Our server was present and engaged! She clearly did not dread being at work. Great customer service!
Our server Angelo made our experience great! He added so much value to our experience. We need more down to earth servers like this 👍. Definitely come to this location
Awesome service, pasta is delicious, especially for the price!
I feel so horrible I can’t remember the waiter’s name from Labor Day afternoon but he was so nice and friendly while being professional and patient with our kids! The food was AMAZING! My family ordered basic classic dishes but it was so good and EVERYONE that worked there were so nice! The only complaint I have is the bathroom.. I expected it to smell nice and to be super clean but it was pretty bad.. I feel like when you’re spending 100.0+ on lunch/dinner for a big family (and yea I know it gets busy) but the upkeep in bathrooms is important! At Target, even the manager will go clean the bathroom if the staff is too busy.. other than that everything was great! We’ll be back (probably won’t go in the bathroom though if we can avoid it)
Being from New York where are Olive Gardens are not known for the quality of their food Nor the service, I have to say I was extremely impressed with the Olive Garden on El Toro road in Laguna. Our servers were Aiden and Alex. We were there twice within a week to celebrate a 95th birthday! Aiden was our first waiter and I thought he was amazing, Alex was our second waiter and he was exceptional, he put up with our New York teasing and took it like a champ he was truly an exceptional person. We were a group of 10 on both visits. His patience and kindness with my 95-year-old mother-in-law went above and beyond. The food was amazing, I would give 10 Stars if they were available. I recommended to anybody visiting out of state to come and see try the good quality of the food. My 12-year-old grandson who eats nothing, ate adult size portions of spaghetti and meatballs on both occasions and said it was the best you've ever had. Thank you to all at the restaurant. I would highly recommend visiting
i’d never been to an olive garden before, & i was blown away! our server, unfortunately i didn’t catch her name, but she was so sweet & always on top of whatever we asked. i think i had ordered a chicken parmigiana? and it was SO good. i had added two meatballs thinking that i’d still be hungry, but i really underestimated just how much they serve! they really fill up your plate which i loved. their salad was pretty good, just a normal salad. & their breadsticks were really good ! i definitely plan on coming back for another special occasion.
Just another day of all you can eat bread sticks and salad,
Aiden the server was amazing, super sweet and attentive, he was very easygoing to talk to, definitely one of the best servers i’ve had
Excellent service. Haven't been to an Olive Garden in a very long time. Staff was great and prices were super reasonable.
Great food - quick service. If you know how to treat a lady, you take her to Olive Garden on Valentine's Day.
My husband and I come here about once a week, but tonight was such a great experience! We came in a bit later than usual and it took quite a while to be served, but once our waitress came over it changed our moods right away. She was very personable and made my birthday special! Like I said we go here A LOT, but this mix of employees were by far the friendliest and I honestly wish it was the same group everytime. Very welcoming and the manager was so sweet to take fault in the delay in service and share a smile. Great customer service! Thanks again guys! :)
Food taste great. I love their salad. My kids favorite pasta.
I’ve only been here twice but each time it’s a great experience - every server is so friendly - food is decent, very generous - love the unlimited soups and salad - I’d come for that alone. Shout out to our server Frida and host Riley - both wonderful.
UPDATED from today's visit on 3/30/25 Exceptional service from Josh at our table. He was so friendly, efficient, and accommodating! The GM, Milton, was a saving grace to correct my error I created during self checkout. He adjusted the entire bill to utilize my gift card and refund my credit card. Thanks for your time and concern for full resolution....Fantastico 🤗 Server was super friendly... Food was typical for olive garden
Our waitress was top notch! Unlimited soups - I tried all 4 kinds. Unlimited bread and salad, and she even brought me extra olives and pepercinis on request.
My family and kids absolutely love coming here. Customer service is fantastic, the food is fresh, and the widows and waitresses are extremely friendly. I'll definitely keep coming back every once in a while.
Always good food and always a table . Don't eat here a lot but when we do we get apps and desert at the end . The all you can eat salad and breadsticks is a big kicker for us as well. Service is always pleasant.
