Capa at the Four Seasons delivered a true 10/10 dining experience. From the moment we sat down, everything felt amazing from the service to the presentation and, of course, the food. Our server Josh was fantastic. Attentive without hovering, knowledgeable about the menu, and he took care of our party of 9 with ease. I started with the Verdes salad, which was incredibly fresh and beautifully balanced. The sweetness of the pear paired perfectly with the greens and truffled goat cheese. Literally one of the best salads I've had. For my entrée, I ordered the Bone-In Cowboy Ribeye, and wow... absolutely phenomenal. The steak was cooked perfectly with a gorgeous char and deep, rich flavor. Tender, juicy, and exactly what you hope for when ordering a prime ribeye. My friend ordered the Chilean Sea Bass, which was buttery, delicate, and cooked very well. We also enjoyed the duck, which was rich, flavorful, and incredibly well prepared. To top it off, valet was complimentary! This is a great date night spot or birthday dinner!
Capa is undoubtedly an exceptional restaurant. Our server, Jared, was incredibly courteous and attentive. We decided to indulge in tapas and appetizers, which were both delicious. The star of our meal was the coconut dessert; it was arguably one of the finest we’ve ever tasted. However, we found the melon and apple dessert to be a bit too light for our taste buds.
Capa is a beautiful restaurant, perfect for special occasions. We went to celebrate our 3 year anniversary, and it was a dinner we won’t soon forget. From the hostess, Valeria, to the bartender, Anna, and our amazing, amazing server, Kayla, who makes great recommendations and is so personable, the entire Capa staff made our night special, and everyone acknowledged our anniversary. Reservations were easy to make, and the restaurant was able to accommodate seat requests for fireworks viewing. The food is delicious, and while you may think tapas are small, very filling. Beautiful atmosphere, beautiful plating, it is no wonder this is a Michelin Star restaurant. Extra highlights: They have “Shout To-Go!” wipes to remove stains should anyone have a small spill, and valet parking is validated
Another amazing anniversary dinner at Capa!! We have been coming 5 years now. Thank you Jared, our awesome server, for making everything so special! Food was excellent as always. Had the oysters for an appetizer, which came from Florida, so I was super skeptical about them, but they ended up being delicious! They explained the source from a local farmer in new Smyrna Beach, who is very regulated and thorough in his process of harvesting the oysters. We also had the salad with pear, which was amazing! For entrées I had the bone filet, which was cooked perfectly so tender and excellent char. Did the squash as a side which was surprisingly good!! Desserts we did the chocolate cake and the cheesecake, the chocolate cake was the winner as always!! Overall amazing night and ended watching the fireworks off the balcony!
An Absolutely Exceptional Dining Experience! Capa exceeded every expectation from start to finish. The atmosphere was stunning, the food was exquisite, and the service was truly next level. Our server, Adam, was incredible and so knowledgeable about the menu, attentive to every detail, and genuinely passionate about what he does. He guided us through the menu and helped us choose the perfect dishes, not just the common picks, but unique selections that completely elevated the experience. Every course was exceptional, there wasn’t a single thing that wasn’t perfect. From presentation to flavor, it was five-star all the way. If you’re looking for an unforgettable fine-dining experience, Capa is the place!
We were celebrating our daughter’s birthday in Capa and it was the best decision. Everything we can say about the food, the atmosphere, and Alan’s attention was excellent. The cuts of meat on point, the delicious sauces and their tasty and elegant desserts. The view from the terrace is a delight. Cue an incredible family evening. We will definitely be back!
