I used the drive thru to order a 10 piece chicken nuggets for my grandson at about 2:40 pm today. I did not want a donut they tried to sell me. I paid and did not want the receipt-- a mistake. Grandson was hungry and started to eat them right away. He ate 3 before he said he didn't want any more. The nuggets were barely warm and definitely dried out. Disgusting. Because we were headed somewhere we couldn't go back. Lesson: try food from this place before leaving with it.

Sick of being asked to park.for every single drive through order even when there is literally no one behind me. Stop pushing people into parking spots to cheat and make it look like you're filling orders in 30 seconds. Editing my review after yet another identical experience. Every. Single. Time.

Asked three times if coffee had milk and not cream. It was cream. Terrible service. The buns are always stale. One of the worst McDonalds in the area.

Probably the worst McDonalds in the country. They’re annoyed when you show up, always have to park and wait for food, line is slow, and I could use less of septum girl at the drive through. We need a Chick fill A now.

You forgot the egg on two sandwiches the first time I went a month ago. That’s crazy by itself. I went on 11/10/25 and order 2 breakfast sandwiches on biscuits. They are both on English muffins when I get home. Not the same egg as the other sandwich I would have gotten either. Unfortunately you have to unwrap your sandwiches and check each time you order from here. How do you keep making basic mistakes like this. Sure you will kindly replace it if I drive 20 minutes back to you. No one should have to do that though..

Every McDonald’s I’ve visited has been a disappointing experience. I ordered a Monopoly item, but when I received my order, there was no Monopoly sticker. When I inquired about this, the staff informed me that they were using the old cup without the sticker. I requested an alternative item with the same value or a drink of the same value with the sticker, but they refused. When I asked for a refund, the lady and manager were uncooperative and insisted on waiting for three other customers to be served before processing my refund. I was frustrated and I didn’t have time to wait and had to leave.

I found what appeared to me mouse fecal matter in my meal bag at the begining of my meal. I went to the manager and showed her what I found and she denied the possibility that there could be mice in the restaurant. I asked her what she thought the black oval speck could be and she said there are never mice there. I asked for a refund because I was disgusted. She took my credit card and only refunded my meal but wouldn't refund my two kids happy meals (they were standing right there). I asked the manager what her name was and she walked away from me. I threw all of our food out because there was no way I was letting my kids eat from such a filthy place. I went to high school around the corner so I have been going to this location for 25 years. Not anymore! I have been telling locals about my experience as well because the treatment of me was the rude icing on the cake.

I was getting take out and I bout 3 mc crispies. I also bought a large fries. And 1 SNACK WRAP. Everything came. I heard them call my order and I got it and left. When I came home my snack wrap wasn’t in the bag. This is the second time. The first time they didn’t even hand me my order. And when I drive back to get it they gave me it, I went home, and it was missing a burger. I tried calling them to get my snack wrap back or a refund. THEY DIDNT ANSWER. Don’t ever come here. They forget your order.

"Customer Service" ends when the receipt spool runs out! Looking to save a little money in these difficult time? might be better to drive on...... (Shell station nearby makes really good sandwiches and they give you receipts!!) Went to the drive window didn't get a receipt. Told that the receipt spool ran out.. Asked for a receipt to get the BOGO Egg McMuffin (to save a little money), Told "No receipt" asked for the manager and she said "sorry No Receipt" and she walked away.. When I asked for her name she didn't return to the window but was told her name was "Alexa" (pretty sure she made that up), and she never returned to assist.. I guess a receipt is too much to ask..... at least I got two napkins........

My husband bought four McRibs tonight for dinner. They were made on the wrong buns and were a complete and utter mess. If they ran out of the specific buns they should have said so. It’s a good thing we were eating and home and not in a vehicle.

I didn’t have a very good experience at this McDonald’s. The cashier was absolutely wonderful. But as we all know what counts is what you get. And not always do you get what you pay for. This is what I got $7.00 later. It looked like they threw it together for a doggie snack. It’s like no care was put into it.