This a great Olive Garden location! The staff are super cool and friendly and the restaurant is really kid friendly. The food is delicious too, especially the chicken parmesan entree.
Olive Garden offers Italian food at a reasonable price and sometimes deals that are quite affordable for the those with very hearty appetites. The salad can be a meal in itself and the bread sticks are always warm and buttery. The staff is usually attentive and friendly.
This place is gold. If you haven’t tried Olive Garden yet, you’re missing out! GO right now. Seriously! Our waiter Josh was the best I’ve ever met in this industry. Not only was he positive and brought a friendly atmosphere, but he was also prompt and incredibly helpful while being respectful and polite. It made my day and my whole dining experience so pleasant. I can’t stop smiling because this level of service is RARE! Like I said, gold!!!! The food? ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! I recommend the Lasagna, the Zupatoscana soup, and a sweet iced tea. There are so many tasty options, all for a very fair price. The food will be better than what you’ll get at a 5-star luxury million dollar restaurant. It’s that good. This is not a sponsored review. I just wanted to share my intensely brilliant and fantastic experience at this location!
When we arrived, the hostess was less than friendly - we asked to be seated at a booth, and she replied, "You'll have to wait maybe 20 or 30 minutes 8ntil a booth is available." To which my daughter replied, there is a booth right there that has only a coffee cup on it. I'll clear it myself. The hostess walked away, leaving us sitting. After 12 minutes, a gentleman employee asked if we were waiting for a 'to go' order. My daughter explained the situation - he immediately cleared the booth himself and seated us! Our initial server was not aware of pricing on flavored teas, and he had to ask a manager. (I head read a yelp review where someone said, "Beware of upcharges on the iced teas." We both ordered the lunch special of unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks. The food was fantastic. Next time, I will have to special order my salad with no pepperchini and no cabbage to save time from picking those items out. (Medical reasons I can't eat them) The soups were all wonderful. I had the minestrone and the pasta e fagioli, and my daughter had the gnocchi. The warm breadsticks were great with oil. We had the Spinich Artichoke dip. It was the best! Overall, we had a good experience and a relaxing lunch away from children and housework, an inviting break.
Simply one of the best restaurants ever! Great staff, and management too! Very clean, and nice ambiance to the whole place. I usually get the chicken parm and salad and the red sauce is always super and the whole meal as hot as it should be. The place really seems eager to meet your expectations and in my case has exceeded time and again. Well done!
We had a wonderful experience at Olive Garden! Our server, Shelly, was absolutely amazing — friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcomed. She checked in often without being intrusive, kept our drinks full, and made great recommendations. The food came out fresh and delicious, and Shelly’s service truly elevated the whole experience. Thank you, Shelly, for making our visit such a pleasant one — we’ll definitely be coming back!
The all you can eat soup and salad is a good value at $14.99. Includes great bread sticks.
Wow we've never seen a busier Olive Garden lol. There was like a 45 minute wait. The host was cool, she told us about some kind of app download thing where we sign up and we could get in a lil faster.. so that's what we did and got a table in like 15 mins. Their salad, and pasta just hits the spot. I like how they serve their salads on a cold dish. Love Olive Garden.
Decided to stop by here for lunch. Kayla was our server and she gave top notch service. She was extremely attentive, friendly and professional. Had a great lunch and left satisfied. For anyone looking for a great experience at Olive Garden ask for Kayla! Highly recommended location!
Overall I had a great experience! It had been a while since I've eaten here due to having Celiac disease. My server, Kyle, was awesome and took the time to explain everything & reassure me that my pasta would be Celiac safe. I ordered gluten free rotini with meat sauce & it was delicious! The manager, Val, made sure that the kitchen staff took precautions & she also brought my dish out. I didn't have any gluten reactions & my salad was also free of gluten. Thanks Laguna Hills OG!
Tried the "Tour of Italy". It was great! Our server Shane made the experience. Always friendly, and helpful with a great smile. 100% worth a visit if you're in the area.
