Ordered a western bacon cheese burger combo, kids hamburger, original fat burger cheese burger, 6 piece bourbon bbq wings and chilli cheese fries. Spent $60 for a family of 4. Food was freshly made and delicious ❣️ Restaurant was clean and well maintained. Highly recommend 👍👍

Great spot in a small little $trip Mall. Great staff and Great Burgers!!! A little expensive for me but for Los Angeles pretty standard for decent Quality Food. Have Enjoyed My last Couple of Visit$. Recommended ✅

Burgers are delicious; super juicy and made to order. The service was great and there was plenty of places to sit. The vegan chocolate shake is better than I expected ! Definitely worth it if you’re lactose intolerant.

The name of this place is an understatement. Most other places make their burgers look huge on advertisements. You get the burgers from the other guys and they are the size of a quarters and somehow squished to the thickness of an aluminum can when crushed. Some places you cant even call them a burger anymore. Might as well call them sliders. So I walk in with this mentality that there burgers are tiny. Mind you I have never tried them and looking at the menu im thinking i'm covering my bases with what would be the usual. As i'm ordering the person is sarcastically saying "aaallllright, are you sure?" by this point it great repore was established. I did not believe her when I ordered the double cheeseburger. Good thing I did not go triple. Which come to find out the triple is part of their challenge. I can see why. Just what I ordered was a challenge in itself. which I left the chili fries for the next day. As for the flavor, its different. This is not your thousand island secret sauce or ketchup and mustard burger. I like the flavor combination of mustard and relish. Might have been cool in hot dogs but interesting in burger form. This a place that i will come back to. Just an awesome place. People are friendly and down to earth. It does take a bit for the cooking unless you state rare for the burger. so patience is necessary. Worth it though

It's been years since I've last been at a Fatburger. The staff was very helpful and made sure I was happy with my order! Great customer service. Not picture but I also order a vanilla milkshake and loved it!

I love this place the staff is always nice and the food is always good.. I will say the meat can be undercooked every time I go my burger is always undercooked and I have to request a new one but I still continue to return to the store I just have to ask for my meat to be well done

Got the wings and burger combo. Everything was good as far as quality, presentation, and taste. The counter lady was super nice too. The wings need to be cooked longer. Were a lil chewy. But that can be easily fixed by cookin em longer. Just ask for em extra crispy. But the quality, size and flavor were great. Burger was deelish. But they put pickles and relish on it. Next time id get no relish cuz it was over powering by the end. But quality and taste were on point. Overall everything was great except my preferences. I woulda gave them a 5 star, but the food came to about $30. Burger coulda been bigger. Alil expensive but the quality is good.

Clean and nice inside. I been eating fat burger since 88' at the Hollywood location. It definitely nostalgic to eat one. The burger itself is loaded with lots of topping like mayo relish lettuce tomato onion. Your be looking a to $9 for a regular fatburger. They sprinkle a little much salt on the patty while it's cooking. The kids meal was $13 with a baby fat burger. So just get a regular size fatburger with fries for $11.50! Save the extra for later!

Been wanting to try the wings here since they opened. I ordered for pickup King's Hawaiian crispy chicken sandwich, 10-piece traditional wings with Carolina Fire BBQ sauce (, fat fries and skinny fries (but they gave me onion rings instead. Boo). The food was good overall, sandwich was crispy with decent flavor and wings were tasty too. Onion rings & fries were fine but a little bland, wish they added some salt or some seasoning. Fries were a little soggy (which I'll blame on the wait time until I picked up). Staff was friendly, place is clean located on the plaza on the corner with its own parking.

This review is entirely based on ordering, not the food. Honestly I don't know if 1 star is entirely fair, but it has been frustrating... so I'll leave 2. We made an order late on new years eve (so 1am new years). The website indicated it was open, prominently advertised it's open until 3am status in fact and fully accepted and processed the pickup order. I traveled there to pick up and it was completely closed.. open til 3 am banners mocking me coldly in the bitter wind. That would've been fine, my bad for trusting the ordering system, but for two days after I tried to call for a refund because there was no way to do so through their site. Every time, all 5 times, no one answered the phone. Ultimately I just reversed it with my bank, but calling the location is fat burgers info on their site. Disappointing, but love their food.

Today was the worst I have ever had at this fatburger location, burger was very sloppy and did not look or taste good. Someone added mayo to my order, i didnt ask for. I ask for relish , barely tasted it. Onion rings were cold and old tasting , not fresh at all. Food sucked. I spent $18.00 for some crap. Im not going back, thats for sure. what happened to this place? Food used to be good there.

I dont complain much well yeah i do 😂Never had fat burger, but I came to this one to inquire. I didn't know they accepted food stamps So I stopped at this one. I can pay cash or EBT the lady with the horrible makeup at first was nice, and I asked her about the EBT she said all the machines down for the government. She said yes, then I started looking and I did say it's pretty pricey, she said, we make all our stuff fresh "sure" "Then she asked me," Am I still looking and to have a good day she needs to learn how to do customer service and not judge people In my opinion, courtesy goes a long way I should know I do uber eats anyways won't come back to this one for sure
