Except for being a bit small, they get you in and out fast thru the drive thru. I have walked up to the window a few times and also great service. Good addition to the city of LW.

Awesome! My little one wanted to try some fancy Grinch drink and they were so cool about it. It was really good apparently.

My go-to place for breakfast. Great latte and a smoked ham and swiss on a croissant. I can't seem to change my order. It must be a latte and SHSC.

Great drive thru Starbucks with really friendly staff. Came by the other night right before close. Their registers weren't working so rather than refuse service they gave me my drink and snack for FREE!! Really great staff that knows how to take care of their customers.

I was in this Starbucks on December 30th and the Barista could clearly see that I was very upset. She asked me if I was okay, which I thought was very kind of her. She also told me my drink was on the house and to have a wonderful day. I want her to know that I really appreciated her kindness and love that she gave to me that day.

This is the only Starbucks in the area with a drive thru and they have the friendliest staff I’ve ever seen. My order is always correct, there is little to no wait, and I am never disappointed. My favorite Starbucks hands down!

Always order through the app so I can pick up through the drive thru or mobile pick up window when the drive thru line is long. Always excellent service, beverages and food.

Convenient location on the corner. Drive thru line is usually too long for me which also makes it difficult to park and pickup at the window. There isn't any inside access.

I have to admit, I am a Starbucks addict and with the fall season I could never resist my favorite flat white with a piece of cranberry bliss. Recently, I tried the power greens bowl, and it took me two days to finish. It was delicious and healthy, which is a rare combination in fast food industry. My favorite spot is at Torrance crossroads, the barristers are always welcoming, caring and make sure you get the drinks and food just the way you like it. The store is also well maintained and clean. That store is an example of Starbucks philosophy.

Small little Starbucks, no indoor area, just the drive-thru and a counter to order from, not much of anywhere to sit outside either. Lines can get pretty long at times, but the staff keeps things moving swiftly. Drinks are always made perfectly and they always offer my dog a puppaccino!!

I had to ask for supervisor to help me. I am very disappointed. They should know if they give the food or drink and is drive thru that we need napken. At least she could ask before closing her window and ignore you. Please make it sure to give proper training to your employees. I give 4 star for the food and drink. Thank you 🙏.

Interesting shop, drive-thru and walk-up order/service only. Friendly baristas and good service at the walk-up window. Depending on the time of day, the drive-thru will be crazy long. Parking can be difficult because the lot is tiny and you can get locked in by the drive-thru cars.

This Starbucks is actually a Drive through with a walk-up counter. First time I have seen one like this. It is on a busy intersection but you can only enter from the two side cross streets. Both are divided roads so this is the reason only entry from the 2 roads. They open at 4:00 a.m. which surprised me. Never thought Starbucks being open for business at that time of day but I am not up then. The barista was friendly and we talked about the Christmas cups that sold out quickly. The downside for this place, in my opinion, was the outside tables were dirty. They were not busy so it would have been easy for someone to walk outside and wipe down tables. My reason for 4 stars.

Quaint drive-thru location with limited outdoor seating and one public restroom. Service is very good. Morning hours used to start at 4:30 AM... now 5:00 AM(weekdays). Tight U-turn for the drive-thru if you enter off Moulton.

Egg whites were put into an oatmeal container. When I returned to the window thinking I was given oatmeal, the worker let me know the egg whites were inside the oatmeal container. There was no stopper in the lid so the drink splashed onto the center console. Not the worst experience, but could use some improvement.

I ordered a caramel brulle cappuccino ( which I do only once a year). I took my beverage and drove on towards my next destination. Upon taking one sip, I was in sugar shock!!! It had no taste of coffee whatsoever. I pulled over, removed the lid, and saw only white. I poured in a single serve cold brew, tried that, and it still only tasted like I'd taken a swig of pure syrup. Needless to say, the beverage was not drinkable. I think of all the more practical ways I could have spent the $5.75. Never again. Ugh, gross yuck. My teeth still hurt!! OK, so I went back 2 days later, with that same coffee, and the young male barista gladly remade the cappuccino, and man, was it dee-lidhus!!!

drive-thru service is not good they're extremely rude they rush you and they didn't have sleeves for their hot drink and I burned my hand when I'm pregnant. I wish they would have warned me that it was going to be hot. it was literally too hot to handle and they shouldn't be serving things like that. didn't even offer a napkin or anything to compensate for not having any sleeves.

I ordered a brownie. And I was Not asked if I wanted it warmed up. They warmed it up and it was a melted mess!! Runny all over-I had to throw the whole thing away.

As a truck driver who's truck wouldn't fit in the drive thru and who orders multiple drinks a day from Starbucks I'm disappointed at how rudely I was denied service and wasn't allowed to walk through the drive thru to order a drink. I am out here helping the country and can't even be served in a time of crisis.

Coming from someone who works at a starbucks, i’m kind of disappointed in the way I was treated going through the drive thru today. I understand they were busy, they asked for a moment, so I took the time to look at the menu and figure out what I wanted. Almost everything I tried to order, they were out of. Instead of informing me of what they do have, they rudely interrupted me, cutting my order short. I understand you guys are busy, but maybe try starting with what you’re out of so people know right off the bat?