I’ve been Capa many times and it’s been one of my favorite restaurants since my first visit. They never let me down, every single time. That’s why I chose Capa for my birthday dinner. I knew the bespoken hospitable services I was about to receive, and the tasty food I was going to enjoy. Last night I went there with my close friend, and our server was Samatha. She’s very sweet and knowledgeable. My friend was first time in Capa, Samatha nicely explained the menu and recommended couple dishes my friend would like. Even though she doesn’t speak Spanish, her pronunciation of all food items (in Spanish) was so perfect. That’s how you know the management team did great job in training. The GM of the restaurant, Chris Wong, also stopped by and greeted us. He made us feel really welcomed. The entire dining experience was amazing as usual. Smooth transition from course to course. Everyone in the FOH team was knowledgeable and attentive, we felt being very well taken care of. I also work in the restaurant industry, I understand the hard work their management team has put behind the door. Capa is definitely a great place to dine and to look up to as a restaurant owner. However, there were a little disappointments about the steak we ordered and their reservation system. I mentioned clearly on the phone with Four Seasons reservation team that it was my birthday, but Capa members didn’t receive anything. Thanks to myself that I reminded our server it was my birthday, otherwise I would miss the pretty dessert bday platting. I was really excited to try the cowboy bone in steak but it was really lack of seasonings and the plate was even not warmed. We were surprised about that. Last night was a bit cold, the restaurant AC was a bit strong, and I went to bathroom shortly before enjoying it, so when we ate the steak, it was really plain and fatty. The cold ruins the steak. That’s the only bad thing I would say, about my birthday dinner. Overall, Capa is still doing outstanding job in providing fabulous dining experience. But to be very honest, if Capa can’t perfect in making steak, it shouldn’t be called as a steakhouse…
We visited the restaurant for our 25th anniversary. The place is gorgeous from the entrance of the hotel and all the way to the restaurant. Our waitress, Kayla, was very friendly and thoughtful. The food came perfect and was delicious. Definitely a place you should consider for a special occasion.
I had such an exceptional dinner experience here at Capa. First of all, I have to appreciate our server Kevin, who truly made our night special and memorable. He took the time to communicate with us and guided us through the best way to experience Capa. Every single dish he recommended was perfectly on point and worked beautifully together. The food was incredibly delicious, well-balanced, and really highlighted each ingredient’s natural flavor. My wife and I have been to several Michelin-starred restaurants, including 2- and 3-stars in NYC and Asia, but our dining experience with Kevin was honestly one of the best. You can also see the Disney fireworks from here, and Kevin even let us know the perfect timing to step out and watch them… The Japanese Wagyu and Iberico pork steaks were ridiculously good. Highly recommended for sure.
Amazing experience! Excepting we ordered was superb! The view on the patio is stunning as well. You can see Epcot one direction and Disney World from the other. Might have been the best meal I've ever had in my life! Highly recommend!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was our first time dining at Capa, the Michelin-starred rooftop restaurant at the Four Seasons Orlando, and it was a highlight of our trip. The setting is incredible, dining on the rooftop with a view of the fireworks felt magical. The atmosphere is modern but warm, and the service was exactly what you’d expect from Four Seasons: attentive without being intrusive. We shared the Porterhouse steak, seafood platter, and it was outstanding, cooked perfectly, flavorful, and definitely large enough for two. Everything from the sides to the sauces complemented it beautifully. Capa really delivers on both food and experience. If you’re visiting Orlando and want a memorable evening, this is the place.
During our stay at the four seasons Orlando, we decided to book a nice dinner on our chill day off from the parks. We heard great things about Capa and we love trying Michelin starred restaurants so it was a no brainer. The food def met expectations. The Iberico ham was delicious and def of the highest quality as the nuttiness from the acorns was prominent. Always a nice treat as it’s not super easy to come by here. The patatas bravas was a surprise hit for me. I generally don’t like them because they’re never actually crispy and taste like chunky fries which I hate but these were so crispy and addictive. Croquettes are always good, you really can’t have a bad one. They didn’t blow my mind but they were good. Octopus was tender and delicious and the sauce was excellent. Waygu steak was cooked to perfection and enjoyable. Churros were good (a little too crispy for me but that’s personal preference) but the dulce de leche sauce was amazing and stood out to me! It was actually dulce de leche and not some caramely sickly sweet sauce that lot of places seem to pass off as dulce de leche. For drinks, I had a couple glasses of champagne and my partner some glasses of wine. Service was also excellent. Our waiter was great. Never felt like he was intruding but he was always there when we needed something. It was as if he was a mind reader. He also brought us out to the terrace to catch the fireworks before bringing us dessert which was nice. Im always in admiration of great service because it’s not really common anymore even in these spaces so I wish I remembered his name but he was wearing glasses with short hair. He definitely added to our wonderful night at Capa.
