I've eaten at a lot of Del Tacos since I worked for the company in the 1970s and tonight ranks among the worst. Had a little difficulty getting the app to cooperate, but it went through eventually. When I got to the drive-thru, I was told my order hadn't been received yet, which concerned me as I thought I might have chosen the wrong unit. The young lady working drive handed me my drink as soon as I got to the window, indicating they did get it. Given it's Taco Thursday, the system might just be running slow. The tostada was the first thing I opened and this is what I saw (I took the bite, not one of the employees). I paid $.60 extra for sour cream and this is what I got for my money. Pitiful! When I got the soft tacos out of the bag, they were stone cold which tells me they were made some time before they made it inside my bag. Microwaved them tho I'm not fond of warm, mushy lettuce. To top it all off, not one napkin was in either bag. I'm at a local hotel and napkins around here are few and far between. I knew I should have gone to Panda Express.

Jaqueline Got my order completely wrong forgot my soda forgot all the sides didn't put any of my things on the tacos that I asked for I have to go back to the line my thing was completely cold when I handed her my tacos she open it up and ripped it apart I said see there some sour cream right there which was barely any and barely any cilantro like I asked The food was completely cold and I asked her to remake the order she said no I started filming her being unreasonable she refused to fix my order all over again Instead she just handed me the sauces that she forgot to put inside the tacos See VIDEO ON YOUTUBE I WILL POST SOON

I ordered two combos of the #2, did not receive the fries and for the drinks I asked for two Large strawberry sprite and they gave me strawberry lemonade. The del taco location by Lakeshore is better.

Garbage online ordering system and the employees are even worse. Waiting over 30 minutes for my food when you order ahead on the app is unacceptable.

My double Del taste like old meat. I could not eat it. The burrito was cold. I only live 2 miles way. I had to microwave my burrito. So unhappy. Discussing Food.

All the reviews explaining it all. The manager that works around 2-6 pm is absolutely downright rude over the mic and never seems to wanna be there. Don’t like it? Don’t work at all then

Stay away from this joint! I asked for well done fries 3 times to still get old cold fries!! Lazy management and staff every time! I ask for orange juice and one staf lady advised me with a laugh we never served orange juice TO FIND OUT ANOTHER EMPLOYEE HAD TO SCHOOL HER!! I REMEMBER THE DAYS OF OLD WHEN YOU ASK FOR SOMETHING YOU GOT IT!! 1 STAR SERVICE!!

Ordered some tacos and almost had no meat in it. I usually go to the del taco on Clinton Keith, never had an issue. I don't know if you guys were low on meat but don't skimp me... I took the lettuce and cheese out my tacos to reveal almost no meat.

Hands down the slowest place I've ever been to. And how do you "sell out" of French fries? I won't make the mistake of ever visiting this location again.
