Another one of my favorite places to grab a quick bite. Only thing is, your entering the drive thru on a small hill. So if you juggle a clutch, be prepared to roll back.

Always fast service and makes better versions of the food then other locations. Also go to say their churros are rockin as well, warm soft, with covered in thick buttered cinnamon sugar

We live Del taco we always go there so much that the staff know us by are names. The one Manager Kimberly is very nice and kind. and sweet. and there off of Lake sure Dr and riverside drive in lake elsinore.

Let me say this every single time I have come here they are busy...Louis and the female manager are ALWAYS working so hard to bust out the orders and when they aren’t always right they make it right in my opinion... at first I was like ok my churros are cold.. but honestly after coming back again and again I’ve seen just how hard they are really working so people need to give em a break. Thanks Louis for ur hard work running orders back and fourth to customers.

My favorite chain, always has been. I've been eating Del Taco instead of the others FOREVER. And there's 1 main, reason why. Can you say......NO FREEZERS. Didn't know that did you. Yes, that's right. Nothing is frozen at Del Taco. P.S. BEST $1 DOLLAR MENU $1 ON THE PLANET.

Came back to this Del Taco a few months after my original review and I’ve moved my score up to a 5-Star. Their service and quality of food has improved a lot since I’ve come back. The workers are nice.

My husband loves Del Taco so we've been to so many locations throughout the years BUT this is hands down my favorite! The ladies that work here are super sweet and very kind... Because of their customer service this is the best!

VERY CLEAN DEL TACO. Management is super nice and friendly. This is definitely one of the better managed locations I've been to. Managers name is Michelle. She is super sweet and kind and really knows how to manage her employees. The kitchen itself is super clean and they take very good care of the food while they prepare it. I was blown away, usually the kitchen does not care too much for food surfaces, nor does it care too much about good preparation but you will get a delicious well prepped meal each time from here.

I love coming here the ladies working the kitchen are bosses always friendly & fast. Everyone is hustling including the grill guy & the lady rolling the tacos & burritos 🔥 great atmosphere great workers. Thank you guys.

Idk why they built this entrance on a hill but if you drive stick you would understand. Dam Tesla behind me got almost bumper bumped. I forgot the girls name it was late night around 10 pm and she ran out after I forgot my drink. People really need to appreciate workers and stop being a negative Nancy.

I was very impressed with these employees who were totally short staffed on a very busy Taco Thursday night. They worked hard and fast to fulfill everyone's order with a great attitude.

I usually come to this Del Taco after 8pm.. once a month on average. The food is always fresh. And always consistently delicious. The employees are always friendly and work their butts off. We place the order online thru the Del Taco App. It really helps with discounts and time using the app to order. When we pull up to the drive thru speaker and tell them who the order is for... They say they're gonna start making it then... Which is awesome. Your food is hot and hasn't been sitting out. I have been inside before to get the food or order inside when the drive thru is to long and it's very clean inside. I would recommend this Del Taco for the quality of food you get for the price.. also get more for your money. Taco Tuesdays and Thursdays are good for getting a family size amount of food for a good price.. especially with the way the prices have skyrocketed over the past couple years

Well this is the first time I've ever had a del Taco and I also bought a carne asada quesadilla. I was very happy with the flavors of both and ate them with gusto. The price was also reasonable and I look forward to coming back.

Fast service waited no more than 10 min on a Friday night. Got the del beef burritos bold medium fry, got a number 1 combo with a medium cherry coke, plus 5 value tacos🙂 would return.

Seems to me like Del Taco locations in more upscale towns strive to offer product quality and customer satisfaction. As this town is drug and homelessness infested, this particular location lacks both: quality of food and service.

Wait times are ridiculous. 25 minutes waiting for food. Del Taco service is horrible. They make food wrong. Several times I've made complaints but service doesn't change. Need to find a different place to eat.

Fast, mass produced ingredients that are tasty. Fortunately I grew up around Barstow where it originated and it was and still is the best Del Taco Ever. Gotta stop by on the way to Vegas.