Have not been to an Olive Garden for several years so I almost forgot how cozy, heart warming, reasonably priced this chain can be. Food and service were great in this branch no doubt about that. We left with some of their $5 pasta plates deal that we ate 2 days later at home. Will repeat in this one.
Great food for the price, especially for the unlimited soup and salad. Atmosphere always great, service was super friendly, but a little spotty at the end we I and other tables were looking for a server for either the check or another round or something else. Overall would recommend.
Sapphire was such an incredible waitress. She Made our experience so nice and fun. She was so attentive and friendly. Just wanted to shout her out!
Came to Olive Garden in Laguna Hills for lunch today after a long time, and it was a great experience. Christian was our server and he was super friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. His service really stood out. Thank you, Christian! You’re awesome!
I’ve been to Olive Garden more times than I can count, but I’ve never met anyone quite like Faith . She isn’t just a hostess — she’s the heart of the restaurant. From the moment you walk in, you can tell she truly cares about the people she welcomes. Faith greets you like you’re family coming over for dinner. She asks about your day and somehow makes even a long wait feel like part of the experience. There’s something genuine about her — a warmth that isn’t forced, a kindness that feels completely real. On my last visit, I came in after a hard day at work. Faith noticed right away that I seemed a little down. Without making a big deal of it, she brought me a glass of water and said, “You look like you could use a minute to breathe — take your time, I’ll hold your table.” It was such a small gesture, but it changed my whole night. That’s the kind of person she is — thoughtful, compassionate, and always going the extra mile to make people feel seen and cared for. It’s rare to find someone who turns a simple dinner out into something special, but Faith does that every single time. Olive Garden is lucky to have her — she’s not just welcoming guests; she’s spreading comfort, one smile at a time.
The service is very good, almost no wait which wasn’t expected on a weekend night. This branch is cozy and neat. Plenty of free parking. Easy access from the highway. We tried the shrimp 🦐 with Alfredo pasta with extra . We also had the artichoke and it was good. The free butter bread 🥖 and the salad 🥗 were great as usual . We concluded with tiramisu and chocolate brownie cake 🍰 and both were excellent. Something you may want to know; when you open a game on the pay screen on your table (see pictures), you’ll be charged for the games even if you open by mistake. When that happens you may want to talk to your waiter/waitress. Thanks to Nadely and Jose for a great reception and service.
For some reason, I have not been to Olive Garden in over ten years even when there's a branch very close to where I live. So my visit today was a very pleasant surprise. The salad is fresh and excellent, the soup was very tasty and hearty. Not salty nor oily, very palatable. We also tried the Eggplant Parmigiana, yummy. Service was amazing, unlike some restaurants where the servers would come back to you every five minutes to ask if everything is okay, not allowing you to enjoy your meal in peace. Overall, it's such a wonderful experience that I'm sure will be coming back to soon! For this branch, there's ample parking. Highly recommend.
My favorite family restaurant. They have the best soups and salads . My husband loves chicken parmigiana. Atmosphere is super cozy. Waitresses are always nice and helpful. Highly recommend this place

REVIEW #2 My FAVORITE server here is Eric. He is what a professional server is. He greets tables after giving them just the right amount of time with the menu. He doesn't pounce the minute you sit down. He doesn't ignore you for 20 minutes even during peak hours. Eric confirms orders and asks follow-up questions to clarify and makes sure each order is correct. He serves food while it's hot and makes sure everything is correct before leaving the table. He is available and personable without being intrusive. He is the consummate professional and provides the level of service I'd expect from a high-end restaurant. I don't know Eric. He's not my friend. He's just my favorite server. RECOMMEND REVIEW #1 The host showed me to a 4 top booth. When I asked to sit at a 2 top table across the aisle, he said no. I said fine. But the host continued to lecture me as if I was a toddler. I said "okay" and "fine" a couple more times. I offered no argument, but the host went on and on about the equitable assignment of tables to servers. He lectured me until my mood shifted from happy to pissed. I advised the server that the host needed to chill. She let the manager know. It turns out it was the host's first day. So, just a bit of retraining should help. I also advised the server I wasn't making the complaint to be a Karen or get any free items. I wasn't interested in that at all. The server herself was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. She offered refills and brought my food in a timely way. She was so personable, I quickly shifted back to happy. So, this is a pretty good location. A problem was dealt with quickly and the service was very good.
