Ravello felt like discovering a true gem. Every single dish was delicious, and the staff was both friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu. I had the pappardelle alla bolognese and my husband ordered the pesto rigatoni—both were insanely good. We also shared the pizza alla Sicilia and the meatballs, and I was genuinely blown away by everything. We finished strong with the Italian chocolate cake, which was absolutely divine. An incredible dining experience from start to finish. We will visit again next time we are in Orlando.
Great atmosphere, service was excellent, Caesar salad was good (lightly dressed), meatball appetizer was a favorite, Bolognese sauce was spot on (pasta comes al dente). Overall a 4.5. Great wine selection (average cost per class is $20).
Have eaten at Ravello thrice over the past year, and have loved it every single time. The food is reasonably priced for a Four Seasons restaurant, and always delicious. The service has been superb each time. A huge thank you to Faith, who is one of the best servers / waitresses we have ever had anywhere. Will always come back to Ravello. They have gained a lifelong customer through being awesome every single time I visit. Pro tip: I’m sure the chocolate cake on the Ravello menu is good - but the in-room dining chocolate cake is incredible. You can always ask them for it instead of the on-menu cake.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I visited Ravello at the Four Seasons Orlando for Magical Dining, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is elegant yet comfortable, and the service was some of the best I’ve ever had—our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and made the evening feel special. For my entrée, I had the lamb, which was cooked perfectly—tender, flavorful, and beautifully plated alongside grains and vegetables. Every bite felt thoughtful and refined. For dessert, I chose the cannoli, which was a highlight of the evening. The shell was crisp, the filling rich and smooth, and the drizzle of chocolate brought everything together perfectly. The Magical Dining menu offered amazing value without sacrificing quality, and Ravello truly delivered a five-star experience. From presentation to flavor to service, everything exceeded expectations. I’ll definitely be returning—even outside of Magical Dining season!
I dined at Ravello tonight and I had an absolutely amazing experience, the food and drinks were phenomenal and my server Sarah was outstanding. I had the Branzino which delicious and prepared perfectly. Sarah went above and beyond and provided the best service. Highly recommend sitting with her!! I can tell she has been serving here for a long time because her knowledge of the food menu and the drinks was so extensive, thank you so much for such a pleasurable experience, I can't wait to return.
An incredible dining experience with above and beyond service. I celebrated my 30th birthday at this restaurant, where I was celebrated and spoiled by the staff here. Our waters were never empty, the food was delicious and fresh, and our server Fredel was friendly and professional. Thank you for the complimentary birthday dessert plate! We left this experience so taken away by the hospitality. I would love to celebrate very birthday here!
The meal was overall excellent quality, though it was a bit salty for my taste. I usually find creamy ravioli too rich, but this one had a deep, well-balanced flavor that I really enjoyed. The freshly baked pizza was also great, and the veal was tender and delicious. The dessert was outstanding as well. I ended up eating a bit more than usual! Oh, and the service was wonderful—although I don’t remember any names, all the servers were genuinely kind and attentive. I’d definitely consider coming back. 07/09/2025
Food was absolutely delicious and service was even better! My partner and I were celebrating our anniversary there, and they had surprised us with a cute little message on our dessert. The vibes are 10/10, I can’t wait to go back!
Absolutely phenomenal service and delicious food - the meatballs and the ravioli are a must try. Had a wonderful experience. Our server Grace was exceptional. Cannot wait to be back.
Exceptional Hospitality!! Our bartender and server Scotty was incredible. He went above and beyond to make us feel at home, was extremely knowledgeable and even gave us a tour in their speak easy bar. Chef Jose was also very friendly and hospitable, the pizza was ridiculously good! Can’t say enough about the experience and the atmosphere. Food was so good, and the next time we visit Orlando, we will absolutely make it a point to come back. Thank you, John & Ariana
I have put off writing this for too long. Selfishly I want to keep it a well guarded secret, however, this is the best culinary experience of Italian Cuisine I have ever had. Fortunately I have caved to a self imposed moral obligation of not being selfish. We have eaten here four times, as of this writing, (it would be more, but we live in New York). Our last visit was with two other families and it is no exaggeration to say we really talked it up pre dining, so much so in fact that my wife and I started to wonder if the actual experience would not meet the high bar we had set for our foodie friends. Once again Ravello rose to the occassion and exceeded everyone's expectations, including our own. We were a group of thirteen people, ranging in age from adults all the way to the youngest of five years old and everyone was raving, not just over the quality of the food, but of the whole experience. No small feat. Outside of going to Italy, this is the most authentic Italian food experience you will ever have, period. The atmosphere, the service, the sense of welcome, the calm, the food. I literally can not put into words the excellence that is presented here. Take the best food from Florence, Tuscany, Torino, perfect it, then present it as only one of the greatest chef's could imagine it to be and there you are. That is what Head Chef Fabrizio Schenardi has accomplished. That is Four Seasons, and that is Ravello. A few of our personal favorites for appetizers are the Polpettine and the Calamari. For main course the kids loved the Margherita Pizza and the Spaghetti. The flour, and many of the other ingredients, are imported from Italy. The pasta and dough are made on site. If you can't decide, we found both the Pappardelle and Bistecca di Manzo to be equally amazing. Actually, choose anything from the menu, there are no weak points. For dessert, order one of everything. We did. It would be an understatement to suggest booking a flight to Orlando just to have dinner. In fact, I'm going to do that.
The best dinner we had in Orlando, Florida. Everything was perfect. Their hospitality is a top notch. Very friendly and the food were flavorful and delicious. Definitely deserved my five shining stars and a moon. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌛
Visiting from Hawaii and was treated with the best hospitality and attention to detail I’ve ever had. The food was outstanding, drinks were delicious and the knowledge the staff had on their menu front and back was incredible. Recommendations from our server Francine were amazing and her runners timing was impeccable. A special thanks to Francine and her manager Ben for treating us to samples off of the menu as well. Overall, it was an amazing dinner with great service and definitely a memorable one!

