Echt een mooie schone Starbucks locatie had zelf een heerlijke frappocino met caramel was erg lekker. Bediening was ook super aardig.

Mooi , schoon restaurant met natuurlijke heerlijke koffie maar ook met lekkere broodjes. Ideaal voor een korte Tussenstop direct aan een doorgaande weg met volop parkeergelegenheid

Me encantó, mi papá y yo justo pasamos a tomar café ahí u dejo la cartera y dos horas después nos dimos cuenta y mandamos a alguien y los muchachos que atendían la tenían ahí guardada. 10/10 al servicio🥰

No hay mucha deferencia a los otros Starbucks del país, solo que si es muy útil pasar para tomarte algo y refrescarte mientras descansas ya que el punto cuenta con aire acondicionado y buenas sillas para tomarte un café después de un largo viaje.

He venido a trabajar unas horas desde el segundo piso y el lugar ¡está perfecto para eso!. Además de un servicio y orientación muy amable por parte de los baristas

Me gustaría poder darle más estrellas a este starbucks, estuve en uno en san José hoy y pensé que todos los starbucks serían iguales, pero no, starbucks Herradura tienen excelente aire acondicionado, un servicio increíblemente eficiente , mi café favorito lo preparan super bien, y a la primera!, las recomendaciones del staff son siempre una maravilla, la comida tiene siempre la temperatura perfecta. Amo este Starbucks.

Las personas que nos atendieron, a pesar que eran ya las 9:58pm nos atendiendo excelente y fueron muy amables. Agradecidos con ellos porque manejamos por varias horas sin parar y necesitábamos comer algo para continuar y aun siendo tan tarde nos atendieron muy bien.

El servicio en esta sede es el mejor que he encontrado en el pais, super serviciales, alegres, con ganas de hacer la diferencia. Recomiendo visitar esta sede si están de camino para la playa.

Exc atención he recibido en la tienda de Herradura por parte de Kevin, el cajero. Muy atento en cuanto al producto que ordené, casi me lo dan con cafeína cuando yo lo pido *siempre* descafeinado......exc servicio al cliente por parte de este colaborador que cuida a cada cliente, me hizo sentir especial y claro q volveré, un 100 para este muchacho 🥳☕️✅️

I visited this Starbucks twice on my way to Quepos and was really impressed! Coming from the U.S., I wasn’t expecting such a stunning two-story building with beautiful architecture. The space is well-designed, inviting, and a great spot to relax. The baristas were incredibly kind, professional, and bilingual, making the experience even better. My coffee was excellent both times, and the service was fast and friendly. It’s great to see Starbucks expanding outside the GAM with such a well-run location. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

Si piensan pasar para una reunión de trabajo o coworking no lo recomiendo ya que la música está alta en todos los espacios lo que imposibilita las reuniones o la concentración. El mocha estaba bueno, pero tuve que salir al parqueo para continuar con la reunión de trabajo.

De todos los starbucks que he consumido en el mundo, nunca me habían preparado un café tan malo ! No tenía ni sabor a café ni azucar, el baño estaba sucio

While driving and in need of a good cup of coffee, we stopped here as it is familiar, and we expected to get a simple cup of dark roast coffee with cream. The order was made in Spanish as cafe con Leche and we received a latte. We asked a 2nd time for coffee with cream, this time in English and Spanish, and they did not have any fresh coffee made. It took 3 requests to get coffee with cream. However, in the end, they served us espresso with cream as we didn't want to wait for a fresh pot of coffee to brew. While I understand this is Starbucks in Costa Rica and we don't expect exactly the same service as a Canada location, getting a cup of brewed coffee here should not be so difficult. It's a coffee shop!;-) I was also disappointed not to be able to use the app for payment, but this may be something yet to come.

I think this is the only Starbucks bathroom I have ever been in that goes dark if you don't move continuously. The Wifi name is Starbucks Lover which is not standard and I am pretty sure breaks policy and it was slow, like 1990 dial up slow. The staff were inattentive and did not greet me or anyone else as we entered. The Americano that I ordered was extremely expensive and quite frankly not that great.

Pésimo servicio, nunca lograron hacer un buen café, parece mentira. El personal ocupando las mesas de los clientes, y en un escándalo en comentarios personales. Jamas pensé encontrar una así. Soy cliente muy frecuente de los negocios de Alajuela y San José, pero este FATAL.

**Do not stop here*** My computer (2024 MacBook Pro) was stolen from the car when I walked in side the Starbucks 3 mins for a quick #1 bathroom break. There was a (spotter) girl oddly watching didn’t feel right when walking inside. Came back to my car and gone… I made sure doors were locked. Thief’s must of intercepted my signal when locking the car. See where the Mac book is now…

The drinks here were disgusting. My order was a caramel Frappuccino and I was highly disappointed. Please save your money and buy coffee to make at home.
