Friendly staff. Excellent sandwiches.

Love this Jersey Mike's! The staff is friendly no matter the amount if people in line. They are fast and neat. Very clean location. Only hard thing is parking right now but that is the complex they are in with construction going on taking up parking.

You come in expecting a sub shop, and that's what it is. The food is great. The staff are mindful of gluten free needs and even have a dedicated station. 4 thumbs up for that!

Great customer service! Jacob and his team corrected my order with a smile 😁 They have a good variety of flavored tortillas to create delicious wraps.

Tristen,Noah and tony received me and my coworkers with great positive attitude after coming in so close for them to close. They got everything out and made us out sandwiches.

I recently visited Jersey Mike's and had a pretty good experience. The customer service was prompt and accommodating. Although the staff member assisting me seemed a bit unenthusiastic, she was incredibly responsive to my request to swap out some turkey meat that seemed off, doing so without hesitation. The ingredients were fresh, and the bread was perfectly soft, making for a delicious meal. Overall, a five-star experience at Jersey Mike's. Highly recommended!

I walked in I was greeted, gave my order & workers came out of the back & my subs were ready in 3 minutes. Great customer service, efficient, professional & the subs were tasty.

My friend and I are both currently dieting and were able to find sandwich choices that fit our caloric needs. I always like a good protein, so I tend to gravitate toward roast beef or turkey as a choice. The meats at Jersey Mike's are freshly cut and plentiful and there are many healthy veggie choices to add. Parking was easy, and the restaurant was easy to navigate for my friend who has very low vision.

I’m from Wisconsin, visiting for a week. I asked the worker to give me her favorite sub. This lady y’all, was soooo good. Some kinda tuna, roast beef, bacon master piece. Staff were polite and the place was clean. Thank you Jersey Mikes staff. I can’t wait to visit Laguna Woods location next time I visit!

Jersey Mike's Subs are great! A step up from Subway. Always fresh and very fast to get your order made to your selections. Courteous staff and helpful to answer questions. Will definitely go back! Price is a little above Subway (maybe) but worth the few pennies more.

I've been coming here for years. Sandwiches are always top notch and the service is awesome. You might find yourself caught by a Laguna Woods rush or the occasional soccer team, but the friendly staff always have it covered. It's one of the reasons I drive past several other sandwich shops and still come here. Get a 9 Mike's way, you won't be disappointed.

love this place for many reasons. Alex is definitely a customer service star, remembers me and my usual all the time, and even jokes that I should switch it up with one of his recommendations sometimes lol. sandwiches are always consistent and of course tasty. i also appreciate how they follow masking rules, and even offered customers a mask if they don't have one! plus very clean store and everyone along with Alex is very friendly, it makes you want to contribute to the workers' college fund (tips) lol. great place definitely recommend a try and maybe i'll see you in line!

Great staff and delicious sandwiches.. Big Kahuna is definitely my favorite. If you ask me get the Big Kahuna regular size on a parmesan rosemary bread. The restaurant is always clean, and maintained neat. The staff is very helpful with any questions you may have. I've been going here almost every week and some times 3 times a week. It is a little pricey but it's worth it.

This review has honestly been a long time coming. I work in the adjacent building and eat at the Jersey Mike’s Laguna Woods location frequently, not just proximity, freshness and super clean, it’s the atmosphere and the crew. Josh helms one of the finest stores and crews, Jonathan, Tru, Brad, and others that give such a pleasant experience, you don’t feel like a customer. You come in a few times, they start calling you by your name, know why’d you eat, it’s a great place and I don’t do these recommendations often.

This New Jersey Mike's Deli since the first day of the business being open has been absolutely AMAZING ❤️ DAD 😍😚. My name is Brian, and I know the original owners. All their family is truly Good Souls and Brothers and Cousins beautiful women I would marry, and guys that have great have fun when they are busy. They love it when they are blazing fast. I would give the sandwiches they offer on their menu a 8+ to 10 on my critics scale. I'm a permanently disabled man, and a dialysis patient, chronic pain patient, and a near death event survivor of a Sept 01, 2005 near fatal head-on car crash. All I can do is pray for things I believe in as well as support the businesses that support ADA folks like me. I will have a book out soon about my Journey Back From The Grave. These guys are going to be in my Thank You/Appreciation chapter. Good fresh produce, fresh cut to order, hot/cold sandwiches, and best off all Philadelphia Taste Cakes. Love this place and the people who work here -- I eat here for lunch multiple times per week! As a pregnant woman who isn't supposed to eat cold cuts due to the risk of baby-harming bacteria (oh, the joys), the kind employees at this Jersey Mike's are always willing to grill my sliced turkey so I can eat lunch without anxiety. They know what my usual order is when I walk in the door, and they greet me with a smile. Grateful for places like this!

