Was expecting experience over quality and was blown away with how delicious everything was. Cornelius gave us excellent service and was very accommodating of our party's food allergies. Got the fish tacos (see picture) but the pot roast was one of the best I've ever had.

This place is so very cute for families and kids. Both my teenagers loved the atmosphere! We ordered the jerk chicken and shrimp pasta to share and it was plenty for myself and my daughter who is 20. Both my son and I got drinks with souvenir cups which for the price was a good deal And fun to take home!

We had the best time at Rainforest Café!! It was our 3rd visit in 2025 and we just absolutely love it. We were seated quickly by the waterfall/statue holding the globe it was perfect. Our server David was phenomenal. He had waters for the table within minutes of being seated and took care of us exceptionally well during our entire meal. Really pleased with everything the atmosphere, food, service, etc. are all top-notch. It's our favorite and we will visit again! This visit was during Christmas break so all the animals had Santa hats my kids just adored the holiday vibe!!

Went to Rainforest Cafe for dinner today, and it was great! I got the fish n chips and fries. The fish n chips were ginormous! The fries were also great. Outside every about 30 minutes there is an eruption thst blasts out fire. The fire was so much you can feel it.

We had such a fantastic experience at Rainforest Cafe! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was fun, immersive, and perfect for making memories. Our waitress, Stephanie, truly made the experience exceptional. She was friendly, attentive, patient, and handled everything with such a positive attitude. With a busy restaurant and lots going on, she never missed a beat and made sure our party of 10 had everything we needed. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests. I also want to give a huge shout-out to the hostess, who was incredibly accommodating and helpful. She went out of her way to make sure our group was taken care of and welcomed, which set the tone for the entire visit. Great food, fun atmosphere, and outstanding service from start to finish. This is exactly how dining out should feel. We will absolutely be back

Love Rainforest. We try and stop whenever we’re in town. Chris N took great care of us. Helpful with the menu, patient with our kids, was super friendly and made the meal so wonderful and memorable. The menu offerings are great for kids and adult. The atmosphere of the restaurant is so fun. It kept the littles entertained while we waited for the food. We walked up and waited maybe 10 minutes for a table. Reservations are recommended, especially for larger groups!

We had a great time at Rainforest Cafe in Disney Springs. It had been years since we’d been to one, so it felt like a fun throwback and very nostalgic. Our older kids especially loved it. The atmosphere is really what makes this place. It’s immersive, lively, and entertaining. Our server, Jill, was fantastic. She was very nice, attentive, energetic, and genuinely helpful, which made the experience even better. The food was pretty good. Not amazing, but solid and enjoyable. Overall, it was a fun experience and a great stop for families, especially if you’re looking for something nostalgic and unique.

It was possibly the best food I’ve ever had and the portions were huge for really good prices. Awesome restaurant with a great vibe. The food was delicious and the service was spot-on. We told our waitress Tonya that it was our anniversary, and she totally surprised us — several people from the restaurant came over singing ‘Happy Anniversary’ At first we thought it was for someone else, and then we realized it was for us. Rainforest Cafe is a fun and unique family dining experience. It's a great place for adults and kids of all ages. My wife had steak and shrimp that was tender and delicious. I had a meatloaf dinner that was very good. Also coffee and cocktails, and dining in a rainforest is one of a kind fun. Service was also very good and prices reasonable. They also have a really nice gift shop that we couldn't pass up.

Amazing place, First time here while on vacation and it was definatly an experience to never forget. Donovan was my "Safari Guide" for the evening and was amazing. He explained everything and even helped make some important food choice decisions. I had the salmon and coconut shrimp and it did not disapoint. The salmon was cooked to perfection. Recommend the experience for anyone visiting and expecially if you have small children. It was the first time during my trip that not only did i get my 3 year old to eat real food, but clear his plate. The Dino nuggets were a big hit!

