Love this location. My food is almost never wrong. They tend to get pretty busy but it's in n out so what do you expect. So the few times they get it wrong I understand. It still tastes good 🤷‍♀️

I'll admit I'm not a huge fan of In-N-Out but when I'm starving after my 10-hour shift it's light enough to keep me going and hit the burger craving spot they usually don't get my order wrong but once in a while they do.

The lines were around the block. I have never seen anything like it. I am from Michigan. I was shocked how fast and efficient your establishment was. Not to mention the accuracy of our order and the friendliness of your crew 10 stars!!!

This is one of those places that although always has really long lines, is usually always worth the wait. Staff are friendly and helpful. And the fact that it's conveniently located by my favorite coffee spot makes it even better.

Best quality and very affordable. Somehow people think it's expensive when in reality, some McDonald's combos are more expensive then all the combos at In-n-Out. Also the service is amazing and they never disappoint. Will definitely be eating here again.

In N Out usually always has good service but this location has been the best so far. Lines might be long but the team dedicates their time to get you the order you asked for even with enormous lines.

This location is particularly convenient for it's location right off the 10 freeway. As most In-N-Outs, lines can get pretty long and parking is limited, but the location is "bigger" than most, so wait times are less than what you'd expect from an In N Out at lunch/dinner time. I've also found that 9/10 the food is fresher than most surrounding locations (no burnt bread/patties or greasy fries). They also do a good job preparing my protein burger (big, fresh, crunchy lettuce pieces instead of small ones that crumble and make it difficult to hold pattie in place). The staff has always been courteous, so it's my preferred location. Ps. Since the times call for budgeting, I also like that there is a McDonald's across the street where I can buy drinks for less :)

In-N-Out is always great. It is very rare when they mess up. Every time I go staff is always cheerful and on it. The only bad thing about this place is you have to go early because the line gets ridiculous. I always get scared someone is going to hit me from behind when the line is on the street.

Simple burgers and the best burgers!! You don't need too much too make food taste food. And in and out burgers are the best proof of that. They make simple burgers, without crazy things on the side, that just taste amazing. And sometime it is all you need. I have always loved the burgers from the, and I don't think that there are many fast food places that you are not getting sick of the over the years. In and out is one of the rare places, that I enjoy eating today. 3 Burgers, fries and NO coke for me. Simple and delicious.

I wish they would get a vegan patty burger. Carl's junior has an awesome one! I'm not saying change the menu. I'm saying add to it with the needs of people in changing times. Still a good veggie burger with no patty but the vegetables are always fresh, the staff is always friendly. The fries are tasty. I love that have Coke. I'm a Coke person not a Pepsi one. I always have a good experience.

Who doesn't like in-n-out? A so cal staple. Even if the line seems long, no worries...they usually get you through it pretty darn fast. Don't forget you can get grilled onions, protein wraps, animal style, or any combination of customized creations. They even make grilled cheese sandwiches if you need to, I admit I get grilled cheese onion sandwiches from time to time. I also like to get mixed flavored shakes, which really are more like soft serve ice cream in a cup....if you are going to eat in your car ask for a tray and placemats.

Don't know how the workers do it in such a small place but holy hell kuddos to them and I hope they get paid well to do it. Lines are always long for driving but easier to order in person. Never had a bad experience and love how late its open.

Love it!!!! There is not much I can say about in and out that somebody already has not said. I love the flavor the service and the simple menu they have i think that's my favorite thing the menu and prices. The workers here are really friendly and work really hard and organized did I mention fast. They always have given me great service.

This In-N-Out is as excellent as any of the others I have been too. The service is fast even when the drive-thru is backed up into the street. You can get food to go here or you can eat it in the very nice covered patio area they have. I definitely recommended if you are in the area to stop by and get a bite to eat you won't regret it.

When you go out to eat and you find a friendly face taking your order it makes a difference. The food just tastes better. This last time the burgers were amazing and I believe it was because of the people who work at this place.

It is the last true hamburger amongst the rest. Outstanding flavor every single time. Kudos to all that work in such a small area and still have an awesome personality. We enjoy going in both the restaurants and the drive through.

This is my go-to spot for In-N-Out. They're fast, accurate, and courteous. Due to the type drive-thru type of restaurant, it can get backed up during the dinner hours on the weekends. You might have to wait around 20-30 minutes. Parking can be difficult and limited.