Del-taco 🌮 In Lake Elsinore, Ca.92530 on Mission Trail. Lately in the end of 2019 thru 2020 the "Quality and service " has went down 70% since the new ownership. I've been eating at this Del-Taco 🌮 for over 35 years and I'm now 69 years old. The new workers lack knowledge of product, focus or attention. It's a sad time for this Del-Taco 🌮 which has been a landmark in this community.

My 8 layer vege burrito is stacked! Not in a good way. They put the ingredients in so you only get one ingredient at a time til it's gone. Smh. Maybe they're rolling it the wrong way. #tiredOfRedoingMyBurrito. Taco Bell's is better!

Bought some gift cards for the fellas at work and was given some FREE soft tacos. The drive thru was rolling with customers, that's an indication something good is happening here. Merry Christmas 🎅

The younger workers act super drab.. some of them.... but they are mostly okay and food is fine. There are some super nice older ladies that work there though and have been super helpful. They all fix their mistakes and the orders are always right. Food is good. Drinks are good. Everything is fine. Haha

Went inside to order because drive-thru eas almost put to the street. Even though there was only one other customer inside my order still took 11 minutes for 2 tacos and a green 🌯 🙁

As far as fast food goes it doesn't get much faster I like their French fries more than anybody else's and you actually get a decent amount of fries!!

Updated review! I am seriously getting frustrated with the mobile app not working half of the time, but more importantly, the menu is constantly being changed. I am autistic and I am very peculiar about what I eat, there are only a few things that I always get from del taco and over the last 6 months or so you got rid of the epic crispy chicken burrito which doesn't make since, because you still have the crispy chicken for the tacos and all of the other ingredients. Now, I can't even add on Chipotle sauce to my orders on the mobile app. People like stability and continuity, but corporate keeps making it worse and worse. The only positive thing to say is that most of the staff have always been wonderful at this location.

This is always my go to place, and they never let me down. But last time I went, they ran out of hot sauce, and my bean burritos had charcoal burnt beans. Really ruined my whole meal.

Since when does fast food mean waiting over 15 minutes for your food?? Every time i go to this location i always wait a significant amount of time. i thought the whole point is FAST food.

Half hour wait in the drive thru at 945pm. Out of hot sauce. Food was made pretty well. Kitchen looks pretty messy from the drive thru window.

For me this del taco is not very good. Young service, most of these kids have no courtesy. Im sure their parents did not raise them this way. Management reflects there performance. Between the hours of 10pm -12pm. Computer alway seems to be down. Or they dont have fries , beans etc.. I try to avoid this location. Judge for yourself..

Experience not to great standards. Food was not prepared properly. You have to be buzzed into the restroom, ridiculous. They call your name out for you to take delivery of your food, would be wonderful if they did, food not fresh anymore. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else.

Not so clean. Look at dust on fan blades, window, and vents. Decor is nice. Family oriented, I mean they have their kids and other family members hang out as they work. Can't tell who is in charge but food gets to you as soon as they are done talking.

We've given this place a few chances to redeem itself, but it's such a mess. Our order has been wrong more than once. It's just chaos in there. Employees arguing over the intercom. The employee is clearly frustrated and in need of more training. They don't even know what they've handed us at the window. Really needs new management.

I've eaten at a lot of Del Tacos since I worked for the company in the 1970s and tonight ranks among the worst. Had a little difficulty getting the app to cooperate, but it went through eventually. When I got to the drive-thru, I was told my order hadn't been received yet, which concerned me as I thought I might have chosen the wrong unit. The young lady working drive handed me my drink as soon as I got to the window, indicating they did get it. Given it's Taco Thursday, the system might just be running slow. The tostada was the first thing I opened and this is what I saw (I took the bite, not one of the employees). I paid $.60 extra for sour cream and this is what I got for my money. Pitiful! When I got the soft tacos out of the bag, they were stone cold which tells me they were made some time before they made it inside my bag. Microwaved them tho I'm not fond of warm, mushy lettuce. To top it all off, not one napkin was in either bag. I'm at a local hotel and napkins around here are few and far between. I knew I should have gone to Panda Express.

