It’s a Burger King serving Burger King food. It has a nice outside area and always seems clean and well maintained. Judging it on the BK barometer it’s one of the nicer ones. Wait time can be long if you come on the hours with low staff. I’ve waited 10 minutes on an ice cream because no-one was behind the counter. But usually the pace is high and wait time low.

Pedí King Fusion de conguitos, galletas y choco blanco porque llama mucho la atención... No pusieron galleta, nada que ver con lo que publicitan. Además, a menudo hacemos o intentamos hacer pedido a domicilio, pero la aplicación va mal y tenemos que pedir la cena en otro sitio. En la última ocasión, conseguimos hacer el pedido, me confirmaron la compra, podía hacer el seguimiento de mi pedido y, de pronto, ya no podía hacerlo. Tras hora y media esperando (normalmente tardan menos de una hora en llegar al domicilio), voy presencialmente al establecimiento, la encargada (muy amable) va a ver dónde está mi pedido y me dice que no sabe dónde está, que ha desaparecido. Me prepararon sobre la marcha lo que pedí y me lo llevé. Sin embargo, si no llego a ir al establecimiento, me hubiera quedado sin cenar y con el dinero que pagué perdido. Bastantes problemas a domicilio, presencialmente está bien.

vaya vaya.. servicio pésimo .. riéndose entre ellos , y la gente esperando , me parece muy bien que se lo pasen bien yo he trabajado de lo mismo , pero cuando hay que apretar hay que apretar , lo que no puede ser esque este esperando 45 min para un menu ahorro y no haya cola en si .. una pena , no volveré

estabamos sentados en una mesa esperando a un amigo a que pidiese y a llegado y nos a echado hablandonos bastante mal y nos ha acusado que hemos roto los sillones que estaban "nuevos" y llebavamos 30 segundos y estaban agujereados. Mala trabajadora.

A huge disappointment. Honestly, a daylight robbery is more discreet than what you pay for a meal here. Over €20 for these four boxes with a little bit of food and some mini-burgers for babies aged three to six months, and they'd still be hungry. The burger in the picture costs almost €7 and is smaller than my hand. I understand that the current situation we're all in is difficult, but come on, it's one thing to pay for something to eat and expect a minimum level of quality, and another to spend a quarter of your salary on dinner and have it turn out to be a snack.

They don't even answer the phone. I advise you not to order delivery, as the delivery drivers never show up, and you end up having to go and get the food yourself. I'm not talking about just one, but several times this happens. Always offering cash payment means they have to deliver it, and if they bother to give you dinner, they'll just have to. The other way around, since it's already been paid, the smart ones ignore everything. Not to mention that 90% of the time things are missing from the orders... They don't even know how hard it is to work, and it's always empty...

I've ordered from home delivery and AutoKing many times, and out of 3 out of 5, they don't pay attention to what you order when preparing it. I just received an order and specified a crispy chicken burger from the savings menu, and they brought me a regular one (it's happened several times, and I've had to go and exchange it myself). I'll end up having to double-check before leaving the establishment or before the delivery person leaves.