The shake was great. Very chocolaty. The griddle was disgusting and filthy. I wouldn't eat there.

What can be said about In-n-Out that hasn't been said before, they're excellent. This location has the benches outside, not a dining room, but that's fine. Wait time wasn't long for a busy Saturday night.

I'm ngl, best in n out burger I've had in a long time the buns were toasted to perfection. The cheese was perfectly melted. And fries were amazing too. Plus the workers there are always nice. And it was cool to eat outside in the fresh air

One of the best!!!! I have been to a ton of in n outs and I have to say this is on my top 5 in n out locations. I swear there not all the same!!🧐 I usually try to avoid in n outs that are drive through just because I hate sitting in the car waiting (hot summer this year). But this location is worth the wait. Not sure why but Everytime I come here they get it right. I am very much the customer who ask for everything well done. So sorry if your behind me but i tend to hold up the line. Avoid the line by coming before 8pm. This location does not have to much parking but they get the job done somehow. They do have restrooms off to the side. Customer service here is always on point. Never got someone who was short or dry with me.

Great location! I try to avoid the walk in locations. The walkin locations tend to make more mistakes and for some reason the food is not as in point. I think it has to do with space. This location is so small I think the staff has nothing to do but just Hussle. This spot stays on point. Maybe sometimes they can be a little heavy handed. But ultimately the customer service is on point. Staff looks like they really enjoy working here and that's rare. On my stop here today I literally overheard an employee buying some food on there day of yelling that she loves everyone who works there. That is real. I timed my self today from the second I pulled in to the second I pulled out and it was 20min nice job that's exactly the amount of time I had. That was from the car line up that was almost hitting the main Street. U really like that they give kids free chocolate on rainy days. That's a small gesture. Bathroom require a code and the parking can be tight. There is a large seating area. Over all experience was super positive and today's meal was on point.

When we told drive-through order-taker Aaliyah this was our first ever In-N-Out visit she went out of her way to carefully explain the menu. At the drive up window Xley had already been alerted to our newby status and was over-the-top helpful, explaining we were lucky that Elaine (the best grill cook) was making our order and thanking us for choosing their store for our first visit. As we were eating in their picnic area, Aaliyah came by to make sure we were happy with our food (we were!) and to thank us for our business. Absolutely 5 stars!

Always the best burger and French fries! Any location and anytime they are open have long lines but service is always fast! We were at a location where it was only drive through.

I love In-N-Out as much as the next person but the fries at this location are never fresh! Every single time, cold, stale, gross fries!! Idk what it is? All other locations in the area (Baldwin Park, City of Industry, Walnut) no problems at all. But this La Puente location, the fries are always lacking! 😣. Other than that, the staff here is great, the shakes are great and the burgers are excellent. There can be a really long lines in the drive thru but they normally have both sides open and are pretty quick about it. If the drive thru is long, I will usually park and go to the window which is pretty quick too.

We didn't want to take it home,nor did we want to eat in the car. The problem was we couldn't get into the parking lot. We would have had to get into the line which went almost around the corner just to get into the parking lot. So I parked in another establishments parking lot, which I did not feel comfortable doing, then walked up to give them my order.(I needed the ♿ parking for my hubby who has a hard time walking) I timed myself and thought if was driving I would have ended up behind that jeep. So I placed my order in the walk up window and guess what? My order was given to me after they gave the jeep his order!!! Lol but not really. Maybe the parking lot needs to have access from the alley, so we can park and eat at the very nice Pavillion they have with tables. As it was we ended up eating in the car. 😥 otherwise Luke always the food was worth the wait.

The line is almost always long but if your lucky you can breeze right through depending on the time of day. The location is a bit of a pain when the line starts to get long, it extends out to the street which causes alot of traffic, it's one of the smaller in n outs, but definitely worth the wait when your craving it.

Im going to rate a 4 because the burger this time looked like the picture. It actually looked like someone put some pride and care in it. Now for the fries. The fries do not travel well. They give them hot and fresh but by the time you get home, the fries are warm if not cold. I only live 7 minutes away. In N Out is not like it used to be. Its more of a landmark than a place for a great burger and fries.