I've been to several of the Jersey Mikes locations, this one does it best. Bread always tastes fresh and the sandwiches are great. Friendliest staff as well. They are very quick to learn your name and make you feel welcome every visit.

Ordered on line. Pickup on the way home. Orders were correct and ready as promised 👌 This unit was busy at 5:30pm five deep.

It's a busy sandwich place for the locals, it offer good selection and quality compare with subway sandwiches. Seating is limited, and parking could be tough at times.

Food was okay for the price but the whole place kinda felt like if subway got depression (not any fault of the employees working at the time)

I really enjoy going to Mike's, especially this location, the sandwiches are always really good, I feel they are made with care, I have been on a Philly sandwich kick and Mike is the best one I can get around where I live.

Delicious and quick with friendly staff. The atmosphere is a so-so generic feeling.

The sandwich was great. Service a little slow as they were training someone. Forgot my side of jalapenos. Directions were perfect.

I opted for a mini turkey on the rosemary and Parmesan bread, Mike's Way, which comes with lettuce, pickles, tomato, provolone cheese, oil, vinegar, and spices. It was exactly what I was looking for in a light meal. The sandwich was both filling and incredibly tasty, a perfect balance for a satisfying yet not-too-heavy lunch. The staff were also super friendly and efficient, getting my order ready in no time. If you're in the mood for a delicious and quick sandwich, Jersey Mike's is definitely a solid choice.

While the food was great and the servers were kind and happy, it took 35 minutes to finally get my food, it was a rush but there no more than 12 people waiting in line in front of me

I placed order on 01/24/21 at 7:16 was informed that they would be closing in half an hour. The employee was rude to me and this seems to be a common occurrence. Their sandwichs are very good however.

Definitely a notch above Subway with their wide selection and fresh cut meats. I actually got strayed from the sandwiches and ordered a yummy wrap. The only downside to everything being made to order was the longer wait time.

I use to be a weekly regular but found out they have done away with there Sr. Discount?? I will no longer be a customer. My opinion is your sandwiches have always been over priced. It's pretty sad you can't recognize the Sr. community your doing business in by passing along some good will????

I love Jersey Mike's, but this location really has some work to do with staff training. Have been in there multiple times and each time they've messed up the sandwich. If you don't pay attention, you likely won't get bacon even if your sandwich comes with it. Asked twice for chipotle mayo and instead got nothing. Make sure you're paying attention when they are making your sandwich.

I ordered a sandwich and the same guy who was handling money at the cash register turned around and started making sandwiches with the same filthy gloves PS supervisor was there and didn’t do nothing to correct it GROSS!!!

DONT mobile ORDER Walk in instead! I waited 35 minutes for a mobile order and there was no line inside. I waited when they could have just made the sandwich right in front of me.

This is the 3rd time there has been an issue. From rude management that likes to argue with customers because you order a sandwich differently from the menu. For instance, a meat combination not on the wall. Like salami and pepperoni. When they screw up a sandwich, they want to defend themselves insted of fixing it. Since this issue I have is only when I go to this location, I say poor management, it is in their culture. Go to a different Mike's.

Cheese so thin it was translucent, very little meat, and after asking for extra meat, which you pay extra for, he put on the thinnest tiniest half slices. So disappointing and not at all what we expect from a Mike’s Subs. My sweet daughter even asked me what was wrong with the man cutting the meats!

I usually come here once a week for lunch. This last time plain out sucked. I ordered rosemary and got bottom piece of bread rosemary while top was wheat. Also there was hardly any meat or lettuce, the sandwhich was flat and to say the least not very good. Unfortunately i dont get enough time on lunch to complain about it to manager.

In about a year they have gone from 15$ to 17.50 and the quality has gone down and the staff have gone down. They make weird comments won't pick up th phone and take 30 minutes to make a sandwich. They don't prioritize well and again they are overpriced.