I had an amazing experience at Ravello from start to finish. The staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and well taken care of, providing attentive and friendly service throughout our visit the food was phenomenal-beautifully presented, full of flavor, and clearly made with care and high-quality ingredients. Everything came together to create a memorable dining experience, and I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for exceptional food and outstanding service.

It's Ravello. It's at the Four Seasons. How coukd it disappoint? Meatballs with burrata are Devine. Ravioli with veal and truffle are unbelievably good. The squid linguine with mussels are awesome. I couldn't fit any more but it im sure its good. Mangia!

Food and atmosphere were excellent! We enjoyed the nice and quiet seating area that was outside but still covered and in the ac. A nice dining experience all around.
Fun time in an amazingly gorgeous hotel. Service is phenomenal (Thank you Angel) and food was opulently divine! We got visits from our host Goofy and also Mickey and Minnie. Cost for 2 adults and 2 kids was $240. You must have reservations made at hotel or at OpenTable
We went to the breakfast buffet as a group of 4. We made a reservation for the first time slot. It was quiet and peaceful. The staff were phenomenal and informative. The options were plentiful, the food delicious. The hotel is very clean and designed well. It was also neat to be able to drive through Golden Oak to get there.

We went here Friday for our 9-year anniversary. We had Chris and Christian for our waiters and I had to say that they made that evening extra special. Their friendliness and recommendations were absolutely amazing. We will definitely be going back to Ravello again just because of the experience we had from them. The food was also the best that we've ever had! I definitely highly recommend the meatballs!
Me and my husband LOVE this restaurant!!! When you’re in the hospitality business yourself, you learn to truly appreciate it whenever you experience it somewhere else… because real hospitality is rare. Ravello is one of those places for us. The food is incredible, the ambiance is beautiful — but the team and the people are what make the experience unforgettable. This is why we always love coming back 💙
Amazing. Highly recommended. We've done pretty much every Disney dining experience at this point. Keyona was our server and she was phenomenal. The time with characters was top notch. This was an exceptional character experience compared to other character breakfasts. Food was better...specifically the omelettes. The characters spend qualty time at each table, the photographers take pictures you get to keep and it's a much more relaxed experience than other character dining experiences. Shout out to Aidin, the photographer, who got one of the toddlers on our group to smile! Thank you!