What to say? It's Olive Garden. Mass produced Italian food. It's not bad by any stretch, but is there better..oh yes. Service was very good and attentive. Everything was clean and nice.
Italian chain restaurant located on El Toro Rd in Laguna Woods. Recently visited for lunch and had the Tortelloni with meat sauce, salad and a Raspberry Lemonade. Attentive service. Customers may pay for their meal by debit/credit card on a kiosk which is located on your table. The total tab with tax and tip was $14.
This is a clear and concise review of your experience at Olive Garden. Here's a summary of your feedback: * Positive aspects: * "Olive Garden offers a good meal a great price." * "Olive Garden at this location is always packed." * Negative aspects: * "Although the place is very dirty and just the bathrooms alone want to make you gage." * Call to action: * "So it would be nice if they invest a little bit of cleanliness and money right back into a restaurant that we all use and love." You appreciate the value and popularity of Olive Garden but are concerned about the cleanliness, especially the bathrooms. You urge the restaurant to reinvest in maintaining a cleaner environment.
Typical Olive Garden. Good food and good service most of the time. Can get busy around dinner time, they are close to Leisure World, so you get a lot of the elderly folks around 5-6pm, I only point this out to show you it's busier than a typical Olive Garden so be prepared.
I loved the server we had. She was so attentive and very friendly! It was a party of 4 and we all had soup and salad, which was okay. Most of the food items were good but weren't anything too special. Just the average pasta experience. It was very busy as it was on a Sunday and they are on the other side of a church's parking lot so it was to be expected. Did come in before the rush so my dining experience didn't feel rushed or hectic. Overall pleasant experience at a very average Olive Garden.
Ordered from the gluten sensitive options- The chicken parmigiana with broccoli instead of the gluten free pasta. Sauce and cheese were delicious, chicken was juicy. AND big shout out to our Server Josh! Who was super attentive and really on top of things. Even tho he had one or more other tables it still felt like we were his only table. Very helpful and answered all our gluten related questions with patience. He had high energy and a positive attitude, perfect customer service. Thank you, Josh!
Had the Seafood Alfredo. Nice size very tender shrimp and plenty of them. And the scallops, though small, were also ample. This was all preceded by a Huge salad over-drenched in oil and vinegar, slightly wilted but fresh and tasty. Way too much oil. The breadsticks. I recall from the last time I was there, maybe ten years ago, was a nice size round loaf you could peel off pieces and dip in oil and vinegar until your hearts content. I can remember eating so much bread that I needed a to-go for the meal. What ever happened to that bread? Economics I suppose. One of my favorite college courses, but not my favorite restaurant features. Nice place.
My wife and I are visiting from Az. This is our 1st time eating at this Olive Garden. It appears about 20+ yrs old. My parents are both 90, and one uses a wheel chair and the other a walker. Thankfully, the others made a rsvr before leaving. Cuz it was crowded with a 40 min wait. But we were seated immed upon arrival. 3 of us chose carbonaira steak & shrimp with noodles in spices sauce. It was new to menu and we all thought it was delicious.just too much large noodles! Lots of leftovers. Pop had satued steak and noodles with a chili type soup instead of salad. He said they were very good too. Service bringing the salad and bread was slow due the crowd and after requesting a 2nd service for both was even slower. At one ponit during the wait I stopped and asked a senior staff member to bring the delayed bread, she said I need asked my server. I told her i had over 5 min ago, but he was continued busy serving meals. She asked for his name. That's when my 90 yr old mom said, "Can't you get it to help him!!" Well he came back first to check on within 3 minutes, and then she came with the bread, LOL! Last thoughts on the visit. Handicap parking!! I saw more "Pickup your ordered meal" parking spots in front than HANDICAP parking spots. I ended parking in a normal spot in lue of the further handicap spot further away. My 8$ looked good and tasted ok but appeared short of cocktail. I only took 4 sips via straw before I was soon drinking more melted ice than drink. Not worth the price! Oh yeah. Lastly, something I repeatedly see and mention about OG. Tables are to small to handle meals ordered UNLESS they remove plates frequently! Ours weren't, until I had stacked the excess up, and suggested for someone to take them away.
