Should I cry or smile ? Worst branch in Europe I ever been. Don't even think about ordering something here....
Noisy. Not many members of staff. Chaotic.
We were there 2 times and both experiences were not good. 1st time I 2times ordered Cafe Late but although a lady there spoke English, the coffee wasn't on the bill and of course I got any. There was long que of hungry Italian people, so I didn't ask 3rd time. Another's experienced with a not friendly guy who had simple task - Mc flaury and Cafe Late. The coffee was cold. Hm Italian staff don't know how to make coffee. Disaster.