I ordered a burritos combo and the only thing I got was the burrito. I waited till they finally came back to the window and they said it didn’t come with fries. Not only were they extremely rude, but the woman who gave me my order was shaking the entire time.. likely due to being high.

I simply was Doordashing on Sunday (04/12) and during this pandemic, you would think everyone would take health just a little more seriously. Well, the tall male with a very loud echoing voice announced that he did not want to wear gloves because he doesn't need to. He claimed he washed his hands constantly but anyone is able to just say that. He, and his very hairy arms and hands, just continued to not put on his gloves even though the surrounding employees were telling him to.

Gave it another chance after I told myself I was never coming back… still 30 minute plus wait in the drive thru with one car ahead of me, rude employees, and just ok lukewarm food. Do not waste your time at this Del Taco. Please make the drive somewhere else.

Being poorly managed! They asked me to park and they will bring the food outwhen there were no cars behind us. We did. 20 minutes later...no food. There was no line so we went back around and asked what was going on. "Sorry we are very busy and short handed." They were not busy. When will the food be ready. "I don't know." So we waited at the window until finished. We watched them scramble to put our order together. The chicken in the tacos was cold. Not sure what's going on over here but they are a total mess! Not going back!

I recommend not to go inside Del Taco. They take forever to get ur food. There very loud. When I got my food it was cold. Also I saw someone coughing over the food and didn't cover there mouth.

I don't know if it was the time of day or what but quite possibly the worst service I've ever had the food was cold. It took 25 minutes to get my food and everybody that was ordering from the window and the drive-thru was frustrated. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody.

Very dirty, the guy working the grill was eating as he was cooking. The dining area smells like urine. Every table was dirty with food. The food itself was grossly made, stale taco shells and wilted lettuce. Yup, food for the trash...

Broken intercom outside caused me to have to wait in line at the drive thru for just a beverage for over 20 mins. They should have come out to the cars and taken our orders. I would have driven off (cuz I never placed my drink order) long before the 20 mins but I couldn't move my car. Very poor planning on mgr part.

This place apparently has a mandatory visual genital check they preform on individuals in bathroom stalls. By peeking into a closed stall while an unsuspecting and non consenting customer pulls their pants down. It's disgusting the perversion they display and the whole restaurant staff allows and encourages this behavior.

I'm a courier a d when ever I'm in lake elsinore, this is where I have lunch. They were pretty good, but for some reason. I ordered a small strawberry lemonade. It taste funny and smell like urine. I hope a d pray that it's not urine. But it's either that, or they're not sanitary.

The worst customer service policys ever! I order a carnitas combo burrito and they sold me a carne asada epic burrito charged me double what my burrito shoukd have cost and them refused to fix it immediatly. I drove 9 miles back the next day with the food and the receipt and that was not enough to prove their wrong doing. Lady treated me as if I was a liar and a crimial. I will never come back here and I highly recommend you dont either!

Nastiest place I've been too . they don't care abt sanitaztion! Having greasy gloves touching cards , register and then moving on to go pack fries and touching the fries too... This place lacks personality. But they don't lack music in this small location they play 2 different stations cant even enjoy one. My soft shells aren't warmed up so it makes the rollers I'm eating hard and they are poorly wrapped. My milk shake warm and grainy... I'll just go to taco bell next time always liked them better

Can't figure out what happened to this place. I used to love coming in with my husband. Maybe I'm coming at the wrong times?? Fries are nasty not to mention how long we have to wait for them. I just TikTok where a young woman came in to use the restroom and had an employee stare her down in the stall through the crack to make sure she was a woman. Is this normal for your stores? Why hasn’t anyone contacted the woman? No apologies were given and no employee has been reprimanded. Something needs to done because this is NOT ok.

Stay away from this joint! I asked for well done fries 3 times to still get old cold fries!! Lazy management and staff every time! I ask for orange juice and one staf lady advised me with a laugh we never served orange juice TO FIND OUT ANOTHER EMPLOYEE HAD TO SCHOOL HER!! Ordered some tacos and almost had no meat in it. I usually go to the del taco on Clinton Keith, never had an issue. I don't know if you guys were low on meat but don't skimp me... I took the lettuce and cheese out my tacos to reveal almost no meat.
