Enjoyed a Tommy Meal for a treat. Chili Burger, chili cheese dog, and chili cheese fries and fruit punch. Definitely not good for you, but as tasty as a not very healthy meal can be. The servers were helpful, the food was cooked to order, it seemed like they added extra chili just to hide the meat, hot dog and fries. Tastes like it has always tasted, not sure how they stay in business. Anyways something different to try.

The food is delicious. Got to love that we have an Original Tommy’s in south Orange County. Been around since 1946. Original Tommy’s lives up to their name. They are original and not mass produced other fast food chains. Food came out quickly and tasty. Service was great. Cashier greeted us as we entered. Restaurant was clean and parking was great. I highly recommend.

Since we lost our San Diego location, anytime I go to Orange County I stop by. Never disappoints. Tommy's is my favorite for over 40 years!

Bathrooms were clean. The brothers serving behind the counter were both friendly and welcoming. Dining area was spotless. Give these guys a raise. Good help is hard to find.

I don’t usually expect standout service at a fast food spot, but Kain at Tommy’s Burger absolutely went above and beyond. I came in with my family—including a couple of very picky eater kids—and let’s just say, our order wasn’t exactly simple. When we needed a refire on one of the burgers (not their fault, just one of the kids being extra particular), Kain handled it with patience and a smile. He made sure everything came out right and checked back in to make sure we were happy. You could tell he actually cared about giving great service, and that made a big difference for us. It turned a quick meal into a really pleasant experience. Kain, thanks for taking care of my crew—you’re a rockstar! 🙌 Tommy’s is lucky to have you.

If you're going to Tommy's, you know what you're in for. It's still the glorious gluttonous delight. The dining room was empty except for a few people, but overall clean.

I felt like the guys who made my meal didn't care. I barely had any chili on my burger also, it's like he used the chili like you do butter on toast. I was disappointed to be paying $16+ and get a burger with a spread of chili..

Disappointed. Been going to Tommy's for over 40 years, food size seems to be shrinking and prices are rising....

It may be a small thing, but I won’t be coming back to this location. At other drive-thrus, napkins are always included, but here I only received my food. I didn’t go back since it was inconvenient, but it’s disappointing that such a simple service wasn’t provided.

I usually enjoy Tommy’s but this visit was not well received. Fries were cold and old Chili was barely warm Cheese not melted on chili cheese fries Through the drive through window I could see the grill was nasty … needed a good cleaning. Cook wore no gloves prepping food, handled the burgers, cheese and Condiments with his bare hands I won’t be back to this location. Someone is dropping the ball here!

It was my first time going there , I ordered the double chilli cheeseburger. It was really bad , didn’t taste good at all , not fresh and I am not going back there anymore.

We just stopped, 1st time in perhaps 20 years but I really wanted to try it again. There was one table with two people eating. Didn't see any employees so we rang bell on the counter. We could hear voices in the back but noone came out. 3 minutes later one person came part way, picked to a prep counter between the kitchen and customer counter. She picked up a highlighter and highlighted something, looked at us, and went to the back without saying a word. My wife rang the bell again but no response. Two more minutes went by, me constantly whispering "Let's leave." Finally someone came in from outside, we assumed she had been in the bathroom. No statement like "Thank you for waiting" or anything else for that matter. At that point we decided to leave. Maybe I'll try back in another 20 years!
