean, but it's a Wendy's. Still a good place to get a tasty burger.

the lobby is a comfortable size with a good view of the busy street. i was able to walk right up to the counter and receive good fast service. the front counter worker was nice and made sure that i got my food quickly. the food was hot and correct as i specified it to be. the drive thru was very busy which is why i went inside

Overall, the food itself is decent for the price/cost. There are superior options for chicken sandwiches, but Wendy's is on the list. The customer service associates are friendly and will help you with your order. There is plenty of parking at this location.

The food is almost always good here. Why it gets a lower rating is because the soda machine inside isn't always stocked. I enjoy the Minute Maid Light strawberry and other flavors but they run out and don't have the replacement. It's disappointing because sometimes I go in there just for the drink and I cannot get what I want.

The food was fine, not particularly good, but not bad. The Spicy Chicken Sandwich isn't good at all, except for the bread. The Spicy Nuggets are not spicy in the slightest. They were peppery at best. The burgers are okay. Maybe a step above McDonald's, which is all you could really ask for at a fast food restaurant. I wasn't really too satisfied with the experience. The interior seemed pretty dated. Positives: They have one of those custom coke machines. The food was made quickly and accurately.

Went to get the Krabby Patty meal and they guy didn't even mix the frosty. It was just ice cream and a layer of syrup floating on top. Not even a frosty, I could've made it better at home like what. Food was alright, nothing really to write home about; but waaaaay overpriced for the quality and service

My app didn't work I was buying lunch for the work crew and the bill was like 80 or so and was told to go thru customer service.. I sent a message to customer service they said sorry buy I needed to start a new account.. I will go else where when I buy for a large group in future the benefits of the app would have been nice so offer from customer service to credit my account etc .. next

This place needs a serious management upgrade. I've noticed other places drive throughs making an effort to be friendly, not these guys. They ask you short questions they don't say thank you, no personality, very dry very cold like the order takers are having a bad day or something. I have experienced this on two separate occasions so it's an ongoing thing. Also the window person asks me if I need a receipt. The only reason they ask that is when they're pocketing money you should always get a receipt they shouldn't ask that.

Well I ordered a baked potato. When I got home I looked at it. It looked like it was 4 days old. The skin was turning colors and the meat of the potato was not the color it should of been. We took it back. The manager, who didn't seem to care didn't react to us or apologize. Odd he simply asked if we wanted another one. If your manager doesn't care of course food will suffer,.the time before that I ordered a natural lemonade. It was RANCID and again no one really cared. I will never go back. folks look at your food before you put it in your mouth!!! Not going back. So sorry I expected more.

Horrible service. The manager Alexis shouldn't be a manager. No customer service at all. Horrible body language and completely rude. The restaurant was a complete disaster. Trash everywhere. Messed up my order and tried to tell me I ordered wrong when he was the one who read the ticket wrong. I use to run the Wendy's in Pico Rivera and its not that hard. From one restaurant manager to another...big disappointment...a lady asked to have a table cleaned cause they were all dirty, he had her wait, so she offered to clean her own table. Not okay, this place needs to get their act together.

Do not go to this Wendy's. The food is horrible. The salad had brown pieces of lettuce in it, just a small amount of chicken and brown avocados. Our baked potatoe was cold and it didn't have sour cream. It was horrible. Very disappointed and a waste of money.

Super disappointing. I knew from the moment I pulled up that my food was not going to be good. For starters, your restaurant doesn't close until 1am. I arrived at 12:30 and all of the lights were off. I sat in at the drive thru speaker box for a few moments and was about to drive off until I heard a voice from the speaker box. I was surprised anyone was there since your menu was off, the store lights were all out, everything was pitch black when I showed up. Couldn't even see the menu. I ordered the baconator combo with fries well done. Just an FYI, fries well done is typically time and a half. Dunking the fries in the fryer for a few second doesn't qualify. I got old soggy fries that were just dunked back in the oil (I can see you doing so from the drive thru window) and my burger was old. Like that meat belongs in the chili you guys make the next day using the old burger meat. I couldn't even finish, my burger was so chewy and old. Not to mention the hottest part of the sandwich was the bread that you just toasted. Bacon was cold and the cheese wasn't even melted. I totally understand like those last minute customers that show up right before you close, I was there only thirty minutes before that. All it would have taken was a little bit more time to make me some fries and cook some meat, but since you chose speed over quality, you can get rid of me quickly in the drive thru but you can't get rid of this review.

Adventures in the Land of Petty Racism: Visited the La Habra Wendy’s to pick up a quick order of food before a movie. We clarified the order via speaker and once parked, soon realized the order was wrong. We drove back thinking it would be a quick change. The attendant then told us we told her the wrong order, snatched the bag away, and then when we asked for her name and for the manager told us “not to worry about it.” She then instructed the two other attendants to not tell us her name (in Spanish) and hid near the cooking area even as we very calmly asked for her information. Would not recommend this place and will not be returning. I know it’s just a Wendy’s but I can’t believe the cowardly rudeness we experienced.

No wifi ( even thou on the wedsite and door it states free wifi ) I asked the employee he states no we don't have it I stated there a big Sticker on the door next to the hours that states wifi another employee said we had to turn it off people would leave haha there always here. We even cover up 2 of the outlets so people would stop changing up there phones I said it seem you don't want people in the lobby/ in the store that ridiculous Starbucks, jack n box, tocabell and in n out even target all have wifi and most have plugs and wifi for Customers. It's 2022 One the employee said we get enough people in drive though we don't need more always here. I believe I never eat there again they don't care or want people in there super clean lobby only drive though

This is my frist time ordering food at a Wendy's because my husband and i had a free small frosty. We put our order in with the free frosty codes and went. When we pulled up the the person at the window seemed annoyed and keeping sighing as we were an inconvenience to them. I let it go since i know fast food can be rough some days but then he proceed to tell us there was no frosty point and done, no sorry didnt apologize and went straight to gave us a substitute personally i would had perfered if I was given a vouch for another free frosty for another day since that was the reason we went. He proceeded to sigh loudly due to i guess took too long to accept the stubition. I would had been more understanding to the attitude if there was a line behind but we were literally the only car in the drive thru and store. we left with our food and stubitions feeling confused and angry. As a frist impression to just a WENDY'S chain this was the worst experience to any fast food chain I had in general. Very unprofessional and very sad to see that management see this type of behavior to be accepted towards frist time coustmers.

