Really excellent all round. The people, the food and the ambience. Food prices are very reasonable considering the quality. Wine choice is good but expensive. We were really well looked after by Melanie, Thomas and chef Adrien. Took us 5 years to find out about this place but we’ll return often. Highly recommend the duck. It was exquisite - best we’ve ever had!

Il ristorante è bellissimo, c’è proprio un vero ambiente francese e il cibo è buonissimo. Abbiamo ordinato una buttata come starter, poi uno stinco d’agnello (buonissimo) e per dessert un tortino al cioccolato. I camerieri parlano anche il francese. Pro: - La qualità del cibo. - L’ambiente. - Il gusto. Consiglio a chi vuole fare un esperienza francese e molto ottima a Lagos.

Trotz der Lage in einem Neubaugebiet etwas ausserhalb von Lagos lohnt sich der Besuch sehr. Das Restaurant war Ende Saison Mitte Oktober gut besucht. Die Einrichtung ist sehr stilvoll mit viel Liebe zum Detail. In der offenen Küche ist ein hochengagiertes Küchenteam am Werk. Die Speisekarte ist knapp gehalten, was ein gutes Zeichen ist. Wir haben je ein Gericht mit Rind- und Schweinefleisch bestellt. Die Kreationen waren geschmacklich und für das Auge exzellent. Auch das Dessert war hervorragend. Wir haben uns für eine Crème brûlée entschieden. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam, herzlich und kompetent.

Real French family restaurant. Well prepared and nicely presented food. We especially liked duck, tartalettes, pate, and gin & tonic. Risotto with fish might be good not I expected something different . Unfortunately we haven’t saved time for desert. The host owner served us - she’s just charming and very friendly . Beautiful dining experience with fantastic food and service. Delightful staff who helped make it a memorable evening. Unique and incredibly tasty courses. One of the pricier meals we had on our trip (not crazy), but you do get what you pay for and this was first class for sure. A great evening and wonderful environment.

Although aware of Amorizade we had never in our 22+ years of visiting Lagos been so it was such a great surprise to see how lovely the setting and interior were. Mel and Charlotte serving were so friendly. While the menu is small the food is delicious. Super restaurant. Can’t wait to eat there again.

French cuisine made with style, but limited variety (only 3-4 appetizers or mains on the menu). Small portions compared to offer in Algarve. Taste is good but not exceptional. Decent selection of wines. Attentive and timely service. Indoor searing and decor are okay, with limited outdoor space. Recommended if you love French food, but Algarve has great local alternatives at 20-30% less cost.
