Stopped going to Papa John's because the one I used to live by sucked! Moved here a few months back and had Papa John's from the one on Railroad Canyon at a neighbor's, so decided to try again. It's Sunday and opening of the 2024/2025 football season, I ordered on the app. The pizza was ready for pick up in under 20min. It was good, fresh, and the dudes working were super cool. Sucks working on a Sunday but these fellas weren't messing around. Gonna be ordering again! Great Job Papa John's on Railroad Canyon.

The night worker was awesome. The reason for the 4 star was the process to even order the pizza it took 3 times of calling and every time was a different price. They could not even get the price straight at their end. Of course it wasn't the actual store it was their call center. That's proof that the new way pizza places process the orders does not work. Quit being so cheap, hire the employees they need to have great customer service .

Best Customer Service I have had in a long time. I had problems with ordering online, so I called in and one of the managers took my order for carry out. Because it was Valentine's Day, I knew it would take longer. My order was supposed to be ready in an hour. I drove there to pick up and they couldn't find my order in the system. Both managers on the shift tried to find my order and after a short while, they offered me to just retake the order and get it done quickly. 20 mins later my order was ready to take out. Not only did they try to help, they also recognized the issue, owned an honest mistake or system failure, offered a quick solution, gave me a huge discount but also made sure I walked out as a customer happy with freshly made 3 pizzas and 2 sides. You saved and made my day! Thank you! Happy Valentine's Day to the hard working team today at the Papa John's Lake Elsinore location. You guys rock!

Pizza so I ordered probably once a month. I think this is better than most chain pizzas here and they're always pretty quick for delivery.

My husband and son got a pizza together and I had to steal a slice because I definitely was not full off of just the 8 wings alone. 6 adult size wings normally fill me up. So I thought 8 would be fine. I could have ate 12 of those babies.

Sadly it's the only pizza place that delivers near my home. In Perris off of Ethanac and Goetz Rd. They got here in about 45 min. Delivery man was polite, only downfall was the food is disgusting. Everything taste like weird dough and not doughy. I'll still to my little Caesars pizza and bread sticks. I'd rather spend 12 bucks on Buffalo Wild Wings, then $6 on their wings. I use to like the pizza until they got rid of Papa John's CEO.

Just ate the worst pizza it wasn't as good as the frozen ones from staters. I understand no contact delivery but leaving it in the porch and not knocking ti let us know made it cool and rock hard. I had to soak it it the butter sauce to soften it up. Just what I wanted after working on my hands and knees all day.

Don’t order from this location. After placing an order they were dodging my phone call to follow up on my order. I had to call from another line and pretend to place an order just to get ahold of someone. And when asked what my ETA they couldn’t answer the question. You’re better off getting Little Ceasars or making a frozen pizza at home.

The only reason I come here, over another pizza joint, is because of their garlic sauce. I pay extra to get extra garlic packets. They didn't bring my garlic the last 3 times I ordered from here. Their attention detail and customer service is garbage.

Worst experience ever with the general manager Ana Richardson. She needs to be fired. She was very rude to me on phone when I had issues with my delivery order. She canceled my orders and won't deliver to me anymore. And I'm a veteran with the u.s. navy also. Wow!

Waited 2.5 hours for an eta 73 min called 10 times no response. Disputed charges with bank definitely won't be going back there since they don't have the courtesy to call when I have 4 starving kids waiting for food.

No star! Long time not ordered and now I know why... Pizza arrived with crushed garlic butter tub, which drained into the majority of the box and created an even soggier pizza... In addition the Honey Chipotle Poppers we ordered were served with a Buffalo dipping sauce. WTH? If I wanted Buffalo Poppers I had ordered such. A wrong default. Make a note to select a sauce and NO default, or at least default to a the sauce as ordered. $60+ order and evening ruined. Save your money and go elsewhere!!!

Went in today at 5:15 p pizza was undercooked. Customer service is horrible. It wasn't busy. Although my tracker said pizza was ready for pick up I was told by store employees I had to wait 5 minutes. After waiting 15 min , another employee asked what my name was and found my order waiting on pick up rack. I asked how long it had been there and he could not provide an answer. HORRIBLE experience. This place is horrible. This is the 2nd time I have waited over 30 minutes before I came to pick it up and the order still wasn’t in the oven when I showed up. Went to pay for pizza. Was told by Manager that transaction did not go through when clearly my banking app showed it was paid. Manager said we could pay for the pizza again. Called my bank they said it was paid also. So now paid for pizza but did not receive it. I'm sure they are happy since they made a profit of 100%. Repeated problems getting my order delivered correctly and multiple trips to the store to have them fix it, only to get told that I'm wrong before they finally replaced it. As of 12/28/24, ordered an ultimate pepperoni pizza and AGAIN they sent a regular pepperoni pizza. This store can't get it right for whatever reason and I'm pretty fed up at this point.

This is so unprofessional and quite disgusting as a store to do, goes to show how much “quality” they put into their effort and food, will never be going here again as they care more about corporate timing on orders rather than the customers themselves