Get to the drive through and the guy was super rude taking my order. Ordered a baconator that's supposed to have 6 strips of bacon and it has 2 broken in half. The quality of this Wendy's has really gone down over the years.

Used a promo to order a free frosty and decided to get a combo in addition just to make it worth the go. I arrived to pick up my mobile order as I pull up to the window they inform me that frostys are unavailable. That was the entire reason for the order in the first place, they offered a small soda or a cookie as a substitute. I am out my free promo frosty and got a subpar substitution for my inconvenience. I would of appreciated a voucher for a frosty to come back a different day. Night management was not helpful and seemed to be too bothered to even try to be a little understanding about the inconvenience. He was very disinterested in trying to remedy the issue for both of my orders and the vouchers we used. Very unapologetic staff and seemed too annoyed to deal with us. We were the only people there the drive through and store was empty. Food tasted horrific for a tiny 10 dollar excuse for a burger, couldn't get more than 1 bite out of it before spittingit out. I want a full refund of both my order, horrible experience would never recommend it. Now I know why I avoided going to Wendy's will not be going again, only to get my full refund. Do not eat here.

Food was nasty as the customer service. Employees are all Unprofessional coming to the window with a hoodie on without a name badge. Refused to give me another dressing for my salad and wanted to change me 25 cent. When i got home and opened it the chicken had a smell and the salad was old to where the cranberrys was melted into the old apples.

I went to the drive thru for dinner. The baconator had 1 piece of bacon and to be quite honest the burger had no flavor. It was tasteless and almost stale. The baconator was the whole reason we went in the first place! My boyfriend has been getting that burger for years (at other Wendy's) and this was by far the worst one he has ever had. He has had much better burgers from the dollar menu at McDonalds. The chicken bacon pretzel sandwich I got had 1 piece of bacon on it and I was highly disappointed too. Also my son's baked potato was hard and it seemed old. Unfortunately we will not be returning, which sucks because this is so close to where we live.

I noticed after applying my sauce that there’s no avocado in my southwest avocado salad. If there was a shortage then please say something. Normally I never ever leave a review but the customer service was so bad two women were so rude and I had minimal conversation with them both. I’m never coming back there just because of the extremely poor customer service. And that sucks since it’s my go to spot.

There's a specific guy that works who acts like he hates it there and always gives attitude. I've tried to give them a pass but it's unreal how angry and rude this guy is. Im definitely done with this location. I've heard them talking crap about customers but just tried to ignore it.... it's just not easy to look past anymore

Every single time we have gone to this location something is forgotten. The last time I called and spoke with a gentleman and explained I was missing an entire combo meal with a baked potato upgrade and asked to be refunded only on that item I was told I would have to return the item in order to receive the refund. I’m not sure how I’m supposed to return an item I didn’t receive???? This was also after having to call the store for several hours before anyone even answered the phone. I was finally rudely told to just bring the receipt and I’d get a refund. The funniest part of the situation was that I had asked him didn’t you guys notice you had an extra chili cheese baked potato sitting in the pass bar? He did in fact notice it, I suppose that’s what I had to return to get my refund. Never again, employees are extremely rude including management.

I rarely put reviews out to places. But when you have the worst customer service experiment through drive-through, it definitely does seem right to put one. Especially when there are so many customers coming at different hours of the day. I was rushed to look at the menu. I only said one item and was given my total. As soon as I got to the window I was just given my total very rudely. I honestly will travel further next time to another Wendy’s then to come here again and be mistreated. If they’re that upset about their job they shouldn’t be working there at all!

I was finally rudely told to just bring the receipt and I’d get a refund. The funniest part of the situation was that I had asked him didn’t you guys notice you had an extra chili cheese baked potato sitting in the pass bar? He did in fact notice it, I suppose that’s what I had to return to get my refund. Never again, employees are extremely rude including management.

I rarely put reviews out to places. But when you have the worst customer service experiment through drive-through, it definitely does seem right to put one. Especially when there are so many customers coming at different hours of the day. I was rushed to look at the menu. I only said one item and was given my total. As soon as I got to the window I was just given my total very rudely. I honestly will travel further next time to another Wendy’s then to come here again and be mistreated. If they’re that upset about their job they shouldn’t be working there at all!

This is my frist time ordering food at a Wendy's because my husband and i had a free small frosty. We put our order in with the free frosty codes and went. When we pulled up the the person at the window seemed annoyed and keeping sighing as we were an inconvenience to them. I let it go since i know fast food can be rough some days but then he proceed to tell us there was no frosty point and done, no sorry didnt apologize and went straight to gave us a substitute personally i would had perfered if I was given a vouch for another free frosty for another day since that was the reason we went. He proceeded to sigh loudly due to i guess took too long to accept the stubition. I would had been more understanding to the attitude if there was a line behind but we were literally the only car in the drive thru and store. we left with our food and stubitions feeling confused and angry. As a frist impression to just a WENDY'S chain this was the worst experience to any fast food chain I had in general. Very unprofessional and very sad to see that management see this type of behavior to be accepted towards frist time coustmers.
