Juice It Up!

Irene and Lexi are wonderful. They went above and beyond to help me and my family out today. It was a pleasure.

My smoothie came out so great and Lexi was very polite and made great conversation!

Fresh product and great drinks. They need to work on customer service though... they don't great and don't hold a conversation at all... use to be good vibes going there. But they make orders correctly and product is good

I gave it 5 stars because the brand is great. However, beware that they will not make fresh juice an hour before close. Just walked out of this location and the girl out the counter told me they were closed for making juice and wheatgrass. FYI.

What A pleasant experience everytime I enter the door! These ladies / Gentleman are very Courteous to me and my family, they work well under the pressure of long lines with a smile. They are also nice about explaining the varieties of multiple choices! I would have given you more stars if I could have! I used to come here often and they would always mess up either the base or size of açaí bowl and sometimes the service wouldn’t be good but recently I’ve been coming again and it’s soooo much better I just had the best açaí bowl they were so generous with toppings and the workers were so nice!! 👍

This location is overall a good store. I like coming in for their Acai bowls and smoothies. Staff is very pleasant, after coming in here three times they now remember my name and order, lol. I've always gotten my order served correctly. Sometimes they are busy and might not be as fast as I'd like but I understand crowds add to the wait time so not a major issue, especially during the pandemic when more precautionary steps are required.

The first time I went here and was pleasantly surprised at how many options they had, especially healthy options. It's hard to find protein smoothies that have enough protein, but they have them. Service was exceptional, as we asked lots of questions.

Excellent service, Shakes are made well and ALWAYS taste good. There are some Juice it up that cannot make that claim. The staff is great. They all take pride in the bowls and making the food quick. This is easily one of the best JIU i frequent. Always look forward to my after workout shake.

When I came back to my home in Lake Elsinore, I wanted to get them again so I went to the location on Central Ave. The first time I went, I got the Strawberry horchata drink and was almost surprised when I received it because tasted nothing like the one I had previously in the week. It wasn't horrible to drink, but I was still disappointed because it wasn't great. Today, I decided to give it another shot and I got the PB horchata smoothie. Not only was I extremely disappointed, but I was disgusted. It tasted horrible and nothing like the one I had in Redlands. I wasted almost $10 on a drink and I was upset. Customer service was good, but I will not be returning to this Juice It Up because the drinks are not made correctly.
