Delicious food, slow service

It was a cold, rainy evening. It rained under the awning even though we were indoors, and inside it was freezing, with drafts blowing from everywhere. We were standing in front of the oven, hoping it would be warmer, but nothing special. I've never heard of a pizzeria being so cold with the oven on. I don't understand. I'll start by saying that Neapolitan pizza isn't my favorite; it's average, not this great specialty. However, it was a bit undercooked inside, as was one of the appetizers we ordered; in fact, I ate them the next morning. The staff wasn't very attentive and fast. The bill for two pizzas was very low.

Overall, the food was good. The pasta frittata was tasty, but it was noticeable that the frying oil was quite used. The Margherita pizza was good, albeit with a slight smoky aftertaste. A negative note on the cleanliness of the place: sticky table with several stains, crumb-covered chairs, and very dirty floors in some areas, especially near the table legs. It was also very cold inside, and the heating seemed decidedly off. The waitress was very kind and friendly.

The pizzas were delicious. When I ordered Aperol spritz (it was in the menu) they refused because the bartender was busy with the nearby bar. Few minutes later the bartender was smoking outside, playing on his phone, and few tables there had their Aperol spritz cocktails, but for me nothing. Very disappointing.

The staff didn’t speak much English and weren’t particularly friendly. We didn’t get the “golden scissors” experience either, and the pizza itself was nothing special—I expected more from such a world-famous pizzeria. The tomato…pizza was tasty, but the other one was a bit dry. In terms of value for money, I don’t think it was the best. They also charged an extra service fee just for sitting in a covered area.

Pizza is very good. Cutting it with scissors: fun. Dessert: pass - not fresh. Staff does not speak English. No juices. No tap water included in the 2.5€ 'coperto'. This branch does not match the brand promises.

We ordered 2 pizzas via Just Eat. Order was confirmed by restaurant. Time of preparation was very long from the beginning ~1,5h. After that time when app showed that around 8minutes lefts till order should be delivered - whole order was cancelled. We were waiting 1,5 hour for confirmed order which was cancelled at the end without any information. It's riddicolous. Very bad customer experiance.

The service was good and the place looks nice but the pizzas are awful, soggy and liquid in the centre and everything is VERY overpriced- desserts at 6 euro and tiny glasses of amaro for 5 euro! when normally the "digestivo" is offered by the host. Never again

Terrible service! We waited over an hour for a pizza, while the place was not busy. We also did not receive everything we ordered. I do not recommend!