I can only rate for the Sunday brunch they had today. I have not been here for lunch or dinner , just for fair disclosure. I had the breakfast buffet , it was good but not sure $45 good and let me explain. Half the buffet I would say is your classic hotel buffet ( assorted animals in sausage and bacon-esque form , rehydrated eggs in one second and omelet station too ) , but those are things you can get at an embassy suites , IHG or Hilton property. They do have a nice bagel / lox station , avocado toast station, cured Italian meats , French style pastries , and a fresh juice station. For $45 for breakfast it really didn’t wow me. Was the food quality there yes but for the $900-$1200 that 4 seasons charges for the room , I expected a more elevated breakfast. The staff there was wonderful and the restaurant and even the bathrooms were well payed attention to for cleanliness. A friend had the huevos rancheros for her order and liked it. If I were to do it again I’d probably just order from the premade dishes and no go for the breakfast buffet.
The food is good, they make all the pasta and lemoncellos in house, the desserts were a home run and the customer service was outstanding! Servers were so kind and detailed oriented. You can bring your own wine, which I highly recommend, and just pay a small corkage fee. Location is beautiful at the Four Seasons first level, they offer valet parking at no extra cost which is very convenient. Few things to improve on were that food was way too salty, the presentation of savory dishes was very standard and for the prices I would expect nothing less than perfection.
This is my second time visiting Revello and I came back specifically for the pizza. It is true that fine dining is lacking and it was clear there was a disconnect depending upon how you are treated when checking in. There is a little discrimination and I was definitely not treated the same in regards to how I was greeted compared to the first time I came for my birthday on October 1. Gianna was a good waitress and clearly she was triple sat while still servicing all her tables. The kitchen was clearly not up to par like they were when I first came due to the quality of the pizza crust. I will say maybe because it was a Friday and the first time I went was a Wednesday. Overall, I might return just not on a Friday. The hostess specifically a female who was not african american with brown hair needs to work on her communication and instead passed me off to Branson after I asked for a second time how much longer was the wait. Mind you she had no problem helping a man and speaking with him prior to me. Not the african american young lady who was pleasant and actually felt comfortable talking to me. I don't know what that was about yet it made me feel uncomfortable because she did not do that to people who shared similarities with her. Here are some pictures comparing the pizza; 1st pic was last night and 2nd pic was Oct 1. I tried the shrimp because I was not completely satisfied with the pizza and they were tasty and cooked to perfection with a perfect balance of spinach, cantaloupe, onions...

We chose Ravello to celebrate our 11th wedding anniversary, and while the atmosphere was lovely and the individual staff members were genuinely kind, the exceptional slowness and pacing of the service significantly overshadowed our evening. We left feeling highly disappointed that a celebratory night was spent mostly waiting. The issues were primarily centered around the sustained downtime between staff check-ins, rather than delays in the kitchen. We recorded the following timeline between key service moments: • 10 minutes: From being seated to placing our initial drink order. • 20 minutes: From receiving our drinks to being able to order an appetizer. • 20 minutes: From the completion of the appetizer to ordering the main entrees. • 30 minutes: The waiting period between finishing our main course and finally ordering dessert. This totaled over 80 minutes of dedicated waiting just for the opportunity to place orders, which completely detracted from the flow and enjoyment of our meal. Furthermore, a basic element of dining service was neglected: our water glasses were never refilled without prompting. We had to specifically request refills, which further highlighted the lack of attentiveness at the table. We appreciate that the staff were pleasant, and the manager did take the time to speak with us about our concerns. However, even with the acknowledgment of the issue, the overall experience of waiting for over an hour and twenty minutes just to progress through the meal stages made this evening fall far short of the standard expected for a restaurant of this caliber, especially when celebrating a milestone. We hope future guests receive a more attentive and timely dining experience.

Very underwhelming dinner. Pizzas undercooked and similiar to a frozen one at the supermarket. For the price point, trattoria al forno on the boardwalk is a much better Italian dinner and it’s not close.