a solid “4”. This iconic brand with all you can eat breadsticks and salad has good (not great) recipes, good sized portions, and good prices. Went with friends and kids and no one raved but no one complained. Was there once about 2 years ago with friends and will probably end up there again in a few more years. If you are taking kids and buying for the table this is a great option.
The food is good, not tradicional italiana inspired food, but we ordered salad, appetizer, and entree. The young man that took care of us brought every plate with very little time in between, that was particularly bothersome because they sat us at one of those tiny tables, I had to finish my salad with my plate on my hand, because there was no way to fit the entree next to our appetizer.
Went in around lunch time on a gloomy day. No wait time. If you have a little one that needs a high chair, you’ll have no booth option which was a bummer. The team was fairly nice and my servers was amazing. The food was over all really good. The tour of Italy feed two adults with left overs as well. The kids Mac and cheese wasn’t the best. Have 4 starts due to the cleanliness. Definitely wasn’t well kept and I had to clean our silverware myself. The price was great.
Food and service is almost always consistent at this location. For the price, lunch is always good here.

We arrived on Saturday at about 8:45. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant. We were seated and greeted. Appetizers came quickly and entree took a little longer. Once we were served one of the employees started cleaning the area next to us - running a vacuum cleaner. I felt this is rather strange and rude as we’re are trying to enjoy our dinner and speak with eachother. I walked up to the hostess desk but there was no one there to speak with about the issue. There was also one other couple in our section- the middle of the restaurant. We normally have a good time and enjoy eating here. The salad was ok and over dressed. The calamari was great. The spaghetti with meat sauce was bland. And the chicken and shrimp carbonara was good. We’ll have to think about coming back anytime soon.
The quality of food served here is consistently disappointing, with the exception of the salad, which I would cautiously recommend. However, it is crucial to thoroughly inspect the salad before consuming it, as I have encountered instances of brown lettuce and improper washing. The breadsticks are also worth mentioning. The staff is generally courteous and attentive, despite occasional encounters with individuals who appear disinterested in their work. During my most recent visit, which was prompted by my child's inexplicable fondness for this establishment, the person who seated us seemed unenthusiastic and unwelcoming. However, the rest of the staff demonstrated commendable attentiveness, considering the busy atmosphere. The food was served in a timely manner. The prices charged for the pasta and sauce, which appear to be of inferior quality and sourced from a prepackaged bag, are unreasonably high. Nevertheless, if you have a strong craving for breadsticks, this establishment may satisfy your desire.
The food was pretty good and better than I remembered but the atmosphere is not so Italian like but in spite of all that we had an absolutely amazing waiter and he did a great job! He has a bright future ahead of him and he doesn't even know it yet! I can see him being successful in whatever field he chooses which will most likely be sales or running his own business. He was really good. Made our night actually.
Fantastic and friendly service staff paired with mediocre Italian offerings. Chances are you have been to an Olive Garden before and already know what to expect, mediocrity. Prices for the lunch specials were reasonable, perhaps the only silver lining other than the very friendly wait staff. I urge you to look elsewhere for Italian dining.
The food took a bit long. The server was not as attentive. The atmosphere was nice though. Clean And lively
Its surprising that this chain restaurant is still in business. So many much better restaurants have closed their doors years ago.
I love their Chicken & Gnocchi soup along with the bread sticks. Their salad is pretty good, I like the dressing alot. Lately the main plates have taste pretty bland with no flavor. Even though I like the soup alot is not worth it for me anymore. I would tell people go and try it get it out of your system and if you like it then keep going if you don't they at least you know.
