Items were good, service wasn't the best. Went when it wasn't busy. Ordered at the drive thru, I was the only car. Took almost 4 minutes for my order to be taken. Wait time in total was about 15 minutes.

Ive been here and it wasnt as bad but today we got a crueller, hashbrowns and a latte. The crueller was cold and soggy, hashbrowns had a strange taste and almost made my mom vomit and the latte was soo sweet it wasnt enjoyable. The service wasnt bad but very slow. Nice girl but it seemed like she was not getting much help. Its not a great atmosphere but its not bad either. 😐

With no other guests in line it took 12 minutes for the staff to let us know they did not have the ingredients for the breakfast wrap.

As a frequent customer of Dunkin' from east to the west coast, I have generally never really had issues at any of their locations. However, this specific Dunkin' location has managed to screw up consistently over the many times I come here every week to couple weeks, not only with my own but also other people's orders as well, friends and strangers alike. Although there are some capable staff members here, I'd say it wouldn't be enough to justify the lack of attention paid to customer orders, as there were many times I had to let mistakes such as a missing donut to incorrectly made drink several times, however, it has finally come to the resort of writing a review due to how badly they can mess up your order (such as whip cream instead of foam for foam coldbrew and not enough cream cheese on an untoasted bagel requested toasted, clear efforts of laziness, etc.) more often than you'd expect... Although myself and others have wasted so much money here on terrible service, unfortunately Laguna does not have many Dunkin' locations around, therefore I keep having to resort to this place, and I heavily caution any of those looking to come to this location in the future.

What the hell ? I have never gone to a donut shop that refrigerated their donuts after cooking them No really! Walked up and seemed strange my friend and I looked at each other both thought maybe there is a heist going on or so , strange . We order then wait and wait... I went up to counter to wait some mire and the worker says "can I help you" yeah I want my donuts She had no idea what I was talking about. I did get them when she pulled them out of the refrigerator ... Oh hell no never again And you cant walk in either its all outside or drive through 1 plus there is no one there in line. Wonder why?

This location sells you old donuts that were left in the refrigerator overnight. Came early Sunday morning and ordered a dozen donuts for $16. I guess they had pre made boxes just sitting there because they instantly gave me the box upon paying. When I got home and looked at the donuts, it felt like a slap to the face for $16, cold wrinkly donuts. Sometimes, you forget that this is a corporate place where the employees just don't care. Gotta start supporting mom and pop shop where they take pride in their business.

I’ve been to this Dunkin Donuts twice within a week and first they gave me my order and forgot to give me the sandwich I ordered thankfully I double checked my bag before leaving and made sure I got the sandwich I paid for and then today I’m eating my food and I had order/paid for two things of hash browns and I kid you not one of the bags only had THREE hash browns in it and the other only had TWO. I’m very disappointed with the lack of attention the employees at this location have while doing the job they’re paid to do. I used to frequent this Dunkin and I’m sad to see they’ve hired people who just simply don’t care to do their job properly and it’s unfortunate to see the service has gone down hill so much. I will most definitely not be returning to this location.!

This place is a waste of time and money. The donuts taste as if they were from the previous day. I bought a couple of dozen for work, and I received complaints. Embarrassing, to say the least. Upon my second visit, no one answered the drive-through box. Pulling to the window, the workers inside saw me and acknowledged me but refused to let me know what the problem was. I then parked my vehicle, proceeded to the window, and I was told they were closed. The hours are online and clearly marked on the store window. They decide at this store what time they open. This store is convenient for coffee in the morning, but I won’t be coming back.