Rainforest cafe here in Disney Springs is one of my most cherished places to come! I am here on a solo try and had to come eat, but wanted to sit outside for the first time. Olivia was my server and she was amazing! She gave me the best recommendation for dinner when I was torn between what I wanted to order. She suggested the bruschetta chicken and I am so glad she did!!! It was AMAZING! The food was hot, fresh and delicious and she was a wonderful server! Pleasant and friendly and went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. I felt a little awkward eating alone, but she made me feel welcome! Thank you Olivia! An unforgettable experience from start to finish! My daughter loves Rainforest Café-themed restaurants, so on our recent trip to Orlando, this was a must — and I’m so glad we made it happen! We’ve been to a few smaller locations inside malls, but this one, located in Disney Springs, is on another level. From the moment you walk up, it’s a show — a giant volcano façade with flames shooting from the top, a waterfall by the entrance, and even a misty path leading to the outdoor seating area. The attention to detail is incredible, and the ambiance inside and out is pure magic. We were greeted right away by our server, Steve, who was nothing short of amazing. Friendly, patient, funny, and full of great recommendations. He made the entire experience even better. Now for the food — wow. I don’t use the word “incredible” lightly, but everything was fresh, flavorful, and full of character: • Cajun Steak – A total flavor bomb. Juicy, perfectly seasoned, smoky, and charred. Hands down my favorite dish (and funny enough, it wasn’t even my order). • Rasta Pasta – Creamy, cheesy, and balanced perfectly with peppers, onions, and my added broccoli. • Python Pasta – Cheesy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. • Awesome Appetizer Sampler – Everything hit. From the cheese curds to the southwest egg rolls, it was packed with flavor. We even added the Mojo Bones Ribs for an extra $11 — small but mighty, smoky, and fall-off-the-bone good. • Mongoose Mai Tai – A fun tropical drink with good flavor, though not too strong. The portions were generous, the presentation was great, and the overall vibe was one of fun and excitement. You can tell the staff takes pride in what they do. Special thanks again to Steve for making our last night in Orlando truly special. Whether you’re with family, on a date, or just exploring solo — this is a must-visit spot. If you’re in Disney Springs, don’t walk here… RUN!

I honestly expect BAD food at these themed type of places. You’re really going for the experience more than anything. I have to admit, I was pleasantly surprised. The strawberry mojito was excellent, the Asian chicken lettuce wraps were SO SO good and then for my main meal I had the chicken quesadillas. Packed heavily with chicken, great cheese ratio. Wife had the burger and loved it as well. Our service was amazing as well, she brought things we didn’t even ask for yet just in case. This place truly deserves its 5 stars.

Been to the Rainforest Cafe in Niagara Falls Canada, pretty identical offering here in Disney Springs. Love the atmosphere, there was a significant wait but we were offered bar seats with now wait, expecting to sit “at the bar” however there were booths for us, just not within view of the animatronics. Our server, Luiz Fernando, was excellent, very personable and attentive. Food was good but not exceptional. We got Korean chicken wraps which were the highlight of the meal. Burger was on the salty side which was disappointing but not entirely unexpected at all chain restaurant. Chicken caprese sandwich was very good as well. Souvenir glasses were a nice touch, though you’re paying for them, a $16 glass of beer. Prices were generally high, but it is Disney. A good time overall though.

The Rainforest Café at Disney Springs is a fun and lively spot, especially if you’re visiting with kids. The restaurant is decorated exceptionally well — the jungle theme, animatronic animals, and periodic “storms” make the whole experience feel like an adventure. It’s definitely one of the more entertaining dining options in the area. The menu is surprisingly diverse, with plenty of choices for just about any taste. The food itself was tasty, though I’d describe it as elevated bar food rather than anything gourmet. Still, the portions were solid, and everything we tried was flavorful and well-prepared. Overall, it’s a great place for families or anyone looking for a unique atmosphere and a wide range of menu options. Just don’t go in expecting fine dining — go for the experience, and you’ll have a great time.

We were celebrating my daughter’s 9th birthday. Her request was rainforest and this service and atmosphere did not disappoint. Marcus and Bruno were our servers and honestly made the whole experience awesome! Their attention to detail and prompt attentive service was 5 star. We enjoyed ourselves although the taste and quality of the food was not as expected. If I had to describe it I would say it’s closer to cafeteria food as opposed to fine dining. The light up cups were a hit although the drink in them was watered down (strawberry lemonade). All in all we got what we came for which was an awesome experience for my daughter. I just wish the food were better.