Indeed, it was Friday night at pink dinner time, but this place was a madhouse! So noisy inside you couldn't partake in a simple conversation. The appetizer was awesome, but both of our meals themselves had issues where onion chunks made up about half the salad, and the meatballs were so heavily fennneled they weren't really that edible. To top it off, allergic reaction to dinner caused tongue and throat swelling and skin irritations. Other than stopping by for appetizers, we really have no business going back here again.
We visited Olive Garden and found the food tasty and the prices reasonable, which was a plus. However, the experience was spoiled a bit by an unpleasant smell inside and a long wait for a table. We were told we were next in line, but then five families were seated before us, which was frustrating and disappointing. Overall, good food, but the service and atmosphere could use improvement.
So I’ve been wanting to come to Olive Garden since Glee, and the commercials on Roku finally got me. Unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks for $11.99 sounds like a no-brainer. Big Mac Combo is $12.39. Unfortunately, I was recommended the potato soup and it was a bit weird flavored and uninspiring. The famed breadsticks were just okay. Same with the salad. On the bright side, we got seated quickly, and our server Caryssa was great, very attentive and checked in often. I really wanted to give this place a chance but next time, will order pasta to be fair.
The food tasted great! And they were great with our allergies and made sure we knew we were safe. Our waiter was nice but talked really fast and sounded like a car salesman. My biggest complaints were; 1. My mom has a walker. They seated us as far from the door as possible. Perhaps they could check if there are closer tables and seat disabled there for less of a walk? Or say, "Sorry for the long walk, this was all we have available." . 2. They don't take the dirty dishes off the table. So we had like 3 or 4 stacks of them at one point. Very unpleasant. 3. And my daughter (who's birthday it was, asked for a soda water with lime for her drink and for her 4yr old. Didn't come with lime. I asked for their limes probably 4 times and no lime. It was finally brought for her last couple sips. Then my daughter needed a refill. I asked they remember the lime. Nope. 4. Also, our waiter tried to give us our check without letting us order dessert. I had to stop him be size we really wanted to order some. He took our dessert order with 4 full stacks of dishes on the table and walked away. Most of our party had worked in service so we have high-ish expectations. But we also are good tippers and never rude or demanding. We just expect good service.
I've always thought Olive Garden was just another boring run of restaurant chain stores with okay food like Chili's or Fridays with just essentially food that when you walk out people "ask how was the food?" and the response is "yeah, it was pretty good" but Olive Garden is much, much better. The service is fast and very reasonably priced. I mean unlimited soup salad and bread sticks for only $2.99? Fogettaboutit. Plus they have take home dinners for only $6 and they come good out of the microwave. The reason I'm giving only 3 stars is because of the size of the take out orders. They're much smaller than when you order in the restaurant, so if you're ordering takeout order 2 of the same items and you'll get the same amount that you get in the restaurant.
Haven't been here in a very long time. The restaurant is huge and was pretty busy. We asked to sit somewhere else with less of a crowd but were not able to be accommodated. Not a big deal. I got the unlimited salad, bread, and soup for 10$! Everything was very salty but I enjoyed the meal. The minestrone soup could have had a little more flavor. The waitress was very friendly and cute. I would go back in a couple months.
Lasagna was okay as was the spaghetti. We ordered pick and it was delivered to the car. Spaghetti was an add on so was delivered cold. We did not know that, but had a microwave.

Why am I giving it only 2 stars when the place is fantastic? Because they "cheat" you on the bill. They have digital machines where you can pay the tab yourself from the table. The "suggested tip" is based on the complete total (including tax). It's a shady practice and they've been doing it for years.
Our stop was with a large group. The main guy (manager)seemed to make it more difficult than it needed to be. It’s not that difficult to separate checks for families. Saying “we can do it, it will just take longer” can be left out. Just try accommodating to what is being asked. If it was just me and my family I would have left. Food was good. Service was very almost too good. Multiple people worked our area and kept everyone in the group happy.
Wait time estimates are pretty bad originally was 16 to 20 minutes but actual wait ilwas over 20 min longer. Using the online place in line may or may not work. They check you in when you arrive so seems redundant or the online list is not effective. Also the wait time never updated and gave a 16 to 20 wait time continuously.