We came to Capa for my friend’s birthday, and it felt like the perfect place for a special occasion. The food was excellent and matched the atmosphere, which is elegant and memorable since my friend dressed up for her special day. We were also able to capture photos both in the Four Seasons hotel lobby and inside the restaurant, which made the evening even more special. This is the kind of place I would recommend when you want an upscale dinner that feels like an experience.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ MUST-VISIT ROOFTOP RESTAURANT Unreal experience from start to finish. Kayla, our server, was next-level attentive, friendly, and absolutely on point with every recommendation. Easily one of the best servers I’ve ever had. She made the night unforgettable. The food was 🔥croquetas, pork belly, dates, and octopus were all amazing. Palomas and margaritas were perfectly made. The cowboy ribeye was cooked to perfection. Incredible rooftop views, amazing vibes, and fireworks 🎆 to top it off. 10/10 experience. Highly recommend. Will be back.
We are very much midwesterners that count a 60 dollar dinner for two as a special occasion price point. So when I decided to reserve a table here on our 20th anniversary, I was intimidated going into the experience. However our waiter was excellent and put us at ease immediately. He helped us get up front for the fireworks, I think in honor of our celebration. And then gave us free desserts at the end (he insisted we choose two even though we lamented it would be wasted because we were so full!). We had several tapas and the chicken entree, but my favorite dish all night was the olive oil cake. The yuzu cream was wonderful. We had a great time!
Last night we had a spectacular dinner at Capa, celebrating my oldest son's birthday, we ate spectacularly, the service was unbeatable. The only downside is that sitting near the kitchen leaves you smelling like food. Still, I highly recommend it.

I will give the whole experience five star because of the location of the restaurant in the top of one of the great Four season hotel you’re actually getting your dinner with a star of Walt Disney show by night magnificent view. Now we talk about the food. The dish is like an art And delicious of course the server Britney very nice assisting with menu. The price is not that expensive, comparing the whole experience. Very recommended to try.
Fantastic experience, the bone-in ribeye melted in your mouth, but the star dish of the evening was the octopus! We will certainly be back! Our server elevated our experience, and the drinks were perfectly crafted!
Absolutely incredible experience; amazing food, our server Kayla was fantastic, the fireworks view- everything was 10/10. The perfect place for a special birthday dinner. I think we’ll have to make it a yearly tradition!
Dinner at Capa was exceptional. From the start, our server Katie made the experience stand out. She knew the menu inside and out, guided us through the options with confidence, and struck the perfect balance of attentiveness without ever being intrusive. The food itself was memorable across the board. The foie gras was seared just right, rich and smooth over the toasted bread. The bacon-wrapped dates were a great mix of sweet and smoky… Simple but addictive. The porterhouse was cooked beautifully, tender inside with a great char on the outside. The seafood paella had layers of flavor, from the rice that carried a hint of the sea to the sweetness of the scallops and shrimp, with the charred lemon tying it all together. Even the roasted cauliflower surprised us: flavorful, nicely seasoned, and plated in a way that made it feel special. Desserts sealed the deal. The churros were crisp, light, and perfectly paired with the dipping sauce, while the chocolate coulant was rich and decadent without being heavy. Katie’s service elevated everything. She anticipated needs before we had to ask and made thoughtful recommendations throughout the evening. Ratings: • Food: 5/5 • Service: 5/5 • Ambiance: 5/5 • Overall: 5/5 Capa delivered on every front—food, service, and atmosphere. An experience worth repeating.
