lmao everyone one there is great!! I have greasy relationships with all of them and I've been going there for like 2-3 years? Favorite subway in the desert by far.
The staff was very professional considering how busy it was at the time we went in. And even with the rude snarks from a lady who seemed to think she was above everyone else who was patiently waiting to give their order as well. They handled her rudeness very professionally and i was impressed how well they got everyones orders completed under the pressure of so many customers in there at one time. I will continue to give them my business.
It was Tuesday the 24th and I was craving Subway. The food was great, but the highlight of my day was the lady who took my order. She was delightful, friendly, and genuine. I shared this also with the owner also whom I spoke with outside.
I have visited this location twice in the last three days and both times when I showed up my order was hot and already on the take out shelf. The staff although younger has the 0pace running smooth.
Very friendly today. It was nice seeing someone new behind the counter. They always get my online order just perfect.
The team serving foid at this eatery are engaging and good at sandwich preparation. I like visiting this store.
The customer service at the establishment is 100%best I’ve been too yet in La Quinta !!! I’m from Colorado and when I need or want a sandwich fast I go to this subway ! I’m always greeted with a smile and always polite and professional I highly recommend recommending this place!
The ladies working here are great! They’re friendly, welcoming, fast and always make my sandwich right the first time. When I was leaving, I said that sandwich was soo good! She responded, we make them with love. This is my go to lunch spot now.

We ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches.They were really good and we also ordered cookies.Now those were not good. I'm not sure if they kept them in the case for too long but they were not .I had to throw them out.

Feels like a sauna inside. Very uncomfortable. Please fix air conditioning because it is miserable eating in the muggy atmosphere.

Never the same crewmembers You better watch how they put your sandwich together because i haven't seen any sandwich made the same way twice. Ordered a Philly x meat and bacon & x onions. It was cold,no green peppers and hardly any mayo. Not even toasted.
RUDE! Call it being naive on my part, but really, as a new dog owner I had NO CLUE dogs were not allowed in restaurants. On 11/29/12, my 9-year-old daughter and I walked into this Subway with our brand new 12-week-old Teacup Chihuahua, I directed her to sit at one of the tables while I ordered. I was about to pay for my order when I heard commotion behind me, a Subway employee was ordering my daughter to leave, another one was holding the door open and pointing at her while finger motioning to her to go outside. I addressed the woman by the door and asked what was wrong, she said dogs were not allowed to be in the restaurant and that the dog and my daughter had to leave. It was obvious I was about to pay and so I told her, “Let me finish paying for this and we will leave, but I will not let my daughter stand outside alone.” At this point, she then pointed to the "Refuse Service" sign and said, "We'll then I refuse you service." We left and I called the franchise owner Thad Kirk, who basically chastised me for not knowing dogs were not allowed in restaurants, stating, "Really have you ever seen a dog in a restaurant?” He also asked, “Who gave you this number?” He said that if I called corporate all they would do was direct the complaint back to him. Like I said, I'm a new dog owner and I REALLY did not know! But, what I do know is how not to treat people and neither of these two women nor the franchise owner, Thad Kirk, knows anything about customer service! I would have appreciated if at least one of these two women would have come up to me discreetly and pointed out my faux pas and explained the HS code. But, this wasn't done. It was easier for them to act like drill sergeants towards a 9-year-old and a puppy than to be nice. My daughter loves Subway; we have been long time customers of this Subway since it's the only one in the LQ Cove, up until today. My daughter had achieved a high mark at school and Subway was going to be her chosen treat. But, thanks to these two rude women (one of them named Lorraine) and an uncaring franchise owner, Thad Kirk, our meal and day was ruined. I am a reasonable, caring, intelligent and understanding person and citizen. All it would have taken to salvage this situation would have been a little professionalism on their part. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case and I am glad Yelp provides a soap box for me to voice my opinion. Bottom line, people with little or no customer service skills should not be in the hospitality industry. We will not eat here anymore!

If you are going to pay your employees $20 an hour to make sandwiches.. let's try to weed out the workers who don't deserve these jobs. First off I ordered my food online. I get to the store to pick up my order, and I have 1 bag of chips (I ordered 2 meals both with chips) I have 1 cookie and I ordered 2, I have no cups for drinks. So once I asked for 2 cups, asked to check for sun chips in the back and told them I was missing a cookie, I received what I ordered and took my drinks and bag of food and headed home. Granted I was a little bit skeptical about the paper bag that the food was in, but carrying 2 paper cups with drinks in them, I didn't have a chance to worry. I get home and as I'm walking into my front door... the paper bag with the good in it, completely splits open and my food goes everywhere. I was so raging pissed I started yelling and my husband came to get the food... do better Subway!

Went this morning tuesday nov 26 Like around 7:30 am the one next to home depot la quinta..i got the worst service..i swear i was gonna leave the sandwich on the cpunter and walk out This woman's attitude i swear
The worker Alex was drunk on the job I could smell the alcohol coming from him also while slurring his words. Unprofessional
There breakfast sandwiches are just plain nasty.They should discontinue this offering. The eggs are huge and super salty. I tried bacon and steak ( which was more like a cheese steak) neither was appetizing.
This is the second time I've come to this location and had rude service, but today was worse. We walked in and I didn't get to look at the menu or say hi before the girl stared at me bluntly and said "what do you want.?" Not even just a hello I felt uncomfortable ordering like she didn't want me there. Mind you no one was in the store so it wasn't busy at all, and it wasn't near closing or anything. She seemed to have attitude making it even though I said nothing but hi, and my order. I try not to write reviews like this unless it's really bad and I am paying for a simple service and food and should not feel uncomfortable doing so, especially since I was polite!! Also it was a 6 inch sub and the only extra I got was avocado and it ended up being $12 which I understand the rising prices but that doesn't seem right either. Very disappointing