Nothing worse than giving a 5 star review for service then finding a black hair (not mine) in my food left over from last night. If servers can work hard and provide good service, the cooks and t…
Went here on 4/19. I was enjoying my meal until I went to pay and realized my purse had been stolen from my table. Another customer mentioned seeing a suspicious women sitting at the dirty table behind us. The manager at this location was not very helpful and was very rude to me during a traumatic moment. They claim they have no working cameras. Why are they allowing someone to keep walking into the restaurant and not being a customer? I lost everything this night. Phone, cards, keys to my car and my home. This one evening out bad cost me thousands of dollars to recover. To make matters worse as we were waiting to be picked up and after I have my statement to police we saw another theft in progress and stopped this woman from stealing another purse. A new Manager approached me and asked me to stop making a scene in his restaurant and not really seeming to care what was going on. I don't trust this location anymore. Think twice before going here. You may leave with less than what you showed up with unfortunately.
False advertising , ayce pasta on site said it was good till nive 25 , they got rid of it early
I recently visited the Olive Garden in Laguna hills, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience the first of its kind in over six years of being a loyal customer. We ordered three full-size entrées and shared them since we had children with us. To our surprise, the manager refused to offer refills for the soup and salad, claiming that because the meals were being shared, we were not eligible. This has never been an issue in any of my previous visits to Olive Garden, including this very branch. The manager was uncooperative and handled the situation in an unprofessional manner, which left us with a very negative impression. I truly hope that Olive Garden’s management will review this policy and provide better training for staff to ensure the warm, family-friendly service the brand is known for.
I ordered a drink with light ice and they brought it out in a smaller cup with less drink. I asked them to give me the same amount of drink and the same cup with less ice and they said they can’t do that. They have to follow their measurements. I told the man I simply wanted the same drink with less ice and more drink and he said he would have to charge me more. Don’t come here.
So yummy. The food was so yummy and delicious. The staff was so nice and friendly.we did have to wait a while so they gave us 2 free appetizers. I loved it. Service 8/10 because we had to wait like 1 hour.Food 100000/10 it was so yum
Disappointed and left without dinner. Waiter took our order (3 plates) i never received mine. This has occured twice at this location
Portions of main dish shrimp scampi as well as salad were quite small compared to my experience in Carlsbad. Taste was okay. I was disappointed.
Leaving a 1-star review due to poor management responsiveness and lack of customer care from JAKE (manager). Our server was excellent, but the issue arose over being charged adult pricing for a kids’ meal topping. The server asked Jake to come over to resolve it, but after 15 minutes, with our food packed to go and restless kids, the server had to ask him again. When Jake finally came over, he simply said, “I’ve taken it off,” with no apology or explanation. When I asked why it took over 15 minutes and two requests for help, his response was again, “I’ve taken it off.” Pressed further, he said it was a busy Friday night and that he was seating new customers. There was zero effort to communicate or provide basic customer service. It was dismissive and unprofessional - behavior unfit for someone in a management position.
Salad was wilted from sitting out in the kitchen and the Fettuccine Alfredo had dried up noodles in it. Service was…spotty at best. This location is not a good representation of Olive Garden. Irvine location better all around! Update 3 hours later….💩in the bathroom!!!!!
My best friend and I were craving soup and pasta since it was cold and rainy out, so we decided on Olive Garden. I’ve only had Olive Garden once before at a different location and didn’t have the best first experience, but I wanted to give this location a chance since many of my co-workers order from here and enjoy it. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed with my order. We placed a delivery order since we were working, and while the food arrived fairly quickly because the restaurant is nearby, the quality was extremely poor. The lasagna I received was not only shockingly small, but it was also cold by the time it arrived. The cheese was sliding off the top. It looked like it had just been thrown into the container without any care for presentation or quality. It was an absolute mess. For a $14 piece of lasagna, plus the $7.99 delivery and high gratuity fees, it just didn’t feel worth it. I really wanted to have a better experience this time around, but sadly, this order missed the mark and did not leave me any desire to do business with this or any Olive Garden again.
