I went to this fast food restaurant for dinner with my girlfriend on Halloween night. The restaurant is located on Viale Italia, near the city courthouse. There are a few free parking spaces outside, but it's not easy to find a spot. During our visit, we found a lot of people lined up because the fast food restaurant had only been open for a few days. We ordered from the app, looked for a seat in the large dining room, and waited to pick up our order. I found the fried chicken very good and tasty. For drinks, they provide a refillable cup that you can refill as many times as you like. The prices, especially with coupons from the app, are very competitive. The staff is very friendly and courteous.

The food was delicious, and the wait was very short. I ordered the 6-course menu, and everything was good, especially the free drink refreshments. The only negative was the kindness of a lady who works there, which could be improved.

Positive experience, very nice place, modern and clean. Friendly staff. Menu based on fried chicken, prices in line with other fast food restaurants. The chicken was very juicy and tender, but the oil flavor was very noticeable in the breading. On a positive note, the mashed potatoes were very good, perhaps a little small in portion. Free refill drinks, but limited selection. I tried the pistachio galak milkshake, but I had higher expectations, and the galak flavor wasn't very noticeable.

On our way back from an appointment, we stopped here. Given the time and the weekday, there weren't many people. Orders were placed at dedicated touch-screen kiosks. The wait for our order was short. The food was good, considering the type of place. The staff was very friendly. Definitely worth considering if you're looking for a quick bite to eat. The only slight downside is that the service is small and not up to par with the number of people who can fill the place.

New to La Spezia: slow service due in part to the crowds, good chicken, cold and inedible fries. The place is new and well-decorated, but too noisy. I'm expecting a freebie, as advertised.

I recently visited the new KFC near my workplace and decided to stop for a quick lunch. Being a new establishment, it seems to attract a lot of people, which is reflected in the somewhat confusing organization. The staff is quick, however, and calls out order numbers, although the display doesn't always match the order being placed, creating a bit of a wait and confusion. As for the food, I found it to be slightly superior to McDonald's, especially the burger and fries, which I enjoyed more. However, the drinks seemed a bit watered down, and the all-you-can-eat refill system has a few flaws: while convenient, it requires pressing a button shared by many, which could raise some hygiene concerns. Finally, I noticed that the cleaning service was struggling to keep up with the influx of customers, though I believe this was more due to the large number of people attracted by the newness of the place rather than a genuine staff shortage. Overall, a positive experience for those looking for a quick break, with some room for improvement regarding organization and hygiene.

First and probably only place in Italy where i thought food was better in Australia. More over it’s definitely overpriced 34€ for 3 menu pretty small with wrong items in them, the chicken pieces was replaced with simple boneless chicken they told me I was fine with that, but they put regular tender for my girlfriend, they were supposed to be vegan, that was a big mistake. 61 Aud for a pretty bad meal. Just don’t go there guys there are many many other places in that city where you can eat better. All the people in there where very nice so no complaints for them