My family and I had an incredible experience at this restaurant. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the beautiful ambiance—simple, elegant décor that created a calm and inviting atmosphere without feeling overdone. The food was absolutely delicious. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. It’s clear that high-quality ingredients and attention to detail are a priority here. One of the highlights was the view from the patio. Overlooking the golf course, it offers a peaceful and scenic backdrop you can even see Epcot and Magic Kingdom in the distance, which adds a magical touch to the entire dining experience. Service was also excellent—friendly, attentive, and professional, making the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended—I’m already looking forward to going back!
This was the best meal we had while in Orlando but to be fair, that is an extremely low bar. The service was super friendly if a touch on the slow side and the food was good though I was surprised to find out that this is a Michelin starred restaurant. Was not wildly impressed by the tomato toast but we enjoyed the patatas bravas and bacon wrapped dates and I really like my chicken two ways.
It was a nice night, we watched the sun set and had some really yummy food, however our service could have been much better. Our waitress did not know the menu, I heard other waiters explain the food in depth… where is was source, how it’s prepared etc. That’s what I expect when I come to a Michelin star restaurant, specially one awarded four years straight. That being said, the food was still great and I enjoyed seeing the views on the patio. If you are staying at the Four Seasons, you should definitely check this restaurant out, however, a local like myself wouldn’t return. The mojito moderno was one of the BEST cocktails i’ve ever had. I would return simply for that drink again, it’s worth the $20 and I normally wouldn’t say that.
I’ve been going to CAPA prior to their Michelin Star awards. Their porterhouse is always cooked to perfection served with their CAPA steak sauce.. but yesterday, it was not. I was devastated. I thought it was a side order but nope, completely off the menu. No shishito peppers on the steak either. Our server Sam was amazing and brought out a variety of other sauces for us to try but it didn’t compare to the CAPA steak sauce. Other dishes include mushroom paella, pan con tomate w manchego, calabazza and cerdo- all were good. Dessert wise, the olive oil cake was so thin and small, maybe 3inches wide and <1in thick? While tasty, portion size was disappointing. We were recommended the Basque cheesecake which was soft and creamy and served with the churros made it decadent. We had some leftovers and when I got home, the bone from the steak was missing, which was very upsetting because the bone is sometimes the best part. Our server, Sam was again very knowledgeable, attentive, nice, and relayed all our feedback to the kitchen.
My husband took me to this restaurant to celebrate my birthday. The staff was extremely attentive, and our waitress provided excellent service. The food was spectacular — the croquettes and the desserts were incredible. However, the meat was one of the worst I’ve had, especially for a Michelin-rated restaurant. It was very tough and chewy, even though we ordered it medium. The view from the restaurant and the overall service were excellent.

Beautiful restaurant, great service and bar menu. The meat was perfect, highly recommend the iberico pork. Beautiful presentation, definitely order the dates. The pork belly was overdone and dry, wish there was less garlic in a lot of dishes, couldn't hear the server over all the noise inside but everything else was great. They brought us dessert (anniversary) so I didn't get to order the one I wanted and I'll have to go back, oh no! Don't have to twist my arm, we'll see if the weather is nice and ask for the patio next time for the gorgeous views. On top of the solid experience, if your thing is photography or Instagram it's perfect for that too, be prepared for very low lighting at night. We enjoyed the restaurant and will definitely add it to our area to do list on future trips.
Capa is located in a beautiful residential community with stunning views and a luxurious setting. However, the food and service do not meet the standards of a Michelin-star restaurant. The dishes lack presentation — for example, the steak was served plain, more like a typical steakhouse than a fine-dining experience. We were also expecting a complimentary dessert for our birthday celebration, but none was offered. Overall, the experience wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t worth the $600 bill for a group of four.