Great food, great people, but not so much the wait in line. Sometimes the fries are a little bit crunchier but don't let that stop you from eating amazing In N Out food. If you don't mind the lines then you should be okay.

I work right up the street. And I will say, burger was prepared just right. Enjoyed my vanilla shake. My jaws were sunken in 😳 Now that's a real vanilla shake. There is always a line, but lines move pretty fast. I have it 4 stars. Only because my fries got cold too quick. That's my only compliant. Other than that, cool experience. In n out doesn't disappoint. One of the best fast food places around. There is always a line, but they have a system that gets you thru pretty darn fast. Prices have gone up a bit, but you get better quality burgers here than Burger King, McD's or even Carl's. We love it!

Food was ok, not my best experience with the In-N-Out brand. The top bun of my double-double was burnt around the edges, my animal fries had hair in it, and it seemed to be that the well done fries were too well done... Hope to have a better experience next time.

Seems everytime I go here i get really bad fries either cold or uncooked or hard and black . Didnt use to get such poor quality of food. Went yesterday, and I have to say I was very disappointed 😞 The food was cold as soon as I picked it up.The hamburger had no flavor, and I ended up getting sick the same evening, I have always enjoyed the food at In-n- out,this is the first bad experience I have had.

I went during lunch (around 1:30pm), on Thursday, January 12th. I ordered a Double double and fries. Not even 10 minutes after finishing my food my stomach was hurt and a bathroom visit was necessary. It's been over 48 hours and I've been able to eat nothing else. I've had severe stomach pain and constant bathroom use. This was the last thing I had to eat, so realistically the only thing that makes sense is I received undercooked burgers. This is by far the worst experience I've had with food period. Let alone from my favorite place in the world, I can guarantee you that I don't go to this location again.

I love In N Out, but this one made me so sick, I couldn't keep it down. Fries were way over done and the burger was burned around the edges and so very dried out. I usually never give bad reviews, but this one was awful. The people were very nice and fast service, they just need to learn how to make the food right. 5 ⭐ service and 0 ⭐ for the food.

I almost never come here because I’ve never been a big fan of the food. I came here today because I had a gift-card. Drive-thru was packed so I decided to order in the front. The wait was kind of long but no big deal. I had to remind the cashier that he hadn’t given me my drink after handing me my bag and telling me thank you. I asked him for extra ketchup and tell me why he puts a handful in my bag that had exploded ketchup all over them. I saw it and I know he saw they were covered in ketchup too. He stained all the napkins in my bag. Thanks for reminding me why I almost never eat here. 👍🏻

I walk up to window, female worker greets me well place my order at 11:14p for take out.. She said your number will be call out. So I waited, seen other vehicles passing thru the drive thru area. I’m waiting patiently by then it was 11:34p my meal was being late and I had to go to work so I went to the window and ask for refund. They totally forgot got my order. They never call my number. The staff were looking at monitors for my order. They refund my money and they apologized for the mistake and made the meal fast. The food was great but the service was extremely slow. Giving that location one star.

This is my local IN-N-OUT and always have had issues here, power goes out, they run out of something. Twice now I have sat in the car line and was forced to drive through without getting anything. BOGUS. I thought it was settled and started giving them a go again, they started serving me pink meat now, even after I request 'well done'. This is at least the 5th time in less than two months that this has occurred. They are in dire need of a health inspector visit. UPDATE: Went back on a whim after several weeks. Finally got a couple of Dutchman that were cooked properly all the way through. Lawsuit averted! However, they appear to be seriously slacking on everything else. I placed an order for several ingredients that are completely absent, even though they are posted on the receipt. I also had to clarify my drink to the cashier, she mentioned an extra large Coke, I specified an Xtra large Diet Coke/No ice. I also TWICE mentioned to her that I wanted chilies on the side, she even confirmed the request. I got no chilies. I got no onions. I got no pickles. I got no mustard. I'm also pretty sure I got no extra well done, it appears and taste pretty normal, but at least there wasn't any pink meat present. 7]8]24] It happened again!!!

This has been happening recently at this location. It happened several years ago as well and was consistant. I asked for well-done and only one of the burgers I ordered wasn't pink. And it wasn't even busy so there was no excuse as to the rushed cooking. I actually got a bit under the weather shortly afterward.
