I had the pleasure of touring Hub LA Figora with Avani Desai, and I must say, her service was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we started the tour, Avani was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable, ensuring all my questions were answered. The apartments themselves are beautifully designed, boasting modern amenities and breathtaking views that truly stand out in the bustling city. Avani's attention to detail and her genuine care for her clients made the entire experience delightful. I highly recommend Avani Desai at Hub LA Figora if you're looking for a place that feels like home instantly, paired with top-notch service!

Avani is the only reason why I am living here next year, she is cool. I think one of my top 10 favorite receptionist. Her response time when the phone rings is unmatched, and her email response rate is hof level.

I wanted to begin by thanking my good friend Julian Daller for introducing me to Hub LA Figueroa. Today I went to visit and also received really necessary help from Sia at the front desk, that was lovely! I loved the building and all the amenities included.

I must say the service here is exceptional. I was lost and could not find the place I needed to be. Avani D helped me find my way. She spoke elegantly and provided me with thorough directions. My gratitude is expressed greatly as she helped immensely. It was plesant to find someone who actually cares in the service industry.

We just signed lease for my daughter and a friend for the upcoming school year at USC. Cameron and Kai (Manager) at the Hub were extremely helpful and patient in finding us the correct fit for both while working within both budgets. We started the process late with not a lot of inventory. They worked hard and ultimately found a unit that both girls are super excited about! Great customer service!

While I found the amenities the Hub offered such as the state of the art gym complex, extremely well kept sauna, and impressive units, it was the help I received that really set the HUB apart. I have had countless frustrating tours with college kids showing units, and had horrible past experiences at other buildings. Sia Hildebrand completely changed my hesitation in college showings, and really helped me out in my next apartment search. Not only was she professional, but made had the answer to any and all questions I had pertaining to the complex and the apartment search process in south central as a whole. If anyone has any questions regarding the HUB, or any apartment in the area, I highly recommend going to her.

The Hub on Fig is great place for student living as it is near by campus and really close to the row. The amenitites are also great, my favorite is the sauna and rooftop pool. The staff also always has great energy and is very kind. Personal shoutout to Sia who helped me get into the gym when I forgot my key and always i willing to give a helping hand.

Saw Security giving a hard time to a delivery person. He was not willing to take care of the package or willing to help the persons instead he told her not to go up and that she can't.. she understood.. and asked if she he can sign the package order under his name and she was willing to walk away because it was her job. He aggressive said no and walk her out like a criminal. There was no receptionist at the moment. And she could not deliver her package because she needed a signature. She left with that package on hand and never came back. All she was doing was her job at 8 am in the morning.
